I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The only communication I received from the business was when I initiated several complaints due to the fact that the item had not shipped in the time they had stated. The did not once initiate a notification to me about the delays. I repeatedly got the same response to my complaint that the item was being prepared and would ship in 7-10 days, which was stated at least three different times. The product did finally arrive but it was painted so sloppily with edges of the wood showing that I had to purchase a can of spray paint and go over the entire product to make it presentable. I believe they should not have undertaken the advertising of a [redacted] if they did not have the ability to ship in a timely manner. I would like either a refund for my unpresentable and unfinished product or at the very least a voucher in order to give them another opportunity to get it right; assuming it was the holiday season that made for such an unacceptable transaction.

I saw a personalized cork holder I liked on groupon that I ordered through Morgann Hill Design. I ordered this item on February 4th 2016 and did not receive it until May 20th. That is over three months! And during those three months I called and emailed the company numerous times and never heard back. Once I finally heard back it was after two months and they told me they did not have the supplies yet to make my order. Don't you think they would contact you sooner just to let you know? I never heard from them again after that and when I finally received my item it was not worth waiting for. It was a very stressful experience because this is for a birthday gift I know this site is directed towards brides and I would hate for a bride to order something from here and not receive it until after her wedding..

This order was cancelled with [redacted].   If you did not receive a refund from [redacted], please contact them and let them know we cancelled your order and ask for a refund.   If we haven't refunded the shipping, we will issue a refund within the next 3-5 days.

I placed an order for a customized cutting board on Nov 28 which guaranteed a 2-4 week delivery. The product was received on Jan 10th. The company does not list a phone number to contact for customer service issues and takes 2-9 days to reply to e-mails regarding your order. I know this because I submitted 3 e-mails requesting updates as to the status of my order.
When I finally received the cutting board the engravement was off center by a half inch which is easily noticeable because the edge of the engravement overlaps on one side and is off-set a 1/2 inch not the other side.
This company has the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered because their isn't one. At one point I thought I had possibly been taken for a ride and lost my money due to a lack of response and then an automatic e-mail response which was computer driven with a standard reply. Terribly run business and very disappointed.

I placed an order in OCTOBER of last year (more than 4 months ago) for a personalized wall hanging (item #9000018). Keep receiving ridiculous emails telling me that my order is in "pre-shipment" and should ship in 1-7 days. Of course, that never happens. I submit yet another ticket, receive more emails that tell me not to worry, it's being checked on. Then I get the emails that tell me that, yet again, my order is in "pre-shipment". I am utterly astounded at what a scam this is. I would call to complain but of course their website has NO way to actually talk to a real person. More of the scamminess.
Let me reiterate...I want a refund now and anything else is unacceptable.

I ordered two cutting boards for Christmas on Nov 2nd. On Dec 19th after inquiring about my order, I was told one of my items was in "pre-shipping stage", and I need to allow up to 7 additional days for the first item to ship. Of course, no mention of the status of the 2nd item.

I should have looked at all the negative delivery and service issues posted online before placing my order.

Looks like Christmas is out of the question...Easter gifts!!! Very disappointing.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Can't believe they are still in business. I order a wedding present back in early March. Noticed all the bad reviews after I ordered it so tried to contact Morgan Hill afterward (by email and phone)-ZERO RESPONSE.I went to file a claim on groupon and they started to do research. Groupon came back to me to say Morgan Hill will have my item shipped around early April. Finally got a response from them saying the same thing. It is now almost June with no item or no tracking information. Oh but I did get another email saying the same thing they told me in March that my item would be shipped soon. Call email an it takes them about a month to response. Still never get anyone on the phone or a call back to my voicemail.

I will ship the item for you in the next 10 days.  If we didn't get paid by [redacted], I'll cover the item cost.  We are under new ownership and are working through the backlog of orders, but I will expedite your order.  Sorry for the delay.  In the future, all orders will ship within 2 weeks!

I placed my order (which was a gift) on 12-2-15 and to date it still has not been delivered. I knew it would be 30-45 days and that it would arrive after Christmas, but this is absolutely unacceptable. They have no contact number for you to talk to a real person or track your order! I too am wondering if the gift I ordered will be delivered or if I will get any of my money back if it is not.
