Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I received a full refund of the money they took from my account and have closed the account so no further charges can be made. Thank you for your assistance.Sincerely, [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Microsoft is repeatedly ignoring the information I have provided. They are refusing to contact me, as requested. I do not have a ticket/request ID because Microsoft never gave me one. I'm ready to close this complaint, though I do not "accept" their response and would not consider this issue resolved. I simply have no more time or patience to continue talking in circles with Microsoft. Their responses appear to be automated, as none of my requests have been met and any valid points I bring up regarding my lack of a ticket/request ID are ignored completely.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: almost 1 year later there is still NO Windows 10 Support for this Printer!!!Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Microsoft has stolen 2,000 dollars and countless hours of my time in the form of selling me a defective product, giving me a defective replacement, avoiding and dodging my complaints, refusing to guarantee me a new device, and refusing to give me a refund. I want a brand new Surface Book waiting for me as soon as I get back to the United States or I am filing a lawsuit. This is my third attempt, and I get the same "sorry company policy" rhetoric. This corporation needs to be accountable for their mistakes, not brush them under the rug, dragging me along and wasting my time and money. I already will never buy another Microsoft product ever again, but I don't have another 2,000 to go buy another computer. I want my money, and I want it now. I want a refund or new device. No exceptions.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because I contacted xbox customer service multiple times about this issue. They should have the records from the representatives I spoke with.[redacted] - I have a question about my subscription - this is from the email I received from the rep I spoke with via chat. Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Two days ago a man called with a thick accent I presume to be from India. I could not understand him and, initially thought it was a sales call of some sort and I hung up. Yesterday I got an e-mail from "[redacted]" and the summation of the situation is they do not reimburse customers even though their representatives could not fix the problem remotely and told me it was the hard drive that was effected. [redacted] offered a $50.00 "gift" card to use with Microsoft. Given the customer service I have gotten with this situation I declined the card and he said the case is closed!!! I was told by a Microsoft employee in the area that I would not get any reimbursement. I think the public should know this policy before buying any of the products or services. In my business position, I can warn clients about this situation before they buy products or services. I will do that. Thank you for your interest and follow up.Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: You are not reading my complaint and keep responding with some generic response that does not apply. I DO NOT HAVE A SERVICE NUMBER because I want this issue fixed.Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: My 91 year old father doesnt have a clue how to "reach out to you". You got his phone number from some list and your people think they can get over on elderly people to make a sale, as if something is wrong with his computer. I will accept the response of apologizing for the anguish to my father and verification his number is on Microsoft DO NOT CALL listSincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because Microsoft definitely has NOT resolved this matter to my satisfaction. That this company seems to think that they can dictate to a customer; 'when' a matter is closed or 'what is' an acceptable resolution is sad. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response.

Definition of Nominal:
nom·i·nal
'näm?n(?)l/
adjective
1.
(of a role or status) existing in name only.
"Thailand retained nominal independence under Japanese military occupation"
synonyms:
in name only,titular,formal,official;More
2.
(of a price or amount of money) very small; far below the real value or cost.
"some firms charge only a nominal fee for the service"
synonyms:
token,symbolic;More
As clearly indicated I would happily accept a NOMINAL fee. However that is not the case, no rational person would try to justify 2K being a nominal fee. My counter would be to send the device to a store in San Diego I would happily bring my surface to them and switch it there. I don't understand why this is so complicated. Failing that I will escalate this matter as this is a direct violation of the warranty.
