directs to an Error 404 - Not Found. Not only was I not given a meaningful opportunity to review the alleged terms of the money-back guarantee prior to signing up for their program outside HEB at [redacted], but the terms and conditions are not available to new registrants now nor do I have any reason to believe they were available on April 9, 2016.    Thank you for your help, [redacted]

Our records indicate that the camper is enrolled in a Bold 12 minimum commitment membership and is not eligible to cancel at this time. However, management has granted early cancellation. Due to this exception, refunds cannot be issued.

Credit card information is not stored on our website. All billing information is stored with a secure third party. However, the camper's billing information has been overridden.

Our records indicate an enrollment in an exclusively discounted single camp. As all Camp Gladiator locations are available with enrollment, it is the camper's discretion how to utilize their registration. Reimbursement will not be issued.

I am rejecting this response because: I became upset because the person I spoke to kept talking over me and wouldn't allow me to finish a sentence. I have told them over and over again, I have never gotten a call in April or May and they continue to argue that I am wrong when in fact they are. I have my phone records and it shows NO CALLS OR MESSAGES LEFT. All I am asking is to return the fees that my bank has charged me due to CG's negligence. I am not refusing to pay. Had the person let me talk on the phone, she would have understood that. This is where it pays to be professional. I can set up a payment plan like I asked the first time. She also stated on that call that she was going to "freeze" my account and when I logged in it had not been done. The owner needs new people with customer service to work there.

I am rejecting this response because: We were LIED TO by the company representative and not permitted to read the T&Cs before signing the contract. We signed in good faith that we were receiving accurate information, which we were not.

I am rejecting this response because:this response still does not address the fact that the service was never rendered and the request for cancellation happened with the 1st week of purchase. Not refunding me the money is only showing how bad this company needs it and how little customer service means to them.

The April payment was collected in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the BOLD membership as attached here. Freeze/cancel policy requires that documents be submitted 10 days prior to charge date to avoid unwanted charges and we are showing that campers documents were not received until...

after the payment was collected.We have made the exception to refund the April payment as of today (4/11/16).

Camper's travel documents showed her to be out of the country from July-December which, under the Terms of the BOLD 12 membership, would make her eligible for an extended travel freeze but not an early move cancellation. We made the exception to approve the membership for early cancellation anyway, waived the requirement for the cancellation form and made the cancellation effective in April even though the documentation stated July as the start date of her travel plans.At this time we are not offering a refund as we have made the following exceptions to work with this camper:1. I am rejecting this response because: There is nowhere on the contract that I signed that states the fee is nonrefundable.Please advise if you would like me to send a copy.I would like this company to delete my information from their system, after they refund my money.

Our records show this situation was previously resolved.

The cancellation request is now processed successfully per previous cancellation confirmation correspondence.

Our records show that the camper successfully completed the minimum commitment of 6 payments and requested cancellation in the appropriate time frame to prevent additional billing.

I am rejecting this response because:I can no longer afford the monthly payments and amrequesting to cancel this agreement.With a 30 day notice I should be able to cancel this agreement. This is not fair to the consumer to lock him/herinto an agreement that benefits only the seller. Please cancel this agreement effective immediately.

According to our records, we show that the camper accepted the terms and conditions and enrolled in a 6 month minimum commitment Bold membership on October 24th at 9:04 am. The camper is not eligible for cancellation at this time. Therefore, we would not be able to grant termination.

I am rejecting this response because: The trainer offered me the first class for free which was, indeed, a perk. However, they still failed to verbally mention the one year obligation. I did not even recieve the contract via email. All was done over the [redacted] screen. I proceeded only to find out later that I was signed up for a one year commitment. There really should be some sort of comsumer protection in place. I contacted CG within 30 days (technically three weeks) from the start date to alleviate this issue. I should not have to be obligated to a contract when the salesperson/trainer failed to mention and they barely showed me the [redacted] screen. They just told me to type in a four digit code. Please cancel my contract as I was led blindly into transaction.
