Ronnie figured out all our problems, fixed the plumbing, and left everything spotlessBest plumbing experience in 30+ years of home ownership

Matt Pwas excellent He arrived on time, and was very personable He wasted no time and quickly found the problem with our heat pump Great Work, would definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors!

Luis P*** arrived within the timeframe promised He was courteous, kind and very helpful I told him what my issue was He listened and had a solution He kept me informed throughout the process and answered all of my questions He was efficient and offered recommendations as needed Luis was sure to protect any items that I had around his work area and wore booties on his shoes so as to protect my wood floors I was especially impressed with the fact that he cleaned up his work area and even reset the clock on my stove after he finished work there I appreciated his professionalism I plan to request Luis for all of my electrical needs It was nice to know that professionals working with Michael & Son represent themselves and the company well Thank you Luis!!!

Most of the technicians from Michael & Sons really know their stuff However, the company is always pushing for the customer to buy extra procedures, and that gets annoying, even if it's good to know for future referenceTechnicians seem to be backed up a lot, but when they arrive they're competent and honest

Troy, a plumber with this company did extensive work on October 19, repairing and replacing toilets at our town houseHe spent an entire day on this project working with some difficult problemsWe felt that he did an excellent job, consistently informing us on what was neededHe was at all times friendly, courteous and helpful

The offer that Michael offered was 10% off of the cost to wrap the outside duct Our main consern has always been that we were not advised initially by Michael and Son of the possibility that the duct should be wrapped thereby giving us a chance to decide to have the duct wrapped or have a new furnace installedAlso even with this new quote there was never a breakdown submitted of labor vs materials If Michael and Son refuses to do anything else, we would like to file a formal complaint (on the record)It is our intent to elevate this complaint so it becomes more visible Thank you

The Michael & Sons technician, Edwin W., did a great job of diagnosing and fixing my plumbing problemHe was very courteous and was able to fix the problem quicklyI would recommend Michael & Sons to anyone with an electrical or plumbing need

We are pleased with the service provided by Michael and SonThey have always provided us with quality service Neal is an excellent plumber and we have always been thoroughly satisfied with his work! He came out to our home yesterday to do a plumbing repair and we were very satisfied with his workMy husband and I only trust Michael and Son with our HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs!

Our technician was very courteous and helpful We had an old toilet removed and upgraded to a new toilet Our technician, Michael, did the work professionally and was very mindful of our napping year old He also did some work for us without charging Finally, after informing us that the supplier no longer carried the brand of toilet we wanted, he gave us a more expensive model at the original price We couldn't have asked for better service, and as a result, we will definitely use Michael and Son again

I found Sean E*** to be a highly skilled professional and service provided was exceptional

The service personnel arrived at the scheduled time, introduced themselves, and began work immediately They finished sooner then I expected, explained how to use and properly care for the units They also tested the units for efficiency I am impressed with the work that was done and they removed the old unit and debris

I reject their response and have the following to say: 'This fire damage restoration project has been fraught with problems from the outset Michael and Son clearly feel that they have had no direct or indirect part in the loss of the signiifcant quantity of our personal items and their responses highlight their intention to distance themselves from the incident. I therefore have no other option but to hand this matter over to the police and my legal team.' This I would like on record as this matter is clearly far being resolved, I am no longer prepared to go backwards and forwards with comments and therefore once this has been added the case can be closed.
