Thank you Scott Sullivan for being the amazing Sales Rep you are. I would recommend everybody looking to purchase a vehicle to see Scott. He goes out of his way to make it happen. He is friendly, polite and very professional. He is an avid Eagles fan from Jersey with a big heart that wants to help everyone get into the vehicle they choose.. I just bought a new Nissan Rouge from Ada Sanchez at Midway Nissan. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to everyone!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I tried to send this e mail on Tue,Mar 10,2015 but I think it went to the wrong address. Evidently your sales staff did not tell you that I was buying the [redacted] using the Build and Buy program on 1/7/15. I'm pretty sure that they will say that they did not know that. I have all the paperwork for the car I was trying to buy (the bait car) and the switch car. They did not show me how they came up with the Amount Financed and the Finance Charge until I signed the paper work. [redacted] gave me two pages of back up data the next day but it took me many hours to find out that they added $4031 to the Amount Financed and the Finance Charge.[redacted] told me on 1/7/15 that I had to finance the car in order to get a $4000 rebate. [redacted] told me on 1/7/15 that I had to buy a Mechanical Protection Plan (Extended Warranty) in order to get 2.9% financing.I offered to settle for $650 on 1/8/15 but [redacted] only offered me a $100 [redacted] credit.I checked the Build and Buy web site on 3/9/15. I asked for the Midway Nissan dealer price for the same 2014 [redacted] SV that they switched me too. Same color,same options and same MSRP. The dealer price was $29,143 including total dealer fees and [redacted]. It is noted that [redacted] and [redacted] are offering 2014 [redacted] SV's for less than $30,000. Using Midway Nissan cost data, the sales tax,title,license and registration would be $2689 and the total cost to me would be $31,832. The next day (3/10/15) I got an e mail from [redacted] at Midway to sell me this [redacted] for the dealer price of $29,143.Sincerely,[redacted]

I acknowledge the position of Midway Nissan, but stand firm on the fact that I accepted a legitimate offer made by their sales staff. Any confusion in the actual amount of the vehicle is because their sales staff was misleading, heard what they wanted to hear, or played with the numbers after the fact and failed to clearly spell out the true cost during the 6-8 email and telephone conversations that occurred.I responded to an ad on their website for a vehicle advertised at a starting price of $9,995 and made it clear from the beginning what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. In the end the deal was some $5,000+ more than we ever discussed.So, in an effort to wash my hands of this, I will accept a payment of $119.00 to cover the $90.00 in fuel and $40.00 in meals incurred on the 600 mile, 2-day round trip; not to mention the additional wear and tear on my aging truck (purchased from Midway Nissan). This amount takes into consideration the $11.00 in fuel that Midway Nissan put in my tank on the evening of February 28.Regards,[redacted]

Love my brand new Versa from Midway Nissan! Jesus C[redacted] helped get an incredible deal- definitely see him when you're in.

My husband and I recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue from Scott S[redacted] at Midway Nissan. We went in there to hopefully purchase a used Nissan, but after several hours it became apparent Midway was not going to agree on a payment with us-although Scott went into "the room" to discuss the situation numerous times. We then switched gears and began looking at new cars. Throughout all of this (6 1/2 hours total) Scott was professional, friendly, relaxed, and worked diligently to make sure we were getting what we wanted. He was not pushy or an "in your face" piranha most people associate with car salesmen. If YOU are looking to purchase a car, we would definitely recommend Scott S[redacted]. It will forever change the way you view buying a car!

If zero stars was an option, that would be the rating I would give the staff of Midway Nissan. The entire staff, from the sales people to the closers were horrible! I never even got to take possession of the car on the day I presumably "bought" it and no one called me during the two subsequent days. Finally, I went to another dealership (Peoria Nissan), and was able to purchase and take home a car that day. When I went to return the loaner they had given my husband and I, they told us that we now own two cars, even though someone else from Midway had called for us to sign papers again that very day.

In any event, these salespeople completely back up the stereotype of slimy car dealers. [redacted], our salesman, chomped on gum the entire time, and his lack of professionalism in a business setting should be an embarrassment, not only to him, but to the company he is representing. The general manager, [redacted], who would not take our calls when we looking for the car we had purchased all day Wednesday, called screaming and with true malice in his tone when we told him the deal was now off. I don't appreciate his scare tactics, especially when legal advisors have told me that because I never took possession of this car, I did not buy it.

Avoid Midway Nissan like the plague. I would sooner use my son's bicycle for transportation than buy a vehicle from this disreputable company.

The new car business has yet to make buying a car an experience that people look forward to. So at the end of my recent transaction I can say my experience was a very good one and the bottom line is that I was totally satisfied in the end result. The people truly listened to my concerns and resolved them in a very fair, business like manner.

I had to go in and get my 2014 Nissan serviced...while I was waiting I decided to go look at the newer Nissan Sentras... Tyler was one of the sales agents that was the one that helped me look and showed me that was in stock... He was so well informed about the vehicles and I said I wanted a certain look and color he went above and beyond to help me find what I thought I would want and He found it!!! I was soo impressed by his professionalism and just how he presented himself and I was sold!!! I really wasnt really wanting to purchase anything but Tyler changed all that... Great Job Tyler... and Thank you...

[redacted] is, by far, the best service manager I have ever had the opportunity to work with. In fact, I worked as an automotive service manager for several repair facilities in the past and no service manager that I've met comes close to [redacted]'s combination of professionalism and friendliness (I include my own past performance in this). [redacted] does not attempt to up-sell services that are not needed and always keeps me informed as to what is going on with my vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and [redacted].

we were looking to get a cheap car and keep the same payments but the crew at Midway Nissan Helped us Get a Well equipped car and Below our asked price.

Their customer service was great. They made sure all my questions were answered and I left satisfied.

I was a little apprehensive going in, we've had poor to just so-so experiences purchasing new cars in the past, plus in general I'm skeptical of most sales environments. I had emailed Jose C[redacted] (Internet Manager) about a new 2015 or 2016 Nissan Frontier, Jose helped me as much as he could through email - at some point you have to go into the dealership.
My wife and I went in 11/24/2015 to look around, Jose handed us off to Scott S[redacted]. After a few minutes I can honestly say that Scott made us feel like we were old friends, not just some customers that walked in off the street.
Scott is very knowledgeable about the Frontier (and I am sure every vehicle at Midway Nissan), although I did some research online about the Frontier, I asked a lot questions and Scott knew the answers. We went in knowing more or less what we wanted to look at, which was a mid priced Frontier, it has been our experience in the past that we would have been pressured to upgrade or even switch to a different model, Scott at no time made us feel uncomfortable with the vehicle we wanted. There are a few different models available, with many options that we frankly do not need, so when we said we didn't need them, that was that. Neither my wife or I would have any problem at all recommending Midway to anyone looking for a new Nissan but in particular Scott.
We could not be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. We are very happy with the truck, Nissan Frontiers have a very good reputation for being a strong, dependable mid-sized truck.
We are very happy with the dealership, the experience at Midway Nissan is without a doubt the best we've had and we want to Thank Everyone who was involved to one extent or another in the sale of our truck. Midway Nissan is a top notch dealership and a credit to auto industry.

When my wife and I went to Midway Nissan, it was a spur of the moment thing and I was just planning on finding a decent car to look at. Wow! When I got there with my wife, [redacted] and [redacted] treated us fantastically. It was wonderful to experience such great customer service. After thinking about it for hours (thanks guys for your patience) we agreed to the perfect car for us. We ended up meeting the finance guy, [redacted], who also was absolutely wonderful to us. Top notch, ten stars out of ten! When we can afford another car, I know where we'll be going back to, and I know who I want to help us. Guys, my wife and I think you're the best, and if the others that work at Midway Nissan are anywhere near as great, and I think they are, then we have no desire to look elsewhere for great, reliable, gas efficient, comfortable, and beautiful transportation. Everyone there made us comfortable and treated us like family. Thank you.

I had a great experience at Midway Nissan this past Sunday. I bought a new Nissan Rogue. It was a quick and painless experience. Everyone was very easy to work with. I was happy with the entire transaction. THANK YOU!

I had the best car buying experience at this dealership! This is my fourth car, always purchasing from car dealer, and I never had a better experience (I used to hate shopping for a car). Thank you for making it so easy and pleasant. I highly recommend [redacted] as your sales consultant. She is absolutely awesome!

I got the car of my dreams but not for the price I wanted. They guaranteed that they were the home of low prices but I wish I would have went somewhere else. Not to mention they kept us there and it took 7 HOURS to buy a car, when I went in already the week before to test drive the car and knew exactly which car I wanted. This was supposed to be really exciting and a happy day not to mention it was my birthday, but it turned out being miserable and feeling like crap when I left even though I was in my new car. I wouldn't suggest Midway Nissan to anyone.
