Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Their response suggests I did not call their support line; in fact, I called Microsoft Xbox support prior to filing this complaint with the Revdex.comThey did not provide me with a service request number at that time, which they are now asking forIn order to get a service request number to fix the Kinect, Microsoft wants me to pay for the repair of the Kinect; I should not have to pay for repair of the product that they likely broke with their software update.Sincerely,*** **

Hello,Thank you for your reply. We are only able to refund to the payment source that isused for the original paymentIf the credit card used to make the purchase haschanged or is closed before we issue the refund, but the bank and account are the same, bankis able to capture the funds and transfer, however its not done automaticallyin this case.Banks normally have a way of tracking down the payment if itgoes back to the customer’s old (and closed) bank accountAccounts aren’tnormally closed after the card is destroyed, instead they will be open so thattransactions can still go through themIn this case bank might need a bit moreinformation regarding the original payment and the card to transfer the funds.I hope this response has been helpful.Kind regards, Kaisa Customer Relations OfficeSkype

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: First of all take notice to how long Microsoft the professional business took to respond it's over year latterAnd yes I still have a problem we spent a lot of money on a game we can not use.The problem is you need a Microsoft gold account this is a problem because it requires a separate fee monthlyThe game does tell you Xbox gold account but is in very fine print where a magnifying glass must be used in order to read itThis is robbery and unacceptableAt this time I demand a refund of the original game price or another sort of incentive of credit towards my Microsoft accountYou should ask yourself Why would any sane person spend $or more on a game they can not play unless they pay an extra monthly feeThat's like paying $for the game and $a year for gameI don't care what you get with the Gold subscriptionI paid for a game my kids can not play
Sincerely,*** ***
