Our records show that the situation has been been resolved as of 12/29/16.

Our records show a Bold membership via the camper's user credentials. However, the camper has fulfilled the minimum commitment and the account is now successfully cancelled.

CG does offer an early cancellation for moves that are 30+ miles from the nearest CG location and our records indicate that we corresponded with this camper on several occasions. We originally spoke with the camper over the phone on 11/19/15 @ 4:19 PM at which time she requested the move...

cancellation and was advised of the documentation requirement. Camper followed up on 11/23/15 @ 4:57 PM and was advised that we had not received either her move documents or the cancellation form as previously requested. We requested the forms again and agreed to refund the last payment once the documentation was received. As a business practice we send confirmation of cancellations once they are processed and advise our campers to follow up if the confirmation is not received in a timely manner. We had no further correspondence withe the camper until 3/22/16 @1:18 PM at which point we made the exception to cancel the membership in lieu of the documentation and, as a courtesy, refunded the most recent payment, which was made in February.  Unfortunately, we are unable to approve the additional refunds as requested as all charges are within the Terms & Conditions of the BOLD membership, including the cancellation policy and the early cancellation move clause.

We would not be able to issue a refund as our records show that the camper agreed to the auto renewing terms and conditions of the Bold 12 minimum commitment membership, using user created credentials. Upon receipt of the cancel documentation, we will be able to cancel the camper's account. The account will remain active until the necessary documentation has been received.

Our records show that the campers, [redacted] and [redacted] enrolled in 12 month minimum commiment, using user specific credentials on 4/20/16. Per the terms and conditions, the campers are not eligible for cancellation until the commitment has been met.

Our records show the camper's Bold enrollment on November 2nd, 2016, thus entering into the membership agreement electronically. We also show the camper has met the minimum commitment and cancellation has been effectively processed. Reimbursement will not be issued.

I am rejecting this response because: when I signed up with the trainer I was never informed that the contract was auto renewing I was told once my membership ended I would need to sign up again to continue and if I did not want to continue to just not sign up

I am rejecting this response because: The membership agreement does not even mention the early termination scenarios that have been discussed during this correspondence. Not to mention that this membership agreement points to URLs to a "Terms of Use and Waiver" and "Privacy Policy" that don't exist (Terms of User/Waiver hyperlink points to here: [redacted], which gives you a 404, and Privacy Policy points to here: [redacted], which also gives you a 404). I've attached screenshots of these pages.I can't accept the response when the documentation/terms provided are not even complete.

I am rejecting this response because: I cancelled my account on your website on September 6th, 2017 at 3:29am. Either your website is faulty or someone intentionally changed my account after I cancelled it so that you could continue charging me. Considering the fact that Camp Gladiator refused to cancel an account that was not used and that could not be used shortly after sign up, I believe both to be equally viable. It is clear that Camp Gladiator does not care whatsoever for the people that sign up. All they care about is getting paid. And since I did try to cancel multiple times, and you still fight it multiple times despite no services whatsoever being rendered, it is clear that money is all CG cares about. Even ill-gotten gains. Charging me and refusing refunds when I have tried multiple times to cancel is wrong. But it is also clear that Camp Gladiator only cares about one thing and it sure as hell isn't people or customers.
