At the start of Oct I called their office to cancel all insurance I spoke with Michelle - she told it was all canceled and I would receive an email from them that day, and the refunds would be issued I never heard back from her - email or call Three calls later I finally it was confirmed my renters insurance was canceled - Michele had not done so, nor did anyone after two follow up calls Xan dropped the ball - but was a defensive jerk about it Fast forward one month and I have yet to receive a refund for my car insurance Again, they are tripping over misinformation, lies, no returned emails or calls - and yet they tell me it was mailed - for the 3rd time I did receive paperwork from the corp office yesterday - it was the same form they had me sign twice The first time, both done on docusign, Xan did not even put the policy info and so had to send it a 2nd

I have been dealing with payment issues with State Farm Bank for a good while nowSFB keeps on reversing payments on my account for allegedly late feeson 4/27/I made a payment of dollars and it get reversed twice and it got adjusted times and when they do these type of things they never explain in full detail why it's been doneIt is honestly ridiculous how they handle account payments I've been having major headache's lack of sleep stress and a whole lot of other mix emotions it is affecting my personal life taking too much time and energy out of meI try to be reasonable with the situation but it just does that make any sense how charges are calculated or made upEvery time I see those reversed payments I start getting anxiety and pains in my chestI honestly don't like that feelingIt is so frustrating

The Workers Compensation Insurance for my business was ended in July and State Farm (Thang Vo agent) was informed at least months prior to the one year term policy ended not to renew or continue The policy annual audit was completed for this policy
The new policy number was issued without my authorization and billing statement started sending in the mail I came to their office requesting clarification and cancellation due to their error They promised to do so and resolve the matter in the timely manner Then, I received the audit request for this policy I contacted the office and was advised to complete the audit Later, billing statement with past due sent in the mail despite many phone calls and visits to their office
