Recently I had to call Michael &Son Services Incfor repair work to my airconditioning
unit I have the highest praise for the excellent services provided on a very hot
day Kemar, the technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and courteous, as he
explained to me what the situation was with the a/c unit It was all fixed within an
hour and I had my a/c up and running in no time I would highly recommend
Michael & Son Services I did not have to wait for a long time for someone to
come out I also felt that the price was right, as I compare to other services

I am rejecting this response because:This response is completely nonsensical. The entire point of my complaint is that there is no work to be done and the business is still insisting on trying to come out and do work on my house. Nobody cut roots out of the line as there were no roots to cut. There was no collapse in my line, but the pushy salesman that they sent out to my house insisted there was and pressured us to "get on the schedule right away". This response from the business is filled with nothing but hypotheticals that have nothing to do with what occurred at my house and is clearly in line with their smoke-and-mirrors modus operandi. Bottom line, I have video of the inside of my sewer line that shows that there is no sewer line collapse. This was clearly a clog in the line, but Michael & Son's "technician" told us that our line was collapsed

The technician, Abdul, was pleasant and professional but the scheduling of the visit (to replace a water heater) was unsatisfactory! The scheduler had not properly fixed the date and the installer (a) did not appear at the first scheduled date, (b) appeared the next day without advance notice (we were not home) and (c) showed up the following (3rd) day on short notice after I called the scheduler to complain about (a) and (b), aboveWe have used Michael and Sons for over a decade This performance was not typical of past service calls, although problems have beginning to appear recently I am not sure what the cause is, but I would have to rate the repair scheduling process as unreliable at this time

I can not say enough great things about the service that was provided to me by Melvin and Josh, both technicians from Michael and Son ServicesI had requested a duct/vent cleaning for the entire house Melvin and Josh were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable in the work they performed Before they started, they took the time to explain the procedure to me Since this was the first time that I had the ducts clean, this information was very helpful Not only were they great at performing this task, I could tell that they enjoyed what they were doing

On two different days, I had A/C employee Feras H*** in my townhouse to work on a leak with my unitHe explained everything in language that I could understandHe told as he worked what he was doing and whyI was extremely satisfied with work done by him and will recommend him to friends and to ask for him by name

Had Josue come look at some ceiling fans He took the time to explain where the issues were and fixed the problems that he could Very professional Would definitely call on him again
