and that his occasion was ruined by the missing vase. It is our desire that

shown with the arrangement in a vase but there is an additional cost for the
vase. We offer the option of 3 vases with each bouquet and a button to select

directly for a refund of his $30.00 [redacted] code as they do not replenish

package our Berries in a insulated shipping box and include ice packs to keep the Berries fresh during transit. Nowhere on our site do we state that we use refrigerated trucks. We realize that some area's are hotter than others and regret that our Berries don't always hold up if left outside for long periods of time. We do however offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We sincerely apologize for [redacted] disappointment with
our delivery fees. We ship all our flowers via [redacted] overnight delivery.
Being that we use an outside courier there is a charge for the service. We try
to keep our delivery fees as clear as...

possible. In placing an order, the delivery
calendar with show that there is a standard delivery fee for each gift. Some
days we charge additional fees in addition to the standard delivery fee. These
days will show “Standard Delivery + $4.99, $9.99, $14.99, $19.99” Etc. There is
a hyperlink on the delivery calendar that provides additional information regarding
our fees. During the order process on the order review page the customer is
able to view all the charges for the order prior to confirming and make any
changes to the order or simply close the browser to not continue with the order.
 I was not able to locate an order for [redacted] under the email address that
he provided. If he is able to provide his order number, I would be happy to refund
his standard shipping fee as a one-time courtesy. Again we apologize for Mr.
