Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: responding a full year later with a form letter basically saying to start over is [redacted] if you're going to ignore this for a year and then ask me to contact support, you can [redacted] well at least read my complaint first (which would have informed you I had contacted support numerous times and been repeatedly mislead, which is why I came to the Revdex.com) I already got the refund I was seeking from microsoft by other means, so I am not looking for anything here; I just wanted to note how awful microsoft has been throughout this process.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have a reference number that I received from Adelaine in the Customer Service Department on July at 2:18:stating:"Here's your reference number--->> [redacted] "I am attaching the entire conversation using your chat service with your rep My issue is that I changed my region due to a military move overseas to Italy and in accordance with your guidance (also included in the chat), there was no mention that the default language of the country would be in Italian with no option to change it back to English Now I have to read my options when I connect in Italian and I don't speak or read Italian Despite this, your rep advised that's what I have to deal with for the next three months with no ability for you or I to override the default language for this region.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Microsoft signed the response to Revdex.com as "Microsoft Corporation" They continue in arrogance They never even read my complaint My complaint indicates there is no Customer Service, they have (Virtual Chat) which is a "Cartoon Character" or "Cartoon Customer Service" where one asks questions, and a database of responses comes up Microsoft insults the Customer by trying to make them believe this Cartoon Picture is a Human Being There is no way to get a Microsoft Customer Service Number as one first has to give there Charge card Information to be charged $per response, etc Microsoft has the nerve to attempt to mock all involved by signing a complaint response "Microsoft Corporation" instead of taking the complaint seriously and assigning a Human Being I later got a Human Being Chat person named "***" I had Chat sessions going on as [redacted] kept ignoring me on the Chat Session as she kept sending me back to "Microsoft Cartoon Customer Service" where I had been and found no answers [redacted] kept opening up later Chat Sessions without going back to the Open Unresolved Chat Sessions leaving them in limbo I told [redacted] I was putting in a Revdex.com Complaint, and she disconnected me from all the Microsoft Chat Sessions There is no assigned Service Ticket Number, the Complaint to Revdex.com states all the facts With no help from Microsoft I was able to find some Windows drivers on the internet where my USB Speakers now work But I am still unable to use my all-in-one Copier/Printer/fax/scanner as Microsoft has no updated drivers for Windows [redacted]
