The business broke the warranty terms by not responding when appropriate I have since had to replace the faulty part as it is impossible to use my vehicle in Florida summer heat without a working A/CI will return the part after reimbursement and a return postage provided by them

I also purchased an ac compressor for my freightliner truck with same order,it has also failed.Your products are not of quality,it took almost a month for a replacement,I live in Texas with temperatures of a degrees or more.I am afraid to trust your products,the freightliner compressor failed last night while I was delivering a load to one of my customers.I do not have time to wait a month for a compressor.I would rather take the refund and purchase compressors from a reputable business that does not haggle about defective products

They NEVER answer their customer service lines!! I even called the sales department, thinking they could do an in house transfer, but you just get transferred to a NEVER answered ringing! I have tried numerous times!! They also say they do NOT refund money, only store creditThis is NOT mentioned anywhere on their website or when you call! I want nothing to do with this company and their defective parts! I have now purchased defective ac compressors, my truck does not need $worth of their defective parts as they had suggested the ONE time I got thru to their customer service department

The response they sent you is almost identical to the responses they originally sent meEach time I gave up on trying to call them and sent an email insteadYou notice they never respond, they simply give me a telephone number to call, that no one answersHowever, they did credit $of the $back to my credit card for the first defective partThey still owe $When they send me a UPS return slip I will ship back to them the second defective part. I have no intention of spending any more hours on the phone listening to a recording that says "your wait time will be in excess of minutes"I do not wish to have another replacement part, as I have already purchased another one from another supplier; this cured the problemWhat I want is a UPS return slip, and $credited back to my credit card

In response to their form letter they send everyone; I have no intention to respond by telephoneI have spent hours trying to get through on that numberlast time, like always, after 1/hours waiting on the phone, the recording still says the response time will be over minutesI doubt anyone is even at this numberI have tried contacting them by email and they respond with the same form letter they sent youIf they wish to speak to me, they have my phone number which is (503) ***. As I pointed out in my last letter, what I request is a UPS return slip for this defective part, and a refund of $I have tried to call at different times of the day, including Saturday, with exactly the same kind of luck.

As you can see there are two of the same items for my car they do not give you details about the item also they charge me for a restocking fee of over half of the money that I sent,The company wants to penalize me for their mistake
