Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have no way of contacting Microsoft They did call me yesterday and left me a message stating that they will send me a link and if I click on it, it will be the first step to getting my account back I did not receive a link yesterday or today I called the number 425-882-from which they called me and left the voicemail I cannot get past the prompts It just repeats The person who left me the message did not leave an extension and her name was not clear on the message The prompt wants a full name and I had a possible first name only (sounded like Tara) If you can have them send me a link at [redacted] @columbusstate.edu I will click on the link and answer any questions I also would like a full name of a person who is contacting me so when I call back, I can get through their automated phone prompts Thank you for all of your help.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Two days ago a man called with a thick accent I presume to be from India I could not understand him and, initially thought it was a sales call of some sort and I hung up Yesterday I got an e-mail from "***" and the summation of the situation is they do not reimburse customers even though their representatives could not fix the problem remotely and told me it was the hard drive that was effected [redacted] offered a $"gift" card to use with MicrosoftGiven the customer service I have gotten with this situation I declined the card and he said the case is closed!!! I was told by a Microsoft employee in the area that I would not get any reimbursement I think the public should know this policy before buying any of the products or services In my business position, I can warn clients about this situation before they buy products or services I will do that Thank you for your interest and follow up.Sincerely, [redacted]
