On 4/8/@ 8:PM the camper registered for the BOLD membership using their secure log in information after receiving the first camp for freeThe Terms & Conditions, as attached, must be agreed to before the membership will become activeOur policy also states that all sales are final,
however, we made the exception to delay the start date of the camper's free camp to the following camp cycleOnce we moved her free camp back, we also made the exception to authorize a refund of the charges even though our customary policy would be to issue an account credit since we were already making an exception to reschedule the camp dates. Because of the refund that was processed for the 1st payment, the camp has made no purchases towards the camps that were attendedWe would like to accept the camper's request to pay the full price of the camp purchase and allow the camper to cancel out of her contract having met of months.We have submitted this offer through the Revdex.com and also directly with the camper through the email address on the camper's accountWe will move forward once the accepted by the camper

because: I was lied to by a [redacted] employee, who told me I'd be able to cancel regardless of the policy. I understand that this employee doesn't speak for the organization, but based on other complaints I've seen and general reviews of the business, I'd say they need to do something about this.

Our records do not show a previous cancellation request submitted nor confirmed. Therefore, reimbursement cannot be issued. However, the camper's account is now successfully cancelled.

To whom it may concern,Our records indicate that this camper did redeem her free camp certificate on 7/9/15 @ 7:53 AM through an email request sent to the customer service department at headquarters. The 6-month membership in question was registered for on 7/14/15 @ 5:59 AM. Our records show that...

the camper registered for the membership by validating the secure login credentials on the account and registering for the membership. As a part of the registration process campers are required to acknowledge the Terms & Conditions of the membership before the registration is considered complete. We have included the Terms & Conditions of the membership in an attachment for your review. As per the membership agreement, we are happy to grant an early cancellation to this camper due to the injuries and physical hardships being experienced at camp. Our last contact with this camper was on 7/20/15 @ 8:52 AM. In that communication, we provided the camper with all of the necessary information and required documents to grant the early cancellation exception based on the medical issues described by the camper. As a further courtesy, we have applied a freeze (as described in the Terms & Conditions) for this camper from 7/26-8/26 in accordance with her due date to allow the camper ample time to procure and submit the necessary early cancelation documentation.

I am rejecting this response because:I did cancel my membership after the 6 month bold program, that was in June 2016.  My credit card was then charged in August of 2016.  I have since tried to cancel twice and each time I log back into their website I still have an account and am unable to cancel, even though I have already canceled, or so I thought. I have contacted ** via email and telephone.

I am rejecting this response because: while I appreciate Camp Gladiator doing the right thing by cancelling the erroneous membership they signed me up for without my knowledge, consent, or...

authorization on September 10th.  They have not reversed or credited the fraudulent charge on October 3rd to the credit card on my account. Again, I was assured, in writing, by a Camp Gladiator employee, the credit card listed on my account would not be charged because I am not the owner of the credit card nor do I have authorization to use that card.  Please refund the $69 charge immediately to the credit card on my account.
