Camper agreed to the Terms & Conditions as detailed in the attachmentWhile we apologize for the inconvenience of the iPad registration, the Terms & Conditions are available through this registration method as wellAs a courtesy, we have cancelled the membership months early but we are
not able to approve a refund of the payment that was collected out of the that were committed to

We have refunded $as of 3/22/

The camper contacted us regarding the "updater service" correctly identifying the bank account tied to her credit card. This process collected on her delinquent membership dues. We did try to explain this "updater service" is in conjunction with her agreement with her bank and
her credit card company. As we were trying to explain the details surrounding how we were able to charge her account without her updated credit card the camper became extremely upset anddisconnected the call. Our records do indicate we did reach out and leave her messages in the month of April and May to bring the account current

Per the Terms & Conditions attached here all BOLD memberships are a recurring monthly feeWe are showing that the camper was given the 1st camp for free as a perk for signing up for the month membershipWe do offer early cancellation for medical exceptions, which is the information we sent
when the camper contacted us to stop her membershipThe medical cancellation exception requires a doctor's note and a cancellation formWe have attached the cancellation form here for the camper's convenienceWe are happy to cancel the membership and prevent future charges once the doctor's note and cancellation form are returned
