Purchased their deal through Groupon on October 29, 2014 and was promised a 2 - 4 week delivery time and with numerous emails sent to the company with either no response or a generic response sent to me. I finally received my order on Jan 12th, 2.5 months later! Totally unacceptable! There is no phone # to actually talk to someone. Also, I only received 1 of the 2 products I ordered on the same order. And the product is crap, flimsy thin piece of wood and not at all what was advertised! I would like a refund as I don't feel comfortable gifting these items as they were supposed to be xmas gifts as they are tacky looking. I also want my shipping refunded as well. This company is a scammer.

Review: I ordered 2 items of merchandise from Morgann Hill Design on October31, 2014. I have not received my merchandise nor received a phone call from the business when I've asked them several times via email to call me. I received an email stating that they were over flu with orders and it will be after Dec 24, 2014 before orders were filled, plus they stated that it is a military veteran owned business to make their product and to not make bad comments about them on ** or [redacted]. I spent $55 on the items so I doubt if I receive my mdse nor my money. I have kept the emails from Morgann Hill Design that I'd like you to read so you would have proof of what they told me. I received an email stating that mdse was in product of shipping but delivery date unavailable plus tracking number. This business is basically a scam from what I'm reading. BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased the personalized hanging wall art on Groupon & I am extremely dissatisfied in the amount of time it took for me to receive my item. The website states that it would take 3-4 weeks to create the item and then the item should be at my door within 30-45 days. First of all, I placed my order on Oct 28th & it was not even shipped until Dec 18th - That's over 7 weeks!! I then did not receive the item until January 8th - an additional 3 weeks!! That's 2&1/2 months! I realize that the company is located in California & that I am in Canada- but I have ordered products from China before that have come in much less time than this! And it still should not have taken 7 weeks to create the item - which brings me to my next point. I was also very disappointed in the quality of the product. I could not believe how thin & flimsy the item was. The item's description only states the height of the item - not the depth - I seriously can't believe it didn't snap during shipping, it is so thin! Plus the stain they put on it doesn't even cover the edges of the item! Thank God I got this item at a discount because there is NO way it is worth the $60 selling price. Would NEVER buy from this company again!

Review: On October 7, 2014, I purchased a coupon for Morgann Hills Designs through Living Social. I then placed and order through Morgann Hills Designs for a monogrammed wall art decor. I sent an inquiry to the company mid November about the delivery of the piece. The response was that they were overwhelmed and would get it to me as soon as possible. I sent several more inquiries and finally received a pre shipment email with a tracking number saying the package should ship in 7-15 days. This was in December. The tracking number only goes as far as the package leaving a post office in California, never arriving anywhere. I moved in the meantime. I have continued to send emails. The company is extremely slow to respond and does not reply with any specifics. I still have not received the item. I did get another email from the company, like the first with a generic tracking number and delivery date, that I am sure will not happen.Desired Settlement: What I would like most is to receive the item I ordered. If not, I would like a refund for the value of the item. This company should not be in business and groups like [redacted] and [redacted] should be made aware of their shady dealings!

Ordered a product 79 days ago and have yet to receive the package or any indication that this product is even delayed. No communication for the company what so ever. I email the company a month ago and inquired about where the package was and they responded by saying it would be delivered within the next 7-10 business days. 30 days later still nothing. Called the company today to inquire again and was told it would be another 7-10 business days and then and only then they would possibly refund the purchase. 90 days after my purchase they "might" refund me my purchase. What a joke of a company.

I'M EXTREMELY UPSET. I've never been so upset with a product. It took my order 3 MONTHS TO ARRIVE and when it did arrive it has a DENT in it. I've emailed several times with ZERO direct answer. How wonderful they don't have a phone number either. This company needs to be fined.

I ordered on Jan 20 & received the notification that order was received (order #46322) but I have not heard anything else from them. I have tried to contact them through emails, their website & phone but have not received any response. This was a present & now I will need to go buy something else.

I ordered a personalized initial wall sign on 1/5/2016 and as of today 2/9/2016 a month later still have not received my product. I should have looked at the Revdex.com site to see all the complaints before I placed my order. I have tried calling the number on their site 760-650-2492 three times, and no one has ever called me back after leaving messages. I have also submitted two support tickets and received zero response. At this point I just want a full refund of $54.99 that includes the $9.99 shipping charge. My order number is 44671.

Review: I purchased a deal through [redacted] for 2 custom made cutting boards through Morgann Hill Designs. I redeemed my offer November 27, 2014. Their policies are "The Fine Print Expires 90 days after purchase. Limit 2 per person, may buy 3 additional as gifts. Valid only for option purchased. Online only. Shipping not included. Typically ships within 2-4 weeks. Orders made on 11/30 and onward are not guaranteed shipment by Christmas." I have the confirmation email which suggests that my order was submitted Nov 27th, however on [redacted] the company suggested that I redeemed my offer on Dec 8th. (Not sure where that date came from). Knowing that I ordered my products before the Christmas cut off date, I felt reassured that my order would be shipped with enough time for delivery before Dec 25th. I checked up on my order a few times and it remained in the same status "Processing" As Christmas came closer, I got nervous that it would not be here in time so I contacted the company through the only means they had available (Please note, earlier they DID have a number available but it had been removed from their site). They did not reply to my specific questions (as I had some specifically about the product in addition to the shipping times) but they did send a generic email to all customers saying they were behind shipping times but they believe that the great majority of the orders would be filled by Christmas and that they are a small company and for some customers to please stop saying bad things about them on social media. I waited again, hoping that my order would be one of the many delivered in time. Dec 25th came and went with no contact or product. I sent another email to follow up Dec 31st and still nothing. I have contacted [redacted] to help with a resolution as well. The company did send another generic email suggesting that my order is in pre-shipment (takes 7 days) and then will be shipped (7-14 days) way past their promised time & without apology.Desired Settlement: This has been the worst customer experience I have had. I would be satisfied with several options. First, I think a genuine apology is needed- one that is specific to me and my order and not a mass email sent to everyone. Additionally, since Christmas has well passed I would like a full refund (including the shipping I paid for) ($55 for the cutting boards + $13.99 for shipping- Canadian dollars). I am a reasonable person and understand this is a busy time of year however not responding to my inquiries and avoiding my requests is not a good way to do business and they will not be receiving my recommendations going forward. I have also filed a complaint with [redacted], to stop promoting their products.

I ordered a customized wine cork holder thru Groupon on 11/20/15. I still have not received it. Phones at this place are inoperable and their customer service email response is non existent. The site did not provide clear information about delivery expectations, and there is no way to track your order while in process. Had the site been honest about the timing, that would have been fine. However not being able to give my gift timely was an issue; and when they did reply to me, telling me goods would ship within 30-45 days, that didn't happen either. I even complained to Groupon and they are still trying to get answers. The cute merchandise isn't worth missing deadlines. MHD should clearly advertise that it's going to take them at least 60 days to make your order!!! And, if they're going to set up a Groupon offering, they should have some level of customer service and readiness.

This company shouldn't be in business.

I placed an order with them and because I gave them a 2 star rating on Etsy and refused to change my rating to 5 stars like they requested. They put my order on hold and then cancelled it.

Between all the rude emails and Etsy conversations they truly lack professionalism.

I also reviewed them on Wedding Wire which Morgann Hill disputed that I had no business with them I'm glad I kept my receipts and could prove I certainly did!

I wouldn't ever recommend this company to anyone and I'd truly be surprised if they stayed in business over the next few years.

I ordered two of their custom cutting boards through Groupon. I placed my order on November 9, 2015. According to their website as well as Groupon, I was told the order could take 2-4 weeks to arrive at my door. Six weeks passed and I received nothing.

More troubling, however, is that I have tried to contact Morgan Hill more than a dozen times. They will not return my emails or call me. I am beginning to think this may be a scam. I have no idea why they would not return an email and let me know what has happened to my order. I still have not received the items and am growing more frustrated by the day.

I would NOT recommend using this company. Their products might be beautiful (I have no way of knowing), but their refusal to communicate with a customer is troubling. And I never received the product I purchased, so they essentially stole from me.

BEWARE!!!!

Review: My sister purchased the [redacted] for the initial wall hanging as a gift for me. I placed my order back also paying for shipping in NOVEMBER. I received a shipment notification in mid-December and as of mid January I had still not received the item. I emailed customer service and received an email saying they would rush another order and I've yet to receive anything it's now Mid-Feb. The number listed on the Revdex.com website is out of service.Desired Settlement: or a refund of the [redacted] price and shipping paid.

Review: I ordered a Personalized Monogram Wall Art from Morgann Hill Designs on October 28th, 2014. The process was supposed to take 6 weeks from order date to delivery and it has now been almost 4 months since the items was ordered. I've contacted the company on multiple occasions and was told that a new product would be remade and sent, and then never heard from the company again. They have changed the status to all of my inquiries to closed, even though nothing has been resolved and I am still without the product.

When I attempted to contact the company through email again, they have stopped answering all emails.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology from the company plus my money returned in full. The item in question was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and seeing as it's two months after Christmas time and the item still hasn't been delivered, I would just like my money fully refunded.

Review: I ordered a personalized cork keeper from them on 11/15/2015, Order # [redacted]. As of today, 1/11/15, I have not received my item. I had completed a service ticket on their web site, twice. They replied once with the standard, "it takes 45 days...bla, bla, bla." Then, they closed the ticket. I have since replied to the ticket two more times and I have not received a response. I have searched for a phone number to call or email address, however, I have not been able to find one. I have requested a refund from Groupon and they will refund the money, however, I am still out the $9.99 I had to pay them for shipping. I see that this is a common issue with this company and I think they should be investigated for stealing shipping money from customers.Desired Settlement: I would either like my product or I would like a refund as soon as possible.

I emailed this company twice in late November to see if I ordered a cutting board as a Christmas present it would be delivered in time. They never replied. I placed an order anyway. It has yet to arrive--two months later! I have sent them additional emails asking its status. They list no telephone number to call. They have not replied to my emails although I have gotten two emails from them stating my order was incomplete (and asking for information...which I gave them when I placed the order.) My order was not incomplete. I just received another email from them today saying the order was incomplete and they need additional information to process the order! Whenever I've gone on their website to check the status, it says my order is being processed. I am very embarrassed that I have still not been able to give my Christmas gift!

Review: I ordered a product 7 weeks ago and they stated a 4-6 week delivery time. After 5 weeks I emailed them to see when it would ship (the phone number they provide does not work) and they promptly responded saying it would be shipped in 7-10 days. A week later I get an email saying it was being shipped and gave a tracking number. I checked the tracking number immediately and it said a label had been made (nothing shipped yet, but I figured it was too soon) after 10 days of not receiving the item I check the tracking number again. Still it says a label was made, but nothing was ever shipped? I have been emailing the company for three days w/ no response. I just want my product delivered or my money including shipping returned.
