[Proflowers refunded the amount of shipping but not the 20%This original offer included both and I will not be happy until the entire amount is refunded (plus possibly a credit for me trouble) I believe the upselling on their website and the way they don't disclose the change in prices is designed to intentionally mislead customersThis practice needs to stopIf they know that they can't offer two promo codes then they shouldn't offer to in the first place If it is a problem with a certain product not being eligible for a promo, then they should not advertise that it is during their checkout process It just sounds like they are blaming their systems for their fraudulent advertisingThe responsibitly falls firmly in the companies hands to correctThey control the entire processIf it can't be fixed, then turn off the up selling advertisementsThat would have saved me over $]

So if I paid $to Shari's berries with the voucher for chocolate covered strawberries and they were not deliver, then Sharri's Berries just takes a loss of that? That's hard to believe, especially given the fact that it was UPS' fault and they said I would have to contact Shari's berries because the shipping company refunded them

Good Morning, We have reviewed this customer account and show that upon request from the customer on 10/2/we have reversed the second authorization created when the order was modified. This was processed successfully. When an order is placed in our system an authorization
is created. Tis is a essentially a hold on funds that generally shows as a pending transaction on the customer's account. When a modification is done to the order a second authorization may be created, most likely when the cost increases on the order.We sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience caused and we have refunded the customers order # *** full as a courtesy.
