Response: The incorrect part was order from the startWhen you called on 7/14/16, we confirmed this and found you the correct partYou then agreed to use credit from the wrong parts toward the new orderOnce the parts were returned, you changed your mind and just wanted a refundedSince the parts were ordered incorrectly and you chose not to purchase the correct ones from us, a refund was applied (15% restocking fee + loss of original shipping). *** * was out of the office. I talked with *** whose response was unacceptable. He stated I should have gotten the old compressor from *** *** after repair and mailed it back to them. When you are over hours abd miles away from home and with your family and broke down on the side of tghe road the last thing youy think of is the old part. They did not mention on the website they needed the old part. Therir part caused a 2,failure and refuse to look at the bill from *** ***.
