We have an exceptional rate of customers who have an excellent

experience however there are a few customers whose experience may not be excellent.

Therefore we always want to try and create a resolution and make the situation

right with any customer who is unsatisfied if possible. We have reached out to

the several times wanting to invite her in and she has been unresponsive to us.

We will gladly sit down with her to go over the contract and documents to try

and create a resolution.  We are unable to come to a resolution when the customer has unresponsive to us.

Our Customer Service Director has sent the following message to the customer via email.  He is going to work with the customer to get his bird dog fee paid as soon as possible.We do apologize, but there are procedures that the dealership has to follow.Hello [redacted], I am responding to your Revdex.com complaint on the referral that isowed to you. I do apologize that the process and policy wasn’t clearlycommunicated to you on a referral getting paid out to someone. There is noissue sending a referral to someone or you but we do have a process we have tofollow before someone can receive it. We do have to wait for the bank to fundthe deal and for all the paperwork to finalize. In this situation your referralalso has a check that is being held before it is deposited because they didn’thave the down payment money upfront. That check is due to go through on February27th , it can take a few days to reflect with the bank and then onceit goes through the transaction will be completely final and you will receivethe money. Once again I am sorry for the lack of communication. Lastly we doneed a w9 filled out, I know you had filled one out already but it wasaccidentally shredded. I have attached another copy, please provide your name,address, social security number and signature in the area’s provided on theform.  The fax number is below if you want to fax it back if you areunable to scan it and email it back to me.  If you fax it please let meknow so I can look for it.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I used midway about 8 years ago and had a terrible experience, so I was hesitant to go back. Although I am glad I did! The customer service from start to finish was great! I was really impressed with Antonio in finance because he took the time to break down how all the warranties worked. Overall I am pleased and will be back again.

I went in to see a used car and came home with a brand new car. I had Danielle G[redacted] for my sales consultant and she was a doll!!! she was very professional, sweet, and made the transaction comfortable. Midway Nissan's customer service exceeds expectations.

Wow. These guys were amazing. I have terrible credit but they helped me out so much. I got a brand new car I'm in love with and they got a life long customer so friendly and fast. I felt like I was their only priority. Just incredible

Ken, the representative that assisted me through out the day was very kind. He seemed knowledgeable in finance, which made me feel comfortable, and his eagerness and willingness to work with me on staying within my budget was unsurpassed. The only complaint I have is the length of time the entire process of purchasing took from start to finish. As I am new to purchasing from a dealership, I have no other experience to base the process from, but that was the only down side for me personally. All I know for sure is I would happily return to work with the staff at Midway Nissan again. Thank you guys!

I bought a pathfinder with them and it was an easy and pretty smooth process and they also helped me to lower the monthly payment, the sales rep was [redacted] He also speak spanish so that's helped me out to understand every single thing, so I am happy with my purchase.

interested in.  We have taken steps with the sales staff to ensure that this does not happen with future customers.Our Customer Service Director, Aaron H[redacted] has been in touch with Ms. [redacted] in an effort to remedy the situation and come to an acceptable resolution. Ms. [redacted] respectfully declined all offers.
We appreciate Ms. [redacted] bringing this issue to our attention. And as stated above we have addressed it with the Nissan Sales team.

Midway Nissan. Midway Nissan apologizes for the lack of customer service he experienced with our sales staff. Our sales staff is trained to put the customer first and regret that Mr. [redacted] did not receive the level of respect he deserved. Our General Manager, [redacted] reached out to Mr. [redacted] but was unable to speak with him. [redacted] our Customer Service Director spoke with Mr. [redacted] in regards to his complaint. My experience at midway nissan was amazing, my salesperson Vanessa along with her team were extremely helpful! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for their first car.

Phenomenal experience with Scott at Midway Nissan! He was amazing to work with I would highly recommend him to anyone! He was happy to explain anything I questioned and kept us laughing the whole time! If you are looking in a new vehicle, check them out and ask for Scott! Tell him Cream Soda sent you!!

Our Customer Service Director has left a phone message as well as an email for the customer. We have made the offer of dinner for two or reimbursement with proof of receipts. The customer has not responded to our offer.  We feel we have attempted to resolve his issues in a timely manner.

I had a positive experience with this business. Great staff and very upfront and courteous. Very efficient and no-pressure.

I went with my mother [redacted] to Midway Nissan and we had a really great experience. Thank you Ken S[redacted] and Anthony for helping us with our purchase. I would recommend Ken to anyone I know. Thank you Midway Nissan.

With so many dealerships and even more vehicles, models, and trims to choose from, making the best choice could be challenging for most of us. Fortunately, with a little work, you can find the best choice with research and patience. I recommend finding dealerships and sales staff that listen more to your needs than simply attempting to make decisions on your behalf. Take your time, make the right decision, and find a dealership that stands behind their promises. Although I didn't end up purchasing from them, Midway Nissan is a dealership that doesn't want to lose the opportunity to earn your business, and they are willing to match or beat prices from competitors. If they fall short of beating competition, which they did in my case, they do stand behind their price guarantee. I know this for a fact, and for that reason I respect their leadership.

This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The staff at Midway Nissan put together a real good deal for me in a real professional manner. I never felt pressured in any way. When it was all said and done, I wound up with a better deal than the one that I agreed to at first. That speaks volume s about the characters of the staff there. Need I say more?
