BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased the personalized hanging wall art on Groupon & I am extremely dissatisfied in the amount of time it took for me to receive my item. The website states that it would take 3-4 weeks to create the item and then the item should be at my door within 30-45 days. First of all, I placed my order on Oct 28th & it was not even shipped until Dec 18th - That's over 7 weeks!! I then did not receive the item until January 8th - an additional 3 weeks!! That's 2&1/2 months! I realize that the company is located in California & that I am in Canada- but I have ordered products from China before that have come in much less time than this! And it still should not have taken 7 weeks to create the item - which brings me to my next point. I was also very disappointed in the quality of the product. I could not believe how thin & flimsy the item was. The item's description only states the height of the item - not the depth - I seriously can't believe it didn't snap during shipping, it is so thin! Plus the stain they put on it doesn't even cover the edges of the item! Thank God I got this item at a discount because there is NO way it is worth the $60 selling price. Would NEVER buy from this company again!

Unfortunately our customer service has likewise been overwhelmed by the amount of customers with questions. We have now brought in a new service team who we hope can help...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was never made aware that this order was cancelled by [redacted].  Numerous "tickets" were entered with your customer service trying to get status updates and this is the first update received after many months!!  I have contacted [redacted] but my niece still wants her custom cutting board that was ordered thru Morgann Hill Designs for the $29.00 [redacted] purchase plus the $10.00 shipping fee.  Is this possible???

Acknowledgement of shipment and receipt of the product is not the issue.  The product was damaged upon arrival and therefore I require a replacement or a refund for resolution.

This is the first negative review that I have ever written; however, my experience has been frustrating enough to convince me to warn others about this company! This company is unprofessional and ridiculous! I ordered a gift for my family BEFORE Thanksgiving with a guarantee that it would be delivered before Christmas. What a complete joke! I understand the holidays are busy and that we reviewed a deal through Groupon, so I extended some compassion in hopes that the company is just overwhelmed. So what if I recieve just a little over christmas...? Now January is well over half way over and I have yet to recieve any package or statement that the item has left the bazaar, "pre-shipment" status. I have sent two written complaints as that is the ONLY means of communication with the company (there isn't a phone number listed). I have yet to recieve response; therefore, I am requesting a refund, reporting this to Revdex.com and Groupon. I would encourage all others to report to Groupon/Living Social, too. These items are NOT cheap and all orders deserved to be transported in a timely manner or refunded!

I have tried many times to contact them to see the status of my product. I have yet to actually speak to someone about the issue. My product is way past the due date they promised and I'm very upset with them not contacting me or keeping me updated on what is happening.

I ordered a customized cutting board on 12/3/2014 and received it today. I knew when I ordered it that it would not be here for Christmas, but after seeing the reviews, I began to get a little worried that I would receive anything at all. But today it came and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! I did not ever contact them, so I cannot speak to their customer service, but I am very happy with the product!

I ordered an item from this company on March 1,2016 as of August 31,2016 I have yet to receive the item. After countless emails I've written to their customer help department, they do not reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
