Constantly receiving letters from this organization trying to sell me insurance The letters are made to look like they come from a local office in my area When I have called these local offices to advise I want my name removed from their mailing list, I was told that they would take care of it Both my partner, *** *** and myself receive several letters in the mail monthly

I've received a number of sales calls from the local state farm office Their number, 860-446-1956, has appeared on my caller id numerous times I keep rejecting the call but number keeps appearing on caller IDMy cell number, *** is on their dialer and needs to be taken offI have not requested a quote from them nor do I have them as an insurance company Apparently, they were given my number by someone else who did not want to be harassed by sales calls They need to remove it OFF their dialer ASAP They are also calling my roommate's number, ***, they need to remove this number as well

On July 30, State Farm drafted my credit card account for $for my insurance bill On August 9, I cancelled the service I requested a refund to what I had paid I received a check for $57.20, September I then called to advise that the amount was incorrect I was told by the agent that they would be reviewing the amount I have been trying to get a resolution on this for the issue to no avail
I was also told that they are reviewing this and that they have not gotten to it They did not give me an ETA

***@statefarm.com AKA *** *** contacted me and offered me a better and cheaper insurance plan with State FarmHe convinced me to sign up with him and took about an hour out of my time and within three days State Farm took out my premium three times! At that point it took me several phone calls, text messages, emails to finally get a hold of him to refund my accountI canceled my policy and for three months they had me on a recurring plan and I have been very unsuccessful to get a refundI had to call my banking institution and get a whole new credit card and cancel with State Farm and I couldn't even get a refund for all the charges that occurred during the short time that I was with State Farm

I spoke to the nayla the state farm rep and informed her about my address had change prior but my mothers policy remained the same when I move for over a year my mother has been received statements with my still on itNext I visit the office show her my mva card with a different address she refuse accept it and still would not remove me from the policyAlso my mother has been paying 1year plus on

State farm increased my monthly premiums by almost twice the rate Could not validate their reason therefore I requested a stop in my monthly premiums per my agents request until they sorted it out Approximately days later State Farm withdrew the funds from my personal bank account for the over-inflated rate which caused a domino affect of Non sufficient Fees from my account, leaving my family without any funds for basic needs I immediately called state farm the following day and my agent Thomas Murphy insisted that he stopped the payment but would look into in right away After corresponding with me the following day he insisted that it would take 3-business days to be replaced I have followed up with at least three calls to the corporate office to which no solution or resolution has been met It has now been business days and days in all and my family and I are still feeling the repercussions from as it has caused numerous other financial issues All I'm asking is

On April 16, I had to file a claim of vandalismThe sliding door to my home was smashed and glass was all over the place, inside my home and outsideIn addition, I had to bedroom windows smashed where the same occurred with the glassAt first the representative stated there was nothing she could do to secure my home since it was Sunday and after 5pmAfter disputing the situation she found out that she could send *** *** to my home who would be able to secure my property while I stay in a hotelOn Monday, April 17th I received a call from *** *** stating that they would meet me in my home to help clean up the glassI placed a call to my claims repSherry H*** at *** to discuss the damages and my next steps in getting my home back to living conditionMsH*** stated that she could put me in a hotel for daysOn Wednesday, I had to call her MsH*** back to explain that I would need more time in the hotel because *** *** was pulling up the carpetShe extended my stay after having to convince her that my house was still unlivable, this conversation lasted over minutes of me having to explain how I would have to maneuver over and around other furniture that was conveniently put in my second bedroom while still trying to avoid glassSometime during the process of removing the carpet in my bedroom, *** *** broke my dresser and when I reported it to Sherry H*** she simply said you have to take it up with *** ***(another situation I have to deal with)
What I don't understand is that they brought *** *** in my home to secure and pull up the carpet an in the process my personal property gets damaged and I have to resolve it with *** ***Monday, April and I'm still in my home under the same circumstances and Sherry H*** is not authorizing extended hotel stay until my home AT LEAST has the carpet down or completely removedI can't stress enough how disappointed I am with State Farm and frustrated with the representative who has decided where I live through this ordeal!
If nothing else, I know for fact when my claim is complete and all have been replaced, I will be changing my insurance carrier for my home, business, and vehicleP.SI forgot to mention.....when explaining the details to create the claim under business property policy, the repTrisha Rizek 844-458-ext**SSN** stated "You must of made somebody really mad at you." I was so taken aback because I normally don't deal with unprofessional people on a daily basis

I was insured with StateFarm, but decided to leave and my new Agent sent all the paperwork and even so the company removed money from my account two months in a rowTo top it off they called me a liarAll I want is my money backMoney that should not have been taken out as I was no longer with themI left the 07/10/and sent a cancellation request 07/03/and they charged me on 07/29/and 08/29/each time for $I just want my money back that is allI have called my local agency and the corporate and nothing is being resolved At this point as I see it as they stole from me

This morning I checked my bank account and found that this company had removed over dollars from my account without my authorization I called and requested that they return my money and they told me that it could take at least a week I called my bank and asked what I could do and they said since the money was still pending they could send the company an authorization form so the bank could push the payment out This company refused to do this and said I would have to continue to wait for at least days to possibly recover my money They informed me that when a payment is made on an account it will automatically reinstate any debit cards on the account even if the payment is made in cash They informed me they did not have to inform me they were going to debut my account that by a payment being made it gave them authorization

I had an auto policy with State Farm for more than years, then a few years ago, I bought a new car, and got insurance for it, and cancelled the policy on my existing car after selling it laterUnknown to me, they canceled the new, not old carOne day my car was hit in a parking lotWhen I made the claim, I discovered the errorThey wouldn't pay out the claim without fully paying the back amountIt seems crummy but I was okay with that, and decided to pay for the damages out of pocket and just get the insurance switched to the new car; except they refused to apply the insurance without a full back payment of the "uncovered" period even without the claimThis was several years ago
I also had a homeowner's policy with State Farm Recently my home was vandalized and burglarizedThey split the claim into two separate ones and charged me the deductible on bothYesterday, I got a notice from State Farm that they would be dropping the policy on July due to claim activityThe policy was years old, in good standing, and the claims far less than what had been paid into it
I called the agent, who talked to corporate, but they had made up their mindBecause they dropped me, my home is now considered high risk, which is driving my rates upNot only did my home get vandalized and items stolen, but I also got screwed by State Farm
This deplorable treatment of a long standing customer is reprehensibleI am not speaking from just one incident but multiple over a number of years, across different services and between multiple agentsThe problems I have had weren't from an agent, but from State Farm as a corporationTo me, non-isolated incidents over a range of time are indicative of bad business practices, not unusual circumstancesI urge anyone who is looking for insurance or for any of the other services State Farm offers, to steer clear of them!

Not only would I not trust this company with your money, I certainly wouldn't trust them to indemnify my or my family in the even of an insurance lossWe bought home insurance through this company in September We sold the house in March I've tried to get a policy premium refund ever sinceWe're going on months, and the company has supposedly mailed checks to me - no tracking or anythingin today's world a $tracking service would be a pretty simple resolutionThe only check that I received was RETURNED for STOP PAYMENT which I incurred * wonderful fee forI thought that this was a legitimate national company yet I cannot get a simple REFUND of $

State Farm has sent me * nonrenewal notice of my auto insurance due to supposed issues with my driving record, specifically accident 12/29/and accident 10/07/ What can I do to appeal this decision? My agent is referring me to seek insurance from his son, which seems suspicious The first accident was due to weather conditions, according to the police report State Farm found me partially at fault for the other accident (fender bender in a parking lot where we both backed into each other pulling out of our parking spots I have been with State Farm for many years, faithfully paying my premiums

I have not received I bill from state farm this month They called me about the matter and I told them to resend the bill- I again did not receive it I then sent them a payment which they refused for some petty and frivolous reason I hope state farm are not trying to cancel my policy so they can avoid paying the $2,repair bill for an accident I was in while I was insured
I recently had my vehicle repaired at a state farm site called *** Chevy I received very poor customer service *** Chevy returned my car missing one wheel cover, part of my wheel replacement kit and they ruined a cushion that was worth $

I submitted a claim with state farm on 10/19/18, claim number ***I have made numerous attempts to reach the individual handling my claim
Michelle *** through emails and voice mailsI have gotten no response back from her at allMy car was damaged in the accident and no one has contacted me about sending an adjuster out so I can get my car fixedIt has been two weeks now and I have no vehicle to useAlso my car was towed and impounded during the accident and no one has reimbursed me for that eitherI would like someone to contact me about getting my car fixed and reimbursed for the towing and impound

On the night of 11/30/my basement flooded due to the sub-pumpImmediately, we called a plumber and spent $to install and replace a new sub-pumpWe also went out and bought a dehumidifier and shop-vac to help reduce the water damageOnce the plumber was finished we called our State Farm Agent that evening and told him what occurredHe indicated that he would put in a claim and that someone should be calling within the next daysTwo days passed and no callsSince there was no direction from our insurance company we decided we could no longer wait and ripped out the carpet ourselves due to the smell and the potential damage that could accumulate if uncheckedOn Monday, a State Farm representative finally returned my messages The representative stated that S*** will be out on 12/and that an adjustor will come out on Friday On Tuesday S*** is a no show and so I have to call again S*** is schedule to come out before the adjustor; someone from S*** comes but doesn't bother knocking on the door and leaves even though someone was homeThe State Farm representative told us that the adjustor couldn’t come out until S*** finishedFinally on 12/S*r shows up and bring the necessary equipment to help reduce the moisture and the State Farm adjustor will be out 12/between 10-The day arrives for the adjustor to assess the damage but a no showI called the other adjustor twice to see what happenedI didn’t receive a call until 2:indicating that the adjustor that was schedule to be at my house had a family emergency and I needed to rescheduleThe earliest that the “new” adjustor would be the following Wednesday! Fine
When the State Farm adjustor arrived on 12/he was not coordinal and his decorum was lackingI knew that this wasn’t going to be goodHe assessed the basement but only focused more on the walls were the sub-pump and furnace room are locatedHe kept indicated that if water were coming from the walls then State Farm would not cover anythingI tried to explain that the water came from the sub-pump not workingIgnoring me, he continued on with possible foundation issues and showing old wet marks on the brick walls around the sub-pump, washer and dryer, and furnace roomAgain I explained, the sub-pump broke and that is how the basement flooded (the walls weren’t bleeding out water causing inches or more in less then hours!)I knew he already had his mind made up and that he was looking for any excuse for the insurance company not to give us coverageThe adjustor asked me to email our pictures of the basement and send them to the Fire Claims, that our claim would be reviewed, and the earliest we should hear a response would be on 12/I sent in the pictures that evening but also indicating my displeasure with how everything has been handled since 11/I was tired of going through different agents/representatives and getting nowhereI wanted someone from managementAfter sending the email I get a call from our agent “Jon” with a managerWell come to find out our claim had been closed without us being informed and the reason why we were getting a call is because of my emailThey are reopening our claim and sending out a different adjustor on 12/I am very irate with this company and the lack of communication, customer service, and performanceThank God it is a flooded basement and not my entire house! Furthermore, thank heavens my son took the initiative to rip out that carpet because it would have been a lot worseNevertheless, the slow response (19+ days!) is beyond frustratingI missed two days of work because of State Farm and S*I would not have been this upset if things were handled betterFrankly, my eldest son thinks I have been too nice and maybe he is rightWe shall see what happens tomorrowEven though the review gives it a one star, in reality it’s a zero

For my account *** ** *** under the address and info listed, I closed my account awhile back and I am still being billed for itPlease remove the autopay from it and refund me the last auto payments taken out of my account as it was not authorizedThank you!
P.S- They removed my online access so I cannot get to it to do it myself

Robert Kenimer is a sexist, derogatory, and extremely unprofessional representative for State Farm Insurance After scheduling separate appointments to inquire about the steady rise of my insurance policy (my rates increased every month for the past months with little explanation), Robert NEVER returned my call at the designated timesIn addition, I never received a call apologizing for his missed appointments or to rescheduleRobert's follow up emailed was layered with disrespect and lack of accountability for his staff's mistakesA multiple car discount was applied to my account years ago - by one on his staffI've only ever had one car insured by State Farm - and the only car on my account - but for some reason his staff were unable to realize this mistake until yearsRegardless of this discount being removed, my question about why my monthly payments have increased every month - still have yet to be answeredRobert's derogatory tone was matched with an inappropriate and sexist comment stating, "You have the right to go somewhere else if all you want is a cheap premium: just like hair shampoo, you get what you pay for." I didn't realize that my decisions in choosing car insurance were related to what kind of shampoo I purchase? I'm happy to forward or copy and paste the email as wellApparently, customers are not allowed to inquire about steady rate increasesHe also claimed, "SF has paid claims in your behalf for a total pay-out of over $9,without cancelling your insurance!" His threatening statement is entirely incorrectI have no at-fault accidents, tickets, or points on my license from the last yearsI called corporate to do my researchIn 2012, I was rear ended at a red light - not at faultIn 2012, I had a comprehensive glass claim that costed State Farm $In 2012, I used an emergency roadside service that cost $On 7/26/2017, I was in an accident in which I was NOT at faultThe total payments were $6,- which the at fault insurance company paid outOn 8/10/2017, I was rear ended in my rental car (my vehicle was in for repairs from the above stated accident), again, not at faultOn 2/2/2018, I had my windshield replace, paid my $deductible, and State Farm paid out $On 4/29/2018, I used my emergency road side assistance, which State Farm paid out $I'm not sure how Robert is doing his math but his above statement does not add upIf Robert is willing to threaten and disrespect a loyal (and returned) State Farm customer that is not a high-risk driver, I can only imagine how he would treat a customer that has had a couple of accidents or tickets
