This company sets out to scam customers by thinking they are receiving a free trial of skin care by sending in 5.95 for shipping.Somewhere in small print once you get through to complain,they tell you that after 14 days that if you do not cancel you will be charged 89.95 for the 30 day supply.I received an eye cream and for 5.95 more s skin cream.They were shipped together .When I called their customer service,I had to deal with each department separately .Ibwas on the phone with both customer services for s total of over an hour .I got the eye cream removed from my bill after a long disputes over terms and conditions that I did not see by the way when ordering.I was told I had to deal with skin customer service separately .After s long dispute with [redacted] the supervisor ,he gave me an RNA # and said 9.95 would be deducted from myv89.95 refund for shipping.When I shipped back I had to pay 7.95 to UPS.
You should keep this company on fraud watch.Somehow they have found a legal way to scam customers!

Would not recommend, hidden charges.

On September 22, 2015 at 9:17 I placed an order and paid $4.95 for shipping. The "terms and conditions stated that "If you contact customer service to terminate your trial enrollment within 14 Days of the date that you enroll in the Program, you will not receive any additional product and you will not be charged anything else. Your enrollment date is the date that you submit your order for the trial product." I called this morning, October 6th (exactly 14 days later) to cancel my subscription but was told, "we charged your credit card at 3:44 this morning and cannot give you a refund because you checked the terms and conditions box when you placed your order. I asked whey they charged me before the 14 days were up but the argument was that 14 days means they can charge any time during the 14th day. For my "inconvenience" she could offer me a 35% refund. As I pushed that refund amount went to 40% then 50%, finally after talking with her supervisor she came back with 60%. I asked if I kept pushing would we get to 100% and she stated this was as high as she would go. I responded that because they billed my card before the 14 days were up I was going to file it with my bank and immediately she said, "if you file with your bank we won't give you 60%". I said okay, and then asked her to process the 60% and give me a confirmation number that the transaction had been completed. She said, "before I process the refund, I need a taped statement from you saying that you will not take this up with your bank." So, if I keep my mouth shut about their dishonestly, they'll pay me. If I squeal - they continue to scam. I had almost the exact same run around with the MiraVie Eye care but finally quit after they dropped my calls twice and just took it up with my bank.

I am not at all pleased with this company. When I clicked on the link, it directed me to an ad that was straight forward. Would I like to try products for free and just pay shipping? I agreed and later learned when I called customer service that it was a membership. To me "Free Trial" does not mean "Membership Program." Also, I was then billed a month later for $93.00 and told by customer service that was due to not canceling my "14-day Free Trial." I explained that I never saw anything about agreeing to an enrollment program or "14-day Free Trial." I then went onto their website which was different from what I was directed to. I was told I wouldn't getting anything refunded to me.
