Our first communication with Mrs. [redacted] was on 03/01/2016, at which point the representative explained the circumstances, and our internal policy on honoring verbal disputes. Mrs. [redacted] spoke to a member of management whom provided our direct fax #, as well as email for her to provide said documentation. To this date our office has received nothing from either party. We have internally marked the account as DISPUTE on 03/01/2016 & returned the account to our client for review. MRS will not be contacting this consumer any further, and a credit bureau deletion record was submitted on 03/04/2016 for processing.

The investigation has found the following: We were able to locate this consumer using the provided maiden name. Our records indicate we have never had any communication with this consumer prior to this complaint. Our internal policy is to honor both verbal, and written validation requests. In the meantime I have forwarded their response to my attorney in the event we have to pursue further legal actions due to this account not being deleted with all three credit bureaus within 30 days.

to respond. Upon receiving notification of this complaint, MRS conducted an investigation with regard to this matter. The investigation has found the following: Our office received an online ACDV dispute that was processed on 09/13/2016. This marked the account in a DISPUTE status which issued a credit bureau deletion record on 09/22/2016. Our office has not reported this debt after that date. If the consumer has pending disputes with the credit furnishers that may be hindering the items from being removed. Please contact the reporting agency in which you are seeing the data, and ensure they don't have any pending ACDV disputes pending through E-Oscar that may be prohibiting the release of the deletion.
