I am rejecting this response because: while I understand the terms of the contract, I believe the company made fraudulent promises in the process of membership salesCamp Gladiator has failed to deliver on the following promises:1) A consistent training experience with knowledgeable trainersMultiple high-quality trainers have been fired or have resigned in recent months, and have either not been replaced or have been replaced with less qualified personnel 2) A growing network of locationsMultiple locations have been indefinitely cancelled without replacement. 3) Responsive customer serviceEvery time I have contacted customer service, it has taken multiple days to respondWhen I filed a formal complaint regarding the firing of a particular trainer, I never received a response. 4) Additional options to cancel early. I was told multiple times that although the contract stated that cancellation would only be given due to an injury or a move, that CG would allow for cancellations under other circumstancesIndeed, I know of multiple people who have been allowed to cancel their membership contract early due to reasons similar to mineTherefore, their claim that they only allow cancellation due to an injury or a move is not trueIf necessary, I can provide statements from individuals about their experiences with Camp Gladiator. Based on my experience (and those of others), it is clear that Camp Gladiator has not been able to deliver on the services they promised to provide and therefore nullifies my contract with them.

I am rejecting this response because:I have sent in the cancellation form, called *** (manager) and left voicemails x with no response. I finally received the appropriate letter from my physicians office on 9/and sent all of this in/called on 9/12. I am due to be charged again tomorrow (9/14) and have requested that this be expedited. I am not willing to be charged yet again for something that should have been cancelled a long time ago. Again, I was not told cancellation was an option until recently which is due to camp gladiator providing information
