Midway Nissan Reviews (383)

Thank you Scott Sullivan! I had a great time and an awesome buying experience working with you. Go to Midway Nissan, you will not be disappointed!

I bought Nissan Rogue 2016 from Midway Nissan recently. Everyone at Midway Nissan made my car buying experience an exceptional one. Aylin, my sales rep was very helpful and made the whole transition into a pleasing experience.

I got an awesome deal on a brand new 2016 nissan sentra. Thanks to Michael Abalos and his excellent customer service!?

I went in thinking the car buying experience would be a nightmare but soon realized that it wasn't as scary and daunting as I thought. Scott Sullivan was so much fun and made the whole experience extremely easy. He helped to make me feel comfortable with my choice and I couldn't be happier now that I own my very own car! I would recommend this location and Scott to anyone looking for a new car and great experience.

beware you may not have a brand new car. if you bought a 2017 nissan versa red in color with vin number 3n1cn7ap7hl807541. I can provide proof of insurance where my daughter purchased this exact versa and was forced to return when she wouldn't put more money down. beware you have paid brand new price for a previously driven vehicle. I can provide proof if needed. check your car fax.

My experience here was amazing. The whole staff here was great and so helpful. Anthony Luna was fantastic I highly recommend him, he was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the cars there he helped me find something I could afford and got it for me at the right price. I will always get my cars from them.

This was definitely the easiest car buying experience I went through. Brandon was a fantastic sales person, He heard my price range he stuck to it the entire time. We had the car picked out and test drove in under 30 minutes and streamlined straight to financing. After about 30-45 minutes more with Rita I was out of there with pretty nice deal. They were both super friendly, they listened, and they definitely made this not suck as much as usual when you have to go to a dealership.

To whom it may concern:

I would like to share my shocking experience at Midway Nissan in Glendale Arizona.

I was interested in a ford mustang convertible( 1 red flag) and while talking to the sales person I thought it was very inconvenient that I kept getting different sales people who had not communicated with one another and took very long in getting back to my buying process.

From the beginning I had made it clear to all sales personnel that I have to communicate first to my wife before buying anything, and they were aware of my situation especially that my wife has a very busy schedule just like mine.

because we both work in the medical field and are frequently on call in case of any emergencies.

At one point a sales person had asked if I can leave some deposit to "hold" the vehicle in case everything works out with me and my wife agreeing with the buying terms, while doing this both sales personnel had told me do not worry about your money it is only to hold this car in case we come to an agreement on the purchase.

Finally at the end talking to the wife, while her being at work and us trying to communicate agreed that it was not in our best interest to buy this car at this time.

After my communication with multiple sales people about what me and my wife not being interested any longer it seems like the customer service that I had when I first came in was now gone!

and it was taking hours for anyone getting back to me after my communication with the last sales person, and come to find out the car that I was interested in was not on hold for me because a lot of other people were test driving the vehicle even before I had told them that I was not interested any longer.

Finally a different sales man came to and said the deposit you had put down to hold the car is no longer yours? it is ours for holding this car for you and you not committing to buying, which was the total shocker,

I had laughed and said I need to talk to the sales person name Francisco who I gave the money and signed a paper with my signature and his that I gave a $800 dollar deposit with condition that I will get back if I do not buy!

the sales person said its no longer up to him the GM ( general manager) is now in charge and is not going to give you money back!

then I responded I need to talk to him now please.

Finally while waiting for a long time the GM comes to me and says I don't even know it you gave us any money! and asked if I had some kind of proof or recite and when on saying that if he did have any money of mine that it was no longer mine and that they had wasted valuable time with me with paper work and looking up credit etc and that that $800 dollar's should stay with them for the in convince.

I replied saying this is ridicules I was promised that I would get my money back plus I never signed anything in writing saying you would keep my money if I don't buy,

(at this point I was thinking I will never come to any midway dealer again)

I also responded to the GM is this how you guys do business I had told him that I work in surgery at Glendale hospital were multiple doctors and nurses and friends our thinking of buying from Midway Nissan to buy or lease and have been asking me to share my experience with them and told him this is horrible business that you guys or doing, I also said please talk to your sales person Francisco and I also told him about the paper me and him had signed and agreed on, he them replied can I see that paper,

I replied yes and showed to him and then he took it some were and finally after 45 minutes he returned and returned my money.

This experience has been very shocking,

I feel like I was lied to, like this organization does fraud business especially with costumers who do not know how to defend them selves.

I expected much more from a Nissan dealer and know I think I will NEVER EVER do business with any Nissan dealer and will continue to tell a lot of friends and family about this shocking situation I had and I can not believe that the business of the Revdex.com rates this company a (A+)

SHOCKING

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to...

me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards,

Midway Nissan engages in false/misleading advertising. They have advertised in craigs list and autotrader ( ad still running on autotrader as of 12-14-16) a 2015 Nissan Altima for $7,991 ( currently reduced to $7,493) stock #PN62627A. Nowhere in the add is mentioned the fact that is vehicle has a salvage restored title. I called the dealership on 12-8-16 and spoke with salesman Hector, asked him what was wrong with the car as the price was low. He did not disclose that the car has a salvage restored title and gave me some story that they had so much inventory that they were discounting it. I called that night to ask if the vehicle was still available and he said yes and to ask for his manager Many. I asked for him and I after waiting a few minutes a salesman Anthony said he would be helping me. He was very nice and professional and when I asked what was wrong with the car he informed that the vehicle had a restored salvage title. I live in Mesa and I drove all the way to 22nd Ave & Bell only to be told that. He told me the vehicle was fixed professionally otherwise they wouldn't put their name behind it. Since I drove all the way there I decided to look at it, it turns out the sales person who had showed last had driven home with the keys ( most likely so someone else couldn't sell it in case her buyers changed their mind). I was told she was bringing the keys and it would be 10 minutes. After about 40-45 minutes they got the keys an I was able to test drive the car. Even in the dark one could see that the vehicle had several large scratches and the whole front edge of the front passenger door was chipped and slightly bent. The front right wheel had damage. I mentioned that it didn't seem to have been fixed to the high standard he mentioned. I was asked how much will I be willing to pay to buy it as it was and I offered $7,500 total price, meaning including taxes and any fees. It was past 9:00 so I asked Anthony to check on the offer and to let me know. I spoke with Anthony the next day and he said they couldn't sell it for that price, I asked what would they sell it for. His manager many called me back and said they would sell it for $10,900 "out the door". I asked him how did he figured $3,000 more that advertised price and he responded that as the add stated if the vehicle is not financed with prime lending through Midway Nissan there is $1,000 added to the price. The first thing I was told after they finally disclosed that it had salvage restored title is that they were not able to finance it. I asked Many how could they charge the $1,000 if they can't finance the car and his response is that they can't finance it but I could find someone else ( lenders don't lend on salvage cars) but that is not what the add states therefore they are advertising a vehicle for a price that at which the vehicle can't be purchased. Even with the $1,000 added there was another $2,000 increase for sales taxes and fees? Sales tax should be no more than $765 so there were about $1,250 in fees which any reputable dealer should disclose. Furthermore the advertising states that the car has the manufacturer warranty which is not true as a salvage vehicle voids the manufacturer warranty. This is completely false advertising and the way they conducted the business unprofessional, deceptive and dishonest.

Midway Nissan has cancelled the vehicle purchase with the customer and returned the trade vehicle.

Hello Revdex.com,

I am not satisfied because all Nissan offered me was a dinner for my family. Two days of my time was wasted at that dealership and I was discriminated against, not because of race or anything of that  nature but because I caught the sales manager in a lie. It is not an issue of customer service it is an issue of morality. I was purposely mislead into thinking that the car they were getting for me was the best financial choice I could make. I found a less expensive car on their own website. Once I brought that up to the Sales Manager, instead of trying to make that deal work, he tried to convince me that the car wasn’t available anymore and that I didn’t qualify for it. He gained my trust by pitching to me this vehicle that is out of my price range and blatantly lied to my face and didn’t have the decency to apologize. I appreciated the fact that they have apologized, but the issue is bigger than that. It makes me wonder about all of the other unfortunate people who have given their trust to Midaway Nissan and have been purposely mislead into debt for the sake of making the most profit. It’s a shame that I had to go to these lengths, but someone needed to shed light on how they are conducting business. Its not only irresponsible as a dealership but its immoral as a human. I thank Midway Nissan for the consideration of the individual that contacted me, but I have returned the call of the GM and have not gotten a response and to be honest I feel he did it for the sake of saying he reached out to me.

Best Regards,

I have read other reviews where they delivered the car with no mention of a notory to verify a signature  The manager promised delivery on Monday come Friday still no vehicle in sight. this dealership is a con artist scamming people out of their Hard earned money preying on the [redacted] and low income. They need to be shut down.  I require monetary compensation for replacing the headlight and key fob battery $300 should be sufficient. we had a deal when I replaced it we sign papers with both both parties excepting it and they reneged the contractThe dealer should have their Revdex.com ranking shot down https[redacted]
