Midway Nissan treated me well, I got the best deal I could find (22k flat out the door on a brand new 2016 rogue s) after 4 months of searching and talking to various valley Nissan dealers and getting a bait n switch deal at Peoria nissan.

The sales person was courteous and polite, we got everything done according to the deal I had agreed to via email with the sales mgr. I did have one small discrepancy on my final paperwork I descovered 3 days later, after contacting them, we got the issue resolved in a timely manner when other dealers would have said, you signed you're screwed, very professional and ethical treatment.

After sale treatment and communication is also great and first class.

I recommend midway nissan to anyone looking for a new nissan or any car they may have. Great place. Thumbs up.

My husband Harry and I have been very impressed with Nissan vehicles, not only for their purchase prices, but for the courteous representatives and the manager Aaron who has been terrific.

Scott is a great saleman and person.(Jersey boy) I will buy all of my Nissian's from him.

I was treated very poorly by the finance department and after sleeping on it decided I did not want the vehicle anymore. I had not taken the vehicle off the lot and assumed I would be treated like a human being who had changed his mind. Instead I was told that the papers I signed held me captive in a sale I didn't want to be part of and then threatened by James C[redacted] that they would come to my house and take my car. James was incredibly insulting throughout the process. I don't believe having not taken the car off the lot that I should have been bullied into completing the transaction. I feel as though Midway Nissan has stolen 13535 dollars from me using unethical practices.

Amazing experience! They helped me so much on getting a better car and better deal! Thank you all so much! I highly recommend this place!

Our Customer Service Director has sent the following message to the customer via email.  He is going to work with the customer to get his bird dog fee paid as soon as possible.We do apologize, but there are procedures that the dealership has to follow.Hello [redacted], I am responding to your Revdex.com complaint on the referral that isowed to you. I do apologize that the process and policy wasn’t clearlycommunicated to you on a referral getting paid out to someone. There is noissue sending a referral to someone or you but we do have a process we have tofollow before someone can receive it. We do have to wait for the bank to fundthe deal and for all the paperwork to finalize. In this situation your referralalso has a check that is being held before it is deposited because they didn’thave the down payment money upfront. That check is due to go through on February27th , it can take a few days to reflect with the bank and then onceit goes through the transaction will be completely final and you will receivethe money. Once again I am sorry for the lack of communication. Lastly we doneed a w9 filled out, I know you had filled one out already but it wasaccidentally shredded. I have attached another copy, please provide your name,address, social security number and signature in the area’s provided on theform.  The fax number is below if you want to fax it back if you areunable to scan it and email it back to me.  If you fax it please let meknow so I can look for it.

As Mr. [redacted] knows and has been informed on numerous times, [redacted] is a paint protection coating that was applied to the vehicle before sale. Mr....

[redacted] signed documents indicating that he understood that this is not a refundable product.

With that being said, Midway Nissan will process a refund in the amount of $348.00.  The refund will be sent to the lien holder for Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle.  If the vehicle has been paid off, Mr. [redacted] will need to provide a payoff letter to Midway Nissan and the refund will be issued directly to him.  The payoff letter can be sent directly to me at [redacted], [redacted], ** [redacted] or via email at [redacted]@vtaig.com.

Scott at Midway Nissan was wonderful. Honest, kind, and genuinely there to get me into the best car for my needs and budget. Great service, In fact THE BEST service I've had at a car dealership !! I will be purchasing all my vehicles here!

Great Service! Was my first car buying experience and Scott made sure I was aware of everything and didn't leave anything out and also made sure I was getting the best deal. Tony then stepped in to make sure I knew how the car worked before leaving off the lot.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have been in contact with [redacted] and he is looking into refunding me back to March, when I had originally submitted the first copy of cancellation paperwork.  He is supposed to get back to me in a couple of days.

April 22, 2014We are in receipt of the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] regarding her complaint with Midway Nissan.Our Customer Service Director has been in contact with Ms. [redacted] regarding her vehicle.  The vehicle was ordered from Nissan North America and has been delayed due...

to production problems.  Mr. and Ms. [redacted] have been placed in a loaner vehicle at no cost to them.  Additionally, we have provided them with a full tank of gas in the loaner, as well as all weather mats for the new vehicle.Ms. [redacted] was also advised that once the vehicle arrives from the factory, Midway Nissan will work with them regarding their first payment.We are truly sorry for the delays Mr. and Ms. [redacted] have experienced with their new vehicle purchase.Sincerely,[redacted]Compliance Director Midway Nissan.

I've done business with Midway before, and this time in particular was a much better experience. From the interaction with the staff to the actual car I ended up getting I left a happy customer. Aly was able to find a car that had literally everything I was looking for. I would recommend going to see her if your interested in a Nissan.

Can't say enough good things about my experience at Midway Nissan. I had made a first visit to another dealership in town, and left there feeling all dirty and slimey from their sales managers. I really wanted a new Rogue, so I stopped by Midway and all I can saw is WOW.. My salesman, Alec, was great. But my sales/finance manager, Rita, went so far above and beyond my expecations. I had a monthly payment limit in mind. She beat it. I had an interest rate I wanted. She lowered it. I wanted an extended warranty added. She blew it out of the water. She made the car buying experience as painless as possible.

We walked into Midway Nissan in hopes of buying a van. Scott Sullivan was very knowledgeable in all things dealing with the vans, and after some debate on whether we wanted to purchase the NV200 Passenger Van, and the Quest Van. My family decided on the Quest Van. Scott worked very hard to help us stay within our price range and made me very happy with the whole process. It felt as if we were dealing with a friend who was looking out for my families best interest, rather than your typical car salesman. I would definitely recommend family and friends to come and work with the friendly and hard working staff at Midway Nissan.

My team was top notch! This dealership has earned my trust and business for life. I'm truly in love with my 2016 Blue Pearl Sentra and I adored the customer service I was given. A huge thanks to my Salesman Brandon Abbott, my Desk Manager Joe Allen, and my Finance Manager Pat Fairley. Ya'll did me proud !
