I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory regarding the refund.  However, I reject the fact that they weren't misleading as I did cancel before the trial offer was over as stated in the agreed terms except that it doesn't say if you cancel you will be charged for the product at a discounted rate.  It states if u cancel before trial offer is over u will not be charged anything further. I reject that they say I didn't adhere to the agreed terms, because I did and they did not.  They need to read their own terms before accusing and get their facts straight. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider the matter resolved regarding the refund.

I would like to share my experience with MiraVie. On 1-14-16 I called to order the skin care, cost was shipping charge only; after 30 days I would be billed cost of the product. After confirmation of my order, (all automated) I was asked if I was interested in the eye cream, also. I was not, so I hung up. Following day, I looked at my bank account and was charged for both the skin and eye cream. Being that it wasn't a big amount I let it go. On 1-22 I called and canceled thru an automated system. On 1-27 I was charged $85.95. I called MiraVie, as usual, the automated responds; it asked if I wanted to cancel, so I thought I would check to see if it actually canceled the first time. It just canceled, a second time, then I spoke with a representative. I told her about my charges and that I had canceled, she said you just now canceled. I said no, she checked her notes and said you did cancel on the 22nd, but you only canceled one of the products. I told her, I called, only, one number when I ordered, the packing slip has both products listed on one packing slip; there are not 2 separate packing slips, they came together. So why do I have to cancel by calling two different phone numbers, she said she would refund 50%. I told her no, and told her I only ordered one product, but received two and I let that go; I called and canceled using the same phone number that was used when ordered. I told her I would get my full amount and was going to my bank to report the unapproved amount and told her I was reporting them to Revdex.com. She said I will talk to my manager and put me on hold; she came back and said, if you do not report us to Revdex.com, we will refund the entire amount in 3-4 days. I told her I would expect the refund on the fourth day, which I did receive. My issue has been completed, I received a refund, except for the shipping charges. But, I am reporting to Revdex.com, because I don't want this to happen to other people. Thank you,

I do not accept the action because I only received the original two bottles of the product.  I would not have made the connection because if the terms stated were "obvious" I would not have accepted the product. I just received two refunds of approximately 90 dollars each. I only received one shipment.  I returned the sample they sent on December 1, 2015.  Where are the products?  I did not receive the product.  I want a refund for the products I did not receive after the initial shipment in September 2015.  The business' response is  unacceptable.

I should know better than to read my emails late at night and on the small screen of my phone, rather than my laptop. I responded to the vendor's settlement indicating a full refund with a rejection of their offer. I DO NOT REJECT THEIR SETTLEMENT OFFER. A refund was precisely the settlement I was seeking.
