We spoke to customer by phone and explained the process and what occurred with her order. Order had been refunded in full previously. In addition, we previously gave her a $15 make good coupon.

Yes, they did send out a replacement order but was different than what we had ordered..They had mentionedd it was because it was seasonal.. we had no choice but to accept.. the order arrived as they said it would and the first problem was the card we had written.. my wife saves every single card that was ever written by me or my kids..  all the text that I had provided was on the card and written correctly. The biggest problem was, below our note to my wife\mother , was an apology from the company. I appreciate the fact they wanted to write a note apologizing to my wife for the delay in the gift, why did they have to put it on our special note. Secondly, and most importantly, nine of the 12 strawberries were damaged. They were cracked and a few of the strawberries were broken open.. I was so irate and disgusted that I couldn't even call any more to complain.. i'm completely fed up with this company and it's attempts to appease us. I will not order from them anymore .. I will however, do everything in my power to spread the word about how bad the company is and how poor their customer service is. Speaking of customer service, I never received a phone call at all from the company. If I did, A message was never left informing me of an attempt to contact me.. Again, poor customer service

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] however the refund was not issued until after October 6, 2016. It was not issued at the time ProFlowers stated to the Revdex.com that it was, hence my reason for not calling them back. ProFlowers requested a call when I receive the refund not before.
