This company is a con! MiraVie Skincare and MiraVie eye serum..are all a big scam!
BEWARE. My story is like all the rest in here...a crying shame that they are getting away with this even with all these terrible reports. I took up the matter with my bank but MiraVie even sent rebuttal papers to my bank which are NOT even the company names or web sites that I ordered from. (Meaning they perhaps have several different ways of scamming people via many different links and also giving their products various different names. They hide their so called policies in micro print and blurred, embedded deeply in pages upon pages or not....I never did see it) They use the Name of Dr. Oz and also Diane Keaton among other well known people. They make you think there is no obligation by telling you to only pay a slight shipping fee for a free trial sample or samples if you get the combo deal. HA! NO DEAL! Just lots of heart ache. They charged my account $300.00!! They will not even accept
unopened returns. This is such a con game. It's been over 4 months and I am still at odds with them and their rude customer service. This is the worst nightmare I have ever had.

Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service department to return the product and they will then receive a refund.  Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. There was nothing for me to click to acknowledge any such thing. I also, called within minutes of ordering the " free trial sample" and it had not been shipped and therefore no shipping and handling would have been paid out by them as the product had NOT shipped. [redacted] will make it extremely difficult to cancel your order. I was not able to cancel via email. Spent hours on hold for customer support. [redacted] continued to take money out of my account after cancelling. And, product doesn't work so save your money.

filed a chargeback with their credit card company for the amount of $85.94 and and additional $89.95.  The Customer was credited as we did not dispute the claim.  Also,  in regards to the Terms and Conditions, everything is outlined within the ordering site.  It was stated in the terms and conditions every customer
agrees to before proceeding to check out. The customer must call in and cancel
their account before the 14 day trial is over. If the customer fails to cancel

This company offered a free sample on Facebook and said that all you have to pay is shipping. They charged my credit card about $180 for something I did not order. The representative that I spoke to was rude - she hung up on me. I did not order monthly shipments but was charged for them.

getting this info to you, my brother died last week after a battle with cancer.  12/27/15 MIC*COMPLETEEYETRIGGER[redacted] this was $5.95 for shipping for a Free Trial.  12/27-15 QAS*PROSKINMAX[redacted]  This was $4.95 for shipping for a Free Trial.  1-10-16 QAS*PROSKINMAX[redacted] $89.95 for "Free Trial".1/10/16 MIC*COMPLETEEYETRIGGER[redacted] $85.95 for "Free Trial. In February 2016 I was charged $89.95 + 4.95 = $94.90 and $85.95 + $4.95 = $91.90  This was on card number [redacted]I  never received a receipt.  I found out about this when the credit card co called to investigate  fraud.

gave me only a partial refund of $166.90 (for September 22 and 23 withdrawal from my credit card keeping $19.90 for restocking fee) for products I did not order.   While I appreciate that, they still have not refunded the additional  $85.95 and 89.95 (total $175.90) whichCPF*EyesolaceandANZ*Skinintensity withdrew from my credit card on August 24 and 25, 2015 for the samples I ordered on August 9,2015.  They withdrew the money for the samples ($5.95 and $4.95) from my credit card on August 10 and nowhere in the advertisement in the paper from which I ordered it did it say that they would bill me an additional total of $175.90 ! The skin cream and eye serum which they said needed to be used together for best results caused my skin on my right cheek to become red and raw even though I followed directions very carefully.  Needless to say after the sample, which I immediately had to stop using, I was not planning to purchase any more product and I was shocked to find out they had charged my credit card with the additional $175.90 which is the amount of the refund I am requesting.
    Please help me resolve this matter.Thank you for your help. ]
