Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I received an email from Microsoft Global Escalation containing the Service ID: [redacted] , I'm assuming this is the service request numberThe email basically reiterated Microsoft's day warranty on this supposedly premium productI reject this response because as I told the chat rep, I have other Xbox One controllers that have functioned perfectly for far longer, and they all cost less than half the price of the premium Elite ControllerI continue to attest that Microsoft advertised this product as a premium device that should outlast their standard devices, and that it should carry a warranty that backs that claim.Sincerely, [redacted]

RevDex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to mePlease contact me at [redacted] or email threw [redacted] @gmail.com I've also found out that when I got the Xbox sent to me it never had a return label and I sent the broke Xbox back to that warehouse I wasn't sure so that's why the exchange was never finished but customer service has been no help to me except to a few reps that gave me info but basically the Xbox is in California and it's suppose to be in Texas but I have proof I've sent the Xbox to that location it's passed the 2weeks so I need a refund for the but thank you Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While they have indeed contacted me, so far we are not any further in getting my information removed from my website I have hope they will rectify but at this time we have made no progress I have spoken with their customer advocate but she seemed unable to understand the issue that I cannot remove my billing information or cancel any further charges as before and calls do not seem to garner any response She continually asked for a ticket number which I could never get because I was continually redirected to a department in Xbox that for whatever reason would not answer the calls and their system would again drop the call After spending more valuable time and cost to me I am not really any further to stopping the charges She did however take my information with a promise to work on it I received a call while at work that I was unable to answer informing me of an emailI have looked at the email and it is simply the instructions on how the removal SHOULD work However, it still does not as it has not several times a week for a month I replied to the email stating that I had tried that before and had tried again after the email I attached screen shots showing that the cancel button is not there and another screenshot showing the continued pending charges so cannot remove I have yet to receive a response although it is still early for a response to the email I would also mention that no where in the email were the charges that should never have hit my bank discussed Only the removal of my information has been addressed I appreciate the Revdex.com facilitating getting this resolved I continue to be unimpressed with microsoft and xbox Quite truthfully, I find it astounding that the computer guru of today's world cannot seem to get a simple website feature to work, thus only fueling my distrust of the company I do hope that the screenshots provided will finally clarify why I am so upset at this point and have reached out to the Revdex.com Trying to explain to customer service representatives that the same solution continues to be offered no matter how many times I've tried it and it does not work over the phone was apparently not working Again I thank you for working to help resolve the issue and do hope that the advocate can finally get to someone that can remove it from their end Sincerely, [redacted]

I was unaware of the issue until that time otherwise I would have contacted them sooner, but I never had an issue until right before the warranty expired and by that time it was too late.Sincerely, [redacted]
