Review: I ordered a customized product on Sept. 30, 2014 online. Nov. 7, 2014 I received an email stating that my "item had shipped!" with the tracking number attached. On Nov. 18, 2014, I checked on the tracking number to see where my item was in transit, only to find out that it was now an invalid shipping code. When Iresponded to the shipping confirmation email, I was sent a generic response email explaining the process of how they make their products and that an initial email is sent to let customers know their product is "finished" and in the delivery department and usually ships within 2-5 after it's received in the shipping department. On Nov. 22, 2014, I emailed them once again since my product still was showing that the shipping code was invalid. I have not received an email from them at this point, but I have received communication through [redacted] to fill out a ticket on their website. I do not understand why that it could not have been resolved at that point of contact. I am afraid that I will continue to get the runaround and never receive my product.Desired Settlement: Not only would I like to receive my personalized order that I paid $[redacted] for, but I would also like to receive a full refund. I feel their customer service and delivery time is horrendous.

Review: I order medium size personalized shadow boxes that are for corks of wine bottles. I received the small boxes. I paid for the medium boxes.....order numbers [redacted]. I have emailed this company 3 times asking how they plan to correct? Send me the size I ordered and paid for or reimburse me the difference and have yet to hear from them.Desired Settlement: Given that these were personalized, I don't see how they can be exchanged. I either want new ones at the size I ordered and paid for or a refund of the difference between the small boxes that they sent versus the medium boxes I ordered.

I have never been so frustrated and disappointed in a company. I placed an order with Morgan Hill Designs on 11/30/14 for a personalized, wine cork holder. After numerous attempts to contact the company, I finally received my item on January 15th. The item is so poorly made that I would have been embarrassed to ship the product out. In fact, it is,so poorly made and was half way put together when it arrived that I will never give to whom it was intended. The plywood on the back, is not even the same measurement... it lacks about an half an inch. The thought of arguing with this joke of a company to get a refund, makes me nauseated. Perhaps I will chalk it up to a loss.... or not.

The website indicated that the wooden decor came in one size only

(17'W x 10' H). When we finally received our wooden wall decorations we

measured them by using a measuring tape and they did not measure close

to the size displayed on the website.Desired Settlement: Request false advertisement be corrected on their website and a refund of the price it cost to purchase and ship the merchandise ($192.00)

Review: I ordered My Cutting board from Morgann Designs back in NOVEMBER, and was guaranteed delivery before Christmas. It is now February 7th, and I have yet to receive the item I already paid for. I have tried contacting the company numerous times, and never have received a return of any kind. I even tried contacting them on their other sites they use for purchasing their products. Morgan who owns the company returned my messages with rude comments, as well as her avoiding anything I said and asked. This company successfully ruined christmas for my family, and I want my product I ordered!! This is ridiculous Ordering a product in November, and still not having it 3-4 months later... They also sent me a fake tracking number on December 23, and it still says "pre-shipment" to this day!Desired Settlement: I want my product, and I believe I deserve a refund on my shipping I had to pay to their company! I also believe I should receive an apology from this company for how they treat their customers, and handle their sales.

The reason I am rejecting their response is because it is partly false. My last attempt to contact the company was actually around December 15 which was not 45 days ago and as usual, I received no reply. I did however, receive the items via standard mail on Dec 24 which was after the date of the event that I needed the items. Is this case closed as far as receiving the items, yes. Is it closed as far as being a company deserving of the trust of its customers, no.

Review: I ordered a product on Sept.30th and have not received it yet. They are also based in CA, so the shipping should not take this long. I also got a email saying it was shipping last mo th and still haven't received it after numerous attempts with trying to reach anyone in the company. They don't have a number to call, and they sent out an automated response that vaguely told me nothing about when and where my product is. I want a refund, or my product in time for Christmas, it was a present for someone. Review: Purchased groupon tied to this company and received group code to order the specific item which I tried to do. Website does not accept code. I verified all with groupon and they placed the matter between me and the this vendor. I opened up support case with them and they replied with a form email that all was fine and closed the case. However it was not fine nor would repeated attempts to order the product using their instructions would work. Replying to support email with my issue multiple times has gone unanswered.

I know how to order online - I write software to to do the same thing.Desired Settlement: Issue full refund. This company is bad. Thank you

Review: Initial purchase was 18 months ago. A wedding gift to be delivered to Florida. The gift was never sent. MULTIPLE emails later nothing going has been done to reimburse, inquire into delivery problems , or apologize . The last email correspondence was 3/9/15. It states "where was it meant to be sent ?" & nothing since. 6 weeks later I demanded a full refund, as I was sick of their excuses. Have received zero communication.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] for two customized cutting boards by Morgann Hill Designs. During the order process the website did not allow for the input of the [redacted] number. As a result I was charged the full amount for the order. I immediately tried to cancel the order but the website did not allow it.

In addition, it has been 5 weeks since the order was placed. I have not received the order in full as of today. I placed my order (which was a gift) on 12-2-15 and to date it still has not been delivered. I knew it would be 30-45 days and that it would arrive after Christmas, but this is absolutely unacceptable. They have no contact number for you to talk to a real person or track your order! I too am wondering if the gift I ordered will be delivered or if I will get any of my money back if it is not.

Review: On Sept 30 I purchased an item via a [redacted] voucher.

On Oct 29 I inquired about the status of my order. I received two email responses. The first was an automatic response that they couldn't tell you a status of an order in process, but the second asked me for my order number (I had provided a transaction number). I did not receive a reply once I provided that order number.

On November 7 I received a notice that my product had shipped. The USPS tracking number just showed that the label had been generated, but after checking it for a week, it never showed that the product was in transit. When I checked the tracking number again on November 17, it showed that there was no such number in their system.

At this time I submited a complaint ticket to Morgann Hill Designs.

On November 18, I contacted [redacted]l. Their representative had no success in trying to call Morgann HIll, so she sent an email.

As of today, November 20, I have yet to receive my item ordered and I have yet to receive a response from Morgann HIll.Desired Settlement: At a minimum, I would like my order delivered as promised. It would seem like little to ask to have my shipping charges refunded and to also receive an apology for the poor customer service.

Review: I purchased a personalized Christmas gift online. The website states that orders must be placed by 12/05 for Christmas delivery, my order was placed on 11/30. Checking the website on a daily basis, I could see that my order was "pending" for over 30 days. The item did not arrive until 01/12/15. Additionally, the spelling on the personalized item is incorrect and not reflective of the correct spelling outlined in my order.

There is no customer service phone number. Tickets submitted via the merchant website go unanswered. They do, however, send their customers an email reminding us that they are a small company and to keep that in mind when submitting bad reviews online. Other than that, there has been no acknowledgment of their unexusable customer service and lack of attention to quality control.Desired Settlement: Complimentary service w/ a replacement product that has correct spelling.

DO NOT order anything from this company. I ordered 2 cutting boards (through Living Social vouchers I purchased) on October 16th. I ordered through their website, as required. When ordering I was asked if I would like to set up an account, I selected YES but no account was established. I waited for a confirmation email of my purchase ....I never got one. I emailed the company (the only way you can communicate) and asked if they received both orders.

On Oct 17th "[redacted]" emailed me back and said yes, both orders were received. I waited and waited and on Nov 21 I emailed back asking if I would be notified when the items shipped. That same day they emailed me back and said yes and apologized for the delay, said it wouldn't ship for another 10-18days and emailed me a 20% off my next purchase coupon.

On December 3rd I emailed again. That same day they emailed me back and said I would get a shipping email that week. I responded inquiring about the delay and they did not reply.

On December 8th I emailed again...no response. I looked up their ETSY store and found a phone number. The phone had been disconnected. I emailed again today...still no response.

I contacted Living Social (I bought the vouchers to purchase the cutting boards through them) and they are now investigating and will get back to me.

This business should not be allowed to operate on ETSY or through GROUPON and LIVING SOCIAL. Please do not waste your money...this is the worst company (if you can even call it that) that I have ever done business with.

Review: I purchased a personalized wooden cutting board from Morgan Hill Designs on 12/2 in order to give as a gift on 1/17. I understand that it would take 4-6 weeks. It is the 5th week and when I contacted them to ask about the status of my order, I was told that I did not read the fine print and the order could not be ready by Christmas. It took over a week to receive this incorrect response. I had asked if I would be receiving my order by 1/17 and not Christmas. I sent another request regarding the status of my order and have not received a response back According to my order status, it is pending shipment, however it has been with this status for over a week. Since it seems I will not be able to have it for 1/17 and due to the fact per various websites this company has had issues sending orders on time, I want a definite answer that I will receive my order by 1/17 or get my money back.Desired Settlement: Since most likely I will not be receiving my order within the 6 week time which I need it, I want all of my money sent back to me immediately. There are also many bad reviews regarding this business and I don't want to be told that my order will be coming when it will not be.

Review: I placed an order on December 5 using a [redacted] I purchased. I have yet to receive my product. I first contacted the company on December 29 and then again a few days later being I had not heard anything from after my second contact still do not hear from them. I then called the phone number that appeared on my credit card bill, it does not answer stating it is a company and goes straight to a voicemail, never heard anything from that either. Finally on January 13, 2015 they sent an email stating sorry for delay, but I have yet to see my order. Since the time I first checked there web site to track my order on the 29 of December it has said the same thing your order is in it's final stage or is being packaged for shipping.Desired Settlement: I need my product delivered immedialtly along with the refund of my shipping and handling fees I was charged.

Review: On November 26, 2014 , [redacted] had a special offering for Morgann Hill Designs. I purchased this offer and then proceeded to the website to order a Personalized Family Wall Sign as a gift for Christmas. On November 26, I received an email about my purchase with a receipt showing the item I ordered and my shipping cost of $9.99. I sent my first email 11/30 after no reply I sent my second email on 12/5 after no reply I sent another email to a email address I found on another website on 12/15, inquiring and trying to confirm the status of my. 12/15 I received a email thanking me for placing an order and that as long as I received a conformation email that I need to be rest assured that they have my order in queue and it will be created/& shipped within our lead lead and if I had question to email them. 12/22 I received a email telling me that my order was in pre-shipment and based off the tracking that my order will be @ my home 12/23/2014....WRONG....I had to email them again asking where my package was, they ensured me that my package is lost in transit and they will call their local post office to verify where my package is, well Saturday October 10 I received my package, per the website a personalized family wall sign is measured at 17'' W x 10'' H

Birch plywood / twine.....well let's just say that what I received in my mailbox fit inside of a standard mailbox and this WALL SIGN that is suppose to go on the wall FITS IN MY HAND and is the size of a cell phone and it's hard plastic. I'm very unhappy about the product I received, the time and energy I waisted on waiting on it and to receive a wall sign that goes in your house and it fits in my hand is not acceptable. Review: I purchased a [redacted] deal for the Personalized Family Wall Sign. That was purchased on 11/30/14. The information for the deal stated to order by 12/05/14 to receive the order by 12/24/14. Immediately following the purchase on [redacted], I used the link and ordered the Personalized Family Wall Sign on 11/30/14. I received my confirmation email and waited for the email of shipment confirmation. On 12/24/14, I finally received the email stating my order has shipped. First and foremost, the deal stated order by 12/05/14 to receive by 12/24/14. That was not true. Morgann Hill Design's website also has a false statement on as it said 2-4 weeks. I opened a help ticket on their website as there is no other way to contact them. I wanted to find out what the status of my order was. That help ticket was submitted on 01/09/15 and the shipment tracking provided just had it in pre-shipment status since 12/24/14. I have never received a response back regarding the help ticket. Today is now 01/12/15 and I have finally received my order. I was extremely disappointment as it took so long to arrive. But I was even more disappointed in the product. The website stated the product was 17" W x 10" H. The item I received was half the size. The width was only 8.5" and the height was only 6". That is not acceptable considering the type of service I have received.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the product as advertised (Personalized Family Wall Sign 17" W x 10" H). I would also like a refund of my shipping cost of $9.99.
