This morning I called State Farm about the non existing policy for a vehicle that has been paid off this vehicle was added to a new premium policy with ach withdrawal payment $that was devoted 10/I called to advise of my situation and how I no longer have this vehicle State Farm lacked assistance and gave me the run around was transfer to injury dept and was advise I can only cancel my premium insurance with my agent which I don’t have or never agreed to

On November I was late with one payment because when State Farm tried to withdraw from my account and I was short a couple dollarsHowever I called State Farm to make a payment for days straightI was on the line approximately 30-45mins during the AM and PM and the line would just drop automaticallyI go to school and work a full time jobState Farm was giving me the runaroundA rep called me to collect I gave him my account info and then he transferred me to another department before he even processed the paymentKeep in mind this was within days before State Farm reported me as delinquent on my credit report resulting in a late payment affecting my FICO scoreHow is it possible that a possibly multi billion dollar company doesn't hire more reps to make the process less hectic for their "Valued Customers" I was facing financial hardship but still managed to collect the amount owed to clear my monthly car note(Keep in in mind this was still within the days) I have

Back on 11/16/I was told that my stop sign violation would come of the following year...therefore allowing for an additional discount (around $a month) Since I had so many issues with that agent I switched agents and now after pursuing this additional discount for months I am told this...I wish I could be more help in this situation, but the information that the other agent’s office provided you in the email attachment, is not correct They are correct in saying accidents/violations hold accountability for three years But, good driving discounts, if not eligible for at inception of policy, don’t get added to the policy once the accident/violation reach the three year mark The discount gets added once the policy is three years old As long as the policy stay’s accident free for three years, you’ll see a AFD-added to your policy at the policies three year anniversary

Worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company spoke with over people from State Farm about returning money back 5-business days they said it would be returned to my Boyfriends card but never got returned they refused paying his bank back after filling a dispute so now he owes the bank but then on my cancellation statement said I owed them from that month and this month which is $so how am I that behind when they took his money & refused to pay the bank back?? I've been dropped from my insurance after being a loyal customer for over yearsTheir reason for discontinuing me?
1: Last summer I was in a fender bender after someone let me pull out of a parking lot and an impatient car tried to go around and clipped me, breaking my headlightstate farm totaled my car and agreed I was at fault
2: I got a speeding ticket two years ago for 9mph over the limit
I thought this is why they exist in the first place

I called the local office of Chad Rutledge on or about Sept 15, and asked for insurance information for Aug 2016, if a particular policy was in effect I requested this information because I needed a court ordered letter on State Farm Letterhead stating that the vehicle was indeed insured on that date, I was told it was and that they would e-mail the letter to with no problem I called a few days later and was told that because it was so long ago, it had to be sent to the corporate office to be researched I again called week later, and was told, it just takes time, and that if the policy was still current, it probably wouldn't have to take so long As Oct 3, 2018, I have still not received this letter

We have a homeowners claim for storm damage to our roof and siding We have been with State Farm for 30+ years A claim adjuster came to our home on 4/27/and after spending hours we received the result of the claim that they are only replacing part of the house roof and sides of the siding They believe they can match both the roof shingles and siding They expect our contractor to find a siding match we think that should be state farms job not the contractors they are looking for a roof shingle match so why not the siding? The adjuster never got back to us after the initial investigation and when we call her extension to talk to her about the claim her number is disabled so we are not sure if she even works for the company anymore and we have been transferred around to other claims people We would like another adjuster to come and look at the roof and siding again as we are not satisfied with the results
