This is the same reponse I received from this company previously! I would like my old part back that was for more superior part then the one they sent me and I will in return send there part back for a full refund to my credit card for there defective partI will never ever order another part from this company as there parts can not be trusted, why would I want and in store credit of $as this has already cost me Hundreds of dollars for there mistake, as stated I should have read the Yelp reviews prior to ordering from this company as this part is Labor Intense to changeIn addition there sales representative stated they do not re manufacture the parts they sell and they do not test prior to sending them to a customer.Customer BewareI want a Full Refund for this Defective Part to my Credit Card. yes as I called and they would not transfer me to the person that was provided to me in the Revdex.com file and that person and the person answering the phone appeared to just be a salesperson. Since they only provided a first name it is possible that they just use the same name and they have many people that use the name ***....Thus a *** *** *** will all use the name "***" for any issues
