Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When there's thousands of dollars worth of hardware and software in play here, the least that can be done is a simple list of what was deemed to be a violationI spent thousands of dollars, my hard earned money, for Microsoft/Xbox to take it all away with the flip of a switch with no explanation other than "there was a potential violation that we can't tell you about" Think of it like this, if you purchased a car and spent thousands of dollars on it, then one day you woke up to find it was taken by the dealership, and the only explanation you got from the company was "We think you may have violated something somewhere, but we're not going to tell you what we think it was, and we're not going to listen to your side of the story," you'd be quite frustrated and angry too You truly believe you're under no obligation to tell me about it? I believe the only reason you're refusing is because you have no proof or evidence of any violation having occurred, and you don't want to admit that the XBLPET system is flawedThat's my theoryI could be totally wrong, but that's the feeling I'm getting Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My Xbox One completely stopped working before the warranty was up After several calls and requests, it was attended to by Microsoft, but I was not told what caused the issue nor what was done to repair it The Xbox then stopped working again Therefore, I believe I was sold a faulty model The product should not completely stop working within years of purchase times As mentioned, I've spent a great deal of time on these issues and have a disappointed child I have been a loyal MS customer for years and often recommend products to friends I asked to speak to a manager and was told that I would be contacted, but have not been I submitted the Revdex.com complaint out of frustration due to a lack of helpful customer support, having to explain the problem multiple times and inability to reach anyone who would acknowledge that their product should be more reliable I would appreciate if someone from Microsoft could simply call me to discuss my experience rather than just trying to charge me $again for a product that cost me $plus yearly fees and could then break again after the second repair I'd like to close out this matter amicably and would expect to be treated with more reasonable care Sincerely, [redacted] phone: [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]
