Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: that's a COMPLETE lie!!! My account is still active, I did nothing wrong, AND they won't give me my money that I earned! That's my money! When a user is banned their listings get deletedFrom the photo you can tell that my account is active I can list products and everythingand that's a complete BS response because even if I was banned that doesn't mean they can STEAL my $wth?! Their policies CLEARLY state that if a direct deposit is wrong they'll put it back in your balance minus a $processing fee and it's been THREE WEEKS and they won't put the money in my account! "Users are only allowed to have ONE account"This is true, however, as I've explained time and time again, I only had ONE accountThis business has refused to listen to the complaints filed by me and my mother, where as, we have BOTH explained that the OLD account, that they REFUSE to close, is the reason I lost my accountI have NEVER had multiple accountsThis "business" is the WORST I have ever dealt withThey absolutely refuse to listen to their sellers and buyersI have not brouen any rulesLike I stated before, no where in their TOS does it say that more than one person in a Household can have an account...NO WHERE!!
It took them way over a week to respond and they deleted my account ONLY AFTER I threatened another report to the Revdex.com....they answered immediately after that
Please show me, in your TOS, where it states that more than one person in a Household can NOT have an account.
I have NOT violated repeatedly I got ONE warning and I immediately corrected that issue
You can keep repeating the same statements over and over, but that doesn't make it trueIt means that you will not admit that you banned me, when you were wrong in doing soThat is no way, for a company, to run their businessThink about that, while you're banning innocent people's accounts. this response because: NOBODY has gotten back to me It's been three days since I've send my social security number and New York State identification card I have never done this with any other selling site ! They need to give me back my items or Funds!! It's really simple You can't steal people's money or items it's against the law ! As stated before I sold the items to get funds for my sisters medical bills! I need my items back or my funds There's so many scammers in this world and I am afraid Mercari is one of those Suspending accounts and asking for social security numbers and identification cards ! It's really pathetic how many individuals really want to put their real identity on selling sites? Especially with so many scammers stealing people's identities ! I just want my items back or my funds ! I've tried reaching out on twitter but they blocked me after sending
messages that no one has gotten back to me about It's so upsetting when you are being ignored , this isn't the way customers should be treated , I've brought and sold on this site , it's fine to suspend my account but don't do so when I shipped my items out and block me from getting my funds, that's call scamming This is the reason why I am not accepting their respond.Sincerely,*** ***
