Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The trainer offered me the first class for free which was, indeed, a perkHowever, they still failed to verbally mention the one year obligationI did not even recieve the contract via emailAll was done over the [redacted] screenI proceeded only to find out later that I was signed up for a one year commitmentThere really should be some sort of comsumer protection in placeI contacted CG within days (technically three weeks) from the start date to alleviate this issueI should not have to be obligated to a contract when the salesperson/trainer failed to mention and they barely showed me the [redacted] screenThey just told me to type in a four digit codePlease cancel my contract as I was led blindly into transaction Regards, [redacted]

According to our records, we show that the camper accepted the terms and conditions and enrolled in a month minimum commitment Bold membership on October 24th at 9:amThe camper is not eligible for cancellation at this timeTherefore, we would not be able to grant termination

Upon registration, campers authorize [redacted] and its third-party payment processing vendor(s) to charge the Monthly BOLD Fee and other agreed upon amounts under this Agreement to the credit card, debit card provided to [redacted] and/or associate with the User Account; and campers agree that they are responsible for the timely payment of all such amounts that accrueIf early termination exceptions are not applicable, the camper will be eligible for termination upon commitment end

We apologize that you and your spouse have had such a negative experience and as that is contradictory to our mission to "positively impact the physical fitness and, ultimately, the lives of as many people as possible" we have made the exception to cancel the accounts for both you and your husband effective immediately and have refunded the $BOLD membership charge as requested in this complaint

To whom it may concern,Our records indicate that this camper did redeem her free camp certificate on 7/9/@ 7:AM through an email request sent to the customer service department at headquartersThe 6-month membership in question was registered for on 7/14/@ 5:AMOur records show that the camper registered for the membership by validating the secure login credentials on the account and registering for the membershipAs a part of the registration process campers are required to acknowledge the Terms & Conditions of the membership before the registration is considered completeWe have included the Terms & Conditions of the membership in an attachment for your reviewAs per the membership agreement, we are happy to grant an early cancellation to this camper due to the injuries and physical hardships being experienced at campOur last contact with this camper was on 7/20/@ 8:AMIn that communication, we provided the camper with all of the necessary information and required documents to grant the early cancellation exception based on the medical issues described by the camperAs a further courtesy, we have applied a freeze (as described in the Terms & Conditions) for this camper from 7/26-8/in accordance with her due date to allow the camper ample time to procure and submit the necessary early cancelation documentation

We offer a spouse discount for active Bold membersTo receive the discount, both spouses must be active BoldBoth spouses must accept the terms of the full priced Bold or Bold membership and the spouse who registers Bold second will receive the $spouse discountUpon cancellation however, the discount no longer applies

BOLD memberships are for a minimum commitment period of twenty four (24), twelve (12) months or six (6) monthsAt the end of the minimum commitment period, the BOLD membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis if the camper does not cancel according to the termsCampers with outstanding payment/s are not eligible for cancellationWe show that the camper will be eligible for cancellation once all cancellation qualifications have been met

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I cancelled my account on your website on September 6th, at 3:29amEither your website is faulty or someone intentionally changed my account after I cancelled it so that you could continue charging meConsidering the fact that Camp Gladiator refused to cancel an account that was not used and that could not be used shortly after sign up, I believe both to be equally viableIt is clear that Camp Gladiator does not care whatsoever for the people that sign upAll they care about is getting paidAnd since I did try to cancel multiple times, and you still fight it multiple times despite no services whatsoever being rendered, it is clear that money is all CG cares aboutEven ill-gotten gainsCharging me and refusing refunds when I have tried multiple times to cancel is wrongBut it is also clear that Camp Gladiator only cares about one thing and it sure as hell isn't people or customers Regards, [redacted]

Our records show that the camper is currently enrolled in a Bold month auto renewing membershipPer the terms and conditions of the commitment, cancellation can be processed upon receipt of the necessary cancellation documentation that was sent to the camper on March 2,

Credit card information is not stored on our websiteAll billing information is stored with a secure third partyHowever, the camper's billing information has been overridden

We are not able to locate the camper's account with the information provided at this time

Our records show that this situation has been previously resolved

Camper's cancellation requests have been denied based on the Terms & Conditions of the BOLD membership that camper agreed to electronically on January 25th, @ 8:PMWe do have camps available in the area and have also offered freezes in addition to the ones that are provided with her membership as a courtesyWe do offer early cancellation if a move or location closure puts you or more miles away from your nearest location.We are happy to work with the camper by way of the extended freeze but are not able to offer early cancellation at this time

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The membership agreement does not even mention the early termination scenarios that have been discussed during this correspondenceNot to mention that this membership agreement points to URLs to a "Terms of Use and Waiver" and "Privacy Policy" that don't exist (Terms of User/Waiver hyperlink points to here: [redacted] , which gives you a 404, and Privacy Policy points to here: [redacted] , which also gives you a 404)I've attached screenshots of these pages.I can't accept the response when the documentation/terms provided are not even complete Regards, [redacted]

Our records show that the camper has completed months of a Bold month minimum commitment contractWe have provided the terms and conditions of the Bold membership that includes the cancellation process upon fulfilling the minimum commitmentAlso, campers have the ability to apply points toward store purchases or monthly payments by activating the auto apply point feature via [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: while I appreciate Camp Gladiator doing the right thing by cancelling the erroneous membership they signed me up for without my knowledge, consent, or authorization on September 10th They have not reversed or credited the fraudulent charge on October 3rd to the credit card on my accountAgain, I was assured, in writing, by a Camp Gladiator employee, the credit card listed on my account would not be charged because I am not the owner of the credit card nor do I have authorization to use that card Please refund the $charge immediately to the credit card on my account Regards, [redacted]
