Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The statements made by Microsoft are falseThey did NOT make MANY attempts to contact meI received ONE voicemail from them which was odd as my phone never rang when they calledNonetheless, I responded to the accompanying e-mail that they sent after their callI mentioned in the email sent by Bedanta B [redacted] , the Support Escalation Engineer, that he never left any contact information so that email was my only way of responding to himI also called Microsoft back and asked to speak to himOnce again, a hard-headed agent did NOT comply, but he offered to helpTherefore, I provided the agent with the tick numberHe attempted to assist me but was unable to solve the issueAll of this was explained in the email so I'm not sure why they're trying t make it sound as if I am not reachable or am not communicatingRevdex.com, please close the case and note that the issue remains unresolved/I am dissatisfiedI will manage the issue for now but going forward I will be switching to a non-Microsoft computer Sincerely, [redacted] **
