I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved do to the fact that even though Proflowers has stated that I will not receive a refund I have received notification that I will be receiving a refund in full The biggest complaint with the company was that the way they have the website set up is sneaky and allows for the company to more easily sneak in hidden fees and charge extra They just need to redo the website and make it customer friendly

Customer placed 4 orders with us on 2/10/2016 for 3 different recipients and none of the orders total $204.00. All of these orders have been issued refunds (some partial and some full). All the refunds processed total $209.87. Also one of the orders was replaced at no charge. I have put in a call...
