I am rejecting this response because: The business has not addressed the issue of further charges. I requested my cancellation during the promotional period and have not used any of the services this month (pasted below and attached) is the excerpt from the online version of the contract that I previewed prior to taking a chance to enroll. As you can see, there is NOTHING here about a freezing fee. They can keep the $5, I just want in writing that I will not continue to be charged.[redacted]3) RENEWAL RULES/FREEZE ACCOUNT/TERMINATION: After your normal membership expires 12 months, your CG membership will be automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis. To cancel this membership after you have satisfied the minimum monthly commitment, you must provide written request to cancel. Your cancellation request must be received at least 10 days before your next payment is due by email, mail or fax (contact information below). Your account must be in good standing in order to cancel. If your account is in good standing you may freeze for one month 2 times per year. After the month freeze, your account will automatically be reinstated and your draws for credit card drafts will begin again. Frozen months do not count toward your minimum 12 month commitment. CG reserves the right to charge a Freeze Fee for each month frozen. During a freeze you are not entitled to attend CG. Frozen memberships may not be cancelled.

This camper did make her first purchase on 8/27/14 as part of our 6th Birthday celebration, which was a 1 camp purchase and was NOT a part of her BOLD membership and, therefore, did not count towards her minimum commitment. BOLD 12 membership. Her first BOLD payment was made on 4/13/15. We are showing that she has currently met 5 months of her 12-month minimum commitment. Camper's registration was electronic and did not include a paper form. The Terms & Conditions were acknowledged during the registration process and have been included here as an attachment. We have emailed this camper the cancellation form and will process the account to cancel once the minimum commitment has been met, so as to avoid the auto-renew feature of her membership.

We would not be able to cancel the camper's account at this time as our records show that the camper has enrolled in a 12 month membership. The camper will be eligible to cancel upon the fulfillment of the 12 month minimum membership commitment.

I am rejecting this response because: It did resolve the issue. They have not refunded my money. They did not provide the service(s) they initially stated were included in the 30 day boot camp. I would like a refund.

Camper's cancellation requests have been denied based on the Terms & Conditions of the BOLD membership that camper agreed to electronically on January 25th, 2016 @ 8:36 PM. We do have camps available in the area and have also offered freezes in addition to the ones that are provided with her...

membership as a courtesy. We do offer early cancellation if a move or location closure puts you 30 or more miles away from your nearest location.We are happy to work with the camper by way of the extended freeze but are not able to offer early cancellation at this time.

Our records show the camper enrolled in a Bold 6 month minimum commitment membership. Bold memberships auto-renew on a month to month basis once the minimum commitment has been met. Our records do not indicate the cancellation request successfully processed as advised via previous correspondence....

We are not able to locate the camper's account with the information provided at this time.

Unfortunately, our Bold 12 membership is not based on attendence. However, the camper has the option to temporarily suspend the account as stated in the terms and conditions. At this time, the camper is not eligible for cancellation. If applicable, we offer early termination for documented medical reasons or relocation 30 miles outside of the nearest CG location.

Upon registration, the terms of the minimum commitment contract are available for review. As the terms were accepted, early cancellation can only be granted if either two exceptions are applicable.

Please see the Terms & Conditions as attached here. The auto-renew feature is discussed in these Terms which must be agreed to in order to activate a BOLD membership, along with the cancellation policy. As a courtesy, we have made the exception to cancel the membership effective immediately in...

lieu of receiving the cancellation form and further made the exception to refund the March payment. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund February as the billing and cancellation were in line with the agreement we originally made with the camper.

The situation was escalated to upper management and they have been working directly with the camper. Our records indicate that a refund was issued and the situation was understood to be resolved.
