Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Skype knew that defamatory remarks online were being made against it's default number that it provided customers. Customers signing up for a telephone number were never informed that the number provided was not the number listed on caller id. And Skype did nothing to change the issued broadcasting number, allowing customers to be subject to harassments and abuse, and experience job, wage, income, and financial losses due to persons in the public thinking that the skype user was using the same phone number that was being flagged on line. All skype default numbers are being seriously trashed and flagged on line and skype is at fault for not automatically allowing the paid customers number to match the caller ID. Instead the paid customer's number defaults to the skype number which is being flagged online as a scammer's number. Skype is liable for damages listed in the complaint.Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Microsoft is requesting a service request number to provide assistance (internal tracking number) but wouldn't provide one when I tried to file the complaint through email (rejected as non monitored box) and their web chat (spoke with a 'live' rep that said nothing could be done and the ticket couldn't be elevated. If Microsoft wants an internal tracking number it should assign one to this complaint. Please stop blocking me from contacting my family.
