I ordered an item form Morgan Hill Design on Nov, 17th for a Christmas present for my wifeSince I ordered the item on Nov, 17th I actually didn't think their would be such a delay as it appears that my item ordered if I actually receive it won't arrive until well after ChristmasShame on my I guess
I received the day I ordered a confirmation but no shipping information related to a deliver dateDidn't think much of it until weeks later and still no notice
When I tried to call the company to inquire about my order the phone number is disconnectedI tried to then send an e-mail through their website and didn't receive a response or even an acknowledgementI sent a second e-mail with some strong comments about their customer service and received a canned response finally that didn't answer any of my inquiry
These folks are selling their service through Groupon and I think Groupon should also take a good look at the vendors they choose to do business with as this experience will keep me away from Morgan Hill Designs as well as Groupon
I want to share my story do folks know to stay away from both

This company is horribleIt took over months to get my ordered signWhen I did get it the sign was chippedI sent in a ticket on their company web site with a pictureThey did not acknowledge they would send me a replacementJust stated it took xxxx amount of time to receive my ordersent another ticket asking more questions no clear answersThen they closed both ticketsI decided to wait the allotted timeNo signTried today to send them a message and my invoice number no longer work in their systemThere is no other way to email or call themSo I am let with a chipped sign and out the money I spentDo not use themThe products look great on the web site but are quite cheapIf you have any problems forget about any customer service support or resolution! :0(

This may be the worst company I have ever ordered from! I have never written a negative review before, but am so outraged with this company I felt I had to I purchased a Groupon on 11/11/and placed an order with Morgan Hill for a cutting board, engraved with our friend's name the same night This was a present that I would personally deliver in mid December The site said to allow 2-weeks for delivery and stated that an order must be placed by 11/to ensure Christmas delivery I ordered days prior to this deadlineI started to contact the company at the end of November since I never received shipment notification, with absolutely no luck Their phone number doesn't work, and their response to emails (if they respond) is a standard response that must be computer generated After numerous emails with no response, I told them to cancel my order as I had to go purchase a gift at the last minute to replace what I never received Today, 12/28/2015, three days after Christmas, I finally received the very ugly item I ordered - after almost WEEKS! Funny how they charged my credit card for shipping the day I placed my order!! Lucky for me my credit card company is reversing this charge NEVER order from this companyThe worst I have ever experienced

I purchased a monogrammed sign from this company on 1-2-I have not received any confirmation on my order status and it is now 1-22-I have emailed the company twice And I keep getting a generic email not giving me any specific information on my order

I guess I should have read reviews before purchasing anything from this companyWhen I ordered it showed that the order would be delivered by 12/22/
HOWEVER I JUST GOT AN EMAIL SAYING IT IS IN PRE-SHIPMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered cutting boards for Christmas gifts on 12/2/ Today is weeks later and still no product delivered I have made multiple attempts to contact the company with no response I should've figured that a company with no customer service phone # was not legitimate Groupon refunded my urchase price but I am very disappointed that I now have no Christmas gifts for my family members I will be starting from scratch mid-Jan

BEWARE!!!
This is the worst company!! They are just out to make a buck and have NO concern for the quality of their product or for customer satisfaction I ordered (2) family signs - sign was spelled incorrectly No one of my three requests has for correction has EVER been answered In the same order was one Christmas (Grinch) sign It should have had the family JONES on it, but it was painted as JONAS They never corrected, replaced or even respond to my complaint The final item in the same order was the "Love Story" item...I paid $for this and it was never received Again, no response to my complaints or requests out of items were incorrect This is proving to be an expensive lesson for me I will never use this company again....BEWARE!!

I placed an order on July 18, well in advance of the day lead time listed for the Sept wedding this was a gift for I have not received my order, and my calls and support tickets are going unanswered The wedding is now in two days and I have no present I am also out the money I paid to Groupon and Pay Pal (Groupon for the cost of the item, and Pay Pal for the cost of shipping) I would like a full refund in the amount of $

I ordered a custom cutting board for my brother in-laws wedding months agoFigured that with his wedding months out I would alright for lead timeSeeing as their lead time on their page said 3-weeksWhen the 3-weeks passed I emailed asking for an updateIt took days for a response and when they did respond they said if your order is days old it will ship out in daysWhich makes no sense what so everStill I waited that amount of time and nothingSo I emailed againNo responseIt took several emails before I could get another generic response from anyoneI was told in April that they were wry sorry and that they had a high volume of orders come in for Christmas and that they were behindThey asked if I wanted a refund, to which I replied noI want the product or at least a timeline as to when I should expect itI was then told that they would put a rush on my orderIt is now the end of May and I have sent another emailThey responded that they have to update as to when it will be made or shipped out months to custom make a cutting board is unacceptable, their customer service is unacceptable!

Morgann Hill Design Center is by the far the worst company I have ever encounteredI would suggest that you run far away from any Groupon for this company! I purchased a Groupon on 11/19/and placed an order with Morgann Hill for One Medium 11.25"x9.25" Personalized Cork Keeper This was a present that I thought would come before Christmas The site said to allow 2-weeks for delivery and stated that an order must be placed by 11/to ensure Christmas deliveryI ordered prior to this deadline and it is now January 12th and I still have not received my orderI started contacting the company in December to check my order status, with absolutely no luckTheir phone number doesn't work, and their response to emails (if they respond) is a standard response that must be computer generatedThe generated response after you submit an email states they will contact you within hours My last email to them went out to them days ago and I they still haven't replied I am starting to believe they are a scam and Groupon should let you put negative feedback on their site to deter other buyers
