I ordered a customized wine cork holder thru Groupon on 11/20/ I still have not received itPhones at this place are inoperable and their customer service email response is non existent The site did not provide clear information about delivery expectations, and there is no way to track your order while in processHad the site been honest about the timing, that would have been fineHowever not being able to give my gift timely was an issue; and when they did reply to me, telling me goods would ship within 30-days, that didn't happen either I even complained to Groupon and they are still trying to get answers The cute merchandise isn't worth missing deadlines MHD should clearly advertise that it's going to take them at least days to make your order!!! And, if they're going to set up a Groupon offering, they should have some level of customer service and readiness

I ordered from Morgan Hill on 2/22/ It is now 5/10/and I still do not have the product I reached out to them days ago, they told me it would ship in 5-business days I have followed up with them via email and phone NUMEROUS times, and have yet to receive a response
Please DO NOT order from this company

This company is extremely unorganized and unreliableI put an order on December 4, with the understanding I would get my order before Christmas if I submitted an order before December 5, I still have not received my order or have got any indication that it is still comingI have logged customer support tickets - response I got was a general blanket email, the other tickets have still went unanswered
Knowing that this is a small business I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it may be a week or two late and that would be fineHowever, now it is a month late and I have no idea when I will get my order

I wish I would have read all the reviews before purchasing something from this company!!!!! I ordered a sign on Oct 9, using a Livingsocial deal and here it is Jan 5, and I still don't have a sign or any clue when I will be getting it There is no customer service at all, I emailed them on Dec 29, and they still have not responded AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!! Buyers beware

NEVER, EVER, EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They don't own up to their mistakes and when you attempt to contact them by phone, the recorded message gives you their operating times (8am-3pm PST) and states that if you've reached the machine then their helping another customer, so call back!!!! What kind of foolishness is that! The items are super cute and creative but their customer service SUCKS! DON'T DO IT...YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!,

I placed an order in mid-November I received a "Pre-shipment" notice that said I would received tracking within days Tracking showed delivery on Dec22, Did not receive package Contacted USPS to file lost package claim but they needed the shipping address I tried to get Morgann Hill Designs to supply the information I needed to file a claim for a lost package I made numerous attempts to contact them with absolutely NO response or reply from them I finally received a second notice of Pre shipment in early Jan Packages arrived the second week of January Items are very poor quality and look nothing like the companys display of the item One item was for a gift and it is defective I am too embarrassed to give it I notified Morgann Hill again and about a week ago and still have not had a reply about the defective item I did however, received one reply from the company last week asking me not to send additional inquiries as they put me at the bottom of the list every time I send an inquiry I do not recommend this company They have poor products and NO customer service Very very disappointed I purchased through Groupon so I feel that they need to know about this company also

I purchased a groupon on 2/01/for a wine cork collector box with a Name and date on it as advertisedAfter not hearing or seeing anything for several weeks I e-mailed the company to which no one responded...so I e-mailed again and several days later (mind you they advertise that someone will get back to you in hrs) When I received my 1st response I was told that these are handcrafted items and it takes time and that I would be notified when my package was being shippedI again e-mailed more times and each time I was told the which I only got a response on of those time and being told the same thingFinally on 4/or 4/I received notice that my order was being shippeddays later I received my order and was so very unhappy
Handcrafted purchase was pieces of unfinished, unstained and unpainted pieces of 1xwood nailed together with a piece of glass and backing and a stencil of the last name and dateThey sell this item for $on line and should be embarrassed
I sent an e-mail to Morgan Hill about my dissatisfaction and still have not heard anything back.Be very careful when ordering from the company

I have looked at some of the other reviews but this one hit the nail right on the headThis one was posted 1-9-and is the exact same response and just identical to the response I have hadI am not sure if anyone has gotten this resolved but I will keep checking this Revdex.com web site for answers if anyone has had any resultsAlso if anyone did get the product how was it, was it worth the wait??? This is bull because my wife is still waiting for her Christmas presentThank God I got something else too
This company is the worst joke I have ever dealt with! I ordered through a Living Social deal on November 23, On December I opened a ticket requesting a status of my order as it was a Christmas gift for my nephew and his wife, no responseOn December I received an email saying the order was in "pre-shipping" and provided me with a tracking numberThey asked to wait one week for the tracking number to activate, it never activated from the link providedAfter days I manually entered the tracking number in the USPS web siteIt came up as the package had left the facility in Fallbrook, CA on December with an ETA of December Well it was already past December so I called USPS who offered to track the lost packageUSPS called me back the next day to say the package had not yet been dropped of at the USPS facility in Fallbrook! How is there info on the USPS website saying it shipped if it was never even dropped off??? I have opened a total of three tickets with this company with no response, the phone number is disconnectedAt first I was just going to wait for the item since it was already late, but now I am so pissed I am going to attempt to get a refundI wonder how is that going to work with no phone number or response to inquiries This fiasco is beyond ridiculousI have never been so disgusted with a company in my life

I purchased monogram wall mounted items On October I received them on December They are of such bad quality that I wouldn't hang them in the garage, much less my home The wood is very thin and rough, the paint is dull and is slopped all over the back of the piece I tried to get in touch with this company, but could not get a phone number or email address Since I did purchase the through Living
Social and made attempts to reach the seller, I was refunded my money Now I know to look for reviews BEFORE I commit to buy
