I wanted to update my complaint as I have received half of my orderI ordered two cutting boards and received one of them; I am still awaiting the second and would like to continue my complaint

I have yet to receive an item ordered November 26, I can not even get a response from the company, Morgan HillI would like my $refunded and have emailed them as such, still no response
This is not a good company to do business with

I ordered two cutting boards from them in late November The cutting boards were meant to be Christmas gifts Their website stipulated that orders received after November would not be guaranteed before Christmas so I made sure that I had my order in before this date Additionally, the website stipulated that orders typically take to weeks It is not February...I have yet to receive an email or phone call as to the whereabouts of my purchase

I purchased signs from Morgan hill on November 23rd , they look like they were black metalI received only one on January 12th it was thin cheap wood with burn marks on it and a thin piece of twineI thought it must be a template for approvalI then went back to the web site where I bought it and read reviews which said they expected black metal and received thin wood also
I then waited for my 2nd signAs of today January 28th I still have not received itI checked my order on her site it says partial order shippedI tried calling but the number is disconnected, then I emailed times and asked when it might shipI have not had any response

I ordered a product thru Groupon on 11/then ordered directly thru their web site on 11/ from the webiste and Groupon was told items shipped 2-weeks I have sent several email to them only for a generic response that orders are being processed They can take my money very quickly but cannot produce the products These were CHRISTMAS gifts that still have to be shipped out I feel I need to be reimbursed for the money I have spent I feel as if these gifts will not make here in time and now have to scramble to try to find something else This company has no business working with the public They have no way of being contacted other then email the phone are disconnected so they don't have to deal with customers such as myself that are furious with their service I am a business owner as well and know customer service is your #priority but I know they are not giving it here Any help to recover my costs would be greatly appreciated

I placed an order with this company on Jan 15,through a ***
In addition to the $*** for a personalized wood cutting board, they had the audacity to charge me an additional $(for personalization and shipping) on that date and have still not sent me ANYTHING!
So I am currently out $- this company is a scam!!!

Do not order from this company I placed an order on November 25th and today is January 2nd and my order has not yet been fulfilled I too have sent several emails and when I do get a reply back, it is an electronic email There is not a number to call them, you are at their mercy I to wish that I had checked the reviews before ordering I trusted groupon and assumed it was a legitimate company

I was really excited to place my first order and receive my order from Morgann Hill Designs Their site seemed trustworthy, and the items seemed beautiful
However, my experience with them has been anything but I placed an order back on 12/and it is still awaiting fulfillment today on 1/ I understand that items are personalized, may take a while as well as taking into account the holiday season, but I've received nothing from this business stating there is a delay or offering a refund at this point
I have reached out to to this company twice, opening a ticket with them, and no one has responded at all That was two weeks ago
Poor customer care, poor customer service If I was kept up to date and responded to, I would not feel as upset about this purchase I will give it another month before I take further action to get my money back Here is to hoping the item comes and it is so great that it takes away from such a poor experience

DO NOT waste your time or your money! I ordered cutting board on Dec3rd and didn't receive it until January 22nd The board is unfinished and I have been trying since then to get the problem resolved And as of today Feb9th no one will get back to me Extremely unprofessional! On another note, the board is much smaller than expected

The business is falsely claiming that they responded to my online tickets multiple times - that is incorrect, I received only one responseAlso, in their response they indicated that I would receive my product by January 16th - I have still not received the shipment with the productI have also not received a refund for my purchase

I've used this business a few times, but this last order will be the last time I ordered two cutting boards on April 17, and have yet to receive them SIX MONTHS later I've filled out a ticket and got the generic responseThen I've emailed and called They have not respondedI would simply like the products I paid for to be deliveredThat's all
Beware of this business

I ordered cutting boards from them with a Groupon on December 1st and the packages arrived mid January (I was away at school so didn’t open it until now) Orders that were placed the day before mine were guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, so I figured mine would arrive before Christmas as well or at least by the end of December Early January my status was still set to ‘processing’ so I sent them an email telling them so A couple days after sending the email I checked my status and it was changed to ‘shipped’ I never received an email response from them until weeks later saying that my account shows it was shipped
When I came home from school yesterday to find the packages (that I was told by my family had arrived about 1.5-weeks ago) I was terrified I had read the horrible reviews online AFTER placing my order and I was prepared for the worst I had some hope, however, because each package was nestled in a bubble wrapped envelope Inside each envelope was a beautiful cutting board done exactly the way I had asked They are a bit smaller than I anticipated, but they are the expected thickness The writing/designs are beautiful, centred, large enough, and spelled correctly The type of woods are what I asked for They are not smooth like I had imagined they would be, so I don’t know if they can actually be used as cutting boards but I bought them expecting them to be used mostly as decorations anyways So for those of you still waiting for your package(s) there is still hope!

In addition: For how likely I am to recommend this business, I gave them a because even though my experience went well enough, all the other reviews make me nervous to recommend it

The only message I received were the shipping dates, giving no explanation of why they were months lateI will not accept such a minimal response as an answer because my questions were not answered through their response

Placed an order for two identical items using a Groupon with a delivery date prior to Christmas One Item arrived the week following ChristmasThe second item has not arrived yet (February now) and there has been no response from Morgann Hill Designs regarding the 'costumer service tickets' I have submitted
I am also disappointed that Groupon would advertise a company that has so many issues
As an aside, the one item that did arrive was hardly worth the money spent on it I was very disappointed

I was so excited to see this product until the subsequent weeks and weeks followed with no product It has been weeks since this order was place and I still am without a 50th anniversary gift for my parents The only communication via email- which is ridiculous - says they have a 2-week turn around time Clearly they do not All I have gotten are inept and careless responses from a *** stating their turnaround time with a smiley face When I asked for a phone call from management /owner / someone I never got a response and that was days agoI would never use this vendor again After getting no response from my most recent email I went on their website to contact them and create a new ticket regarding the old ticket No response from that one either I wish I would have done my homework and saw their rating and sll the negative reviews post thru Revdex.com This is unacceptable And to treat customers this way? We choose to spend our money with these businesses they should be grateful How are they still in business? Since this was something I bought thru groupon I have contacted themThey could not have been more accommodating They are reaching out to their support team to have them contact this disgrace of a company I would advise everyone to ask for their products back if they have not shipped and demand a refund including shipping and handling as I have done This company is giving other small businesses a bad wrap Stay away!!!!
