Specifically, this warranty does not cover any expenses for TIME, RENTAL, OR OTHER PARTS not purchased from us, or ANY LABOR. This warranty covers fixing or replacing the part only. This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of the part. This warranty does not apply, and will be voided, if the auto part sold has been damaged by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, or alteration, or if it has been repaired by anyone other than us. Your warranty will be null and void if the part fails due to improper installation. If the auto part sold should prove defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, return the auto part to us, postage prepaid, along with your sales invoice. Your dated invoice will establish your eligibility for the warranty. My Original Complaint clearly states: I'm seeking a Refund of $276.00 for a Auto Part that I NEVER RECEIVED.   $45.00 was refunded to me only for Overnight Postage!  I have not received the cost of the item which is $276.00 that BuyAutoParts took from my checking account over a month ago.  Instead, I've called them on a number of occasions and was told..."We sent your Refund to you on April 1, 2017",.... "we will send it out today",.... "It takes a total of 3 to 7 days to show up in your account"....etc. Today, April 26, 2017 after talking with a Mr. [redacted] G. who's name appeared on the Revdex.com Reply Letter; told me that he will have my Refund, refunded to me if not today since it was about 2pm his time - the first thing tomorrow morning for sure!!!   That he knew my situation of not having received the Auto Part, and that he apologized.    I Thanked Him Sincerely!!!    So if he sends me my money, I will inform you A.S.A.P.    Thank You....

I cALLED  number given I asked for a [redacted] and was told there was a [redacted] in Sales ..the person that has commented on the Revdex.com blog appears to be an hourly person and/or in sales. If the business wants me to reach out to them I want the name, title and direct number and/or extension of that person.  The business has not reached out to me other than to say call.  They continue to mislead cusomters that their items are genuine parts that the dealership would have.   They have never addressed the fact that the way that they advertise their items gives customers the valid impression that these are genuine parts that the dealer would have.Normally if someone responds they will give their full name and phone number and/or extension. ]

I understand your policies you have listed on your site. However, general statements should only be for reference not carved in stone. This is a unique situation where your company made errors, two times that resulted in a very large expense to me. In real life, this situation should have been discussed with Management and a fair resolution confirmed. Its called good business, its called ethics, its called professionalism. I have my own business and that is the foundation of it. Being upfront and honest with people and when you make a mistake you do whatever you need to make it right. I stated to the representative that the parts did not match and it would cost me 500 in labor to because that was the cost for the Mechanic to pull the part to compare or match up the parts, and the mechanic evening call the Shock manufacture for install instruction is how they found out that the parts was not OEM, but after mark. evening if I return the parts, I will be out of 500 dollars and it would cost me additional 500 plus in labor to install OEM parts. My old shocks was no good to put back on the truck.  This matter is not resolved. What is my legal right and what legal action can I use to get this resolved, because I am not going to pay combine total of 1000 to get the OEM parts put on.
