Review: On 11/29/15 ordered customized cutting boards over a month ago thru a voucher on [redacted]. I met the terms and conditions about delivery times, and even had confirmation from a rep at Morgann Hills (the ONLY email they responded to) to make sure items were received by 12/25/15. Wrote several more emails to check status with no return emails. Finally contacted [redacted] to get a refund (that was no problem) but I paid $19.99 to Morgann Hills for shipping.Desired Settlement: I want the cutting boards. I want someone to email me back. If I am not getting my order, I want my $19.99 back.

Review: I placed an order with Morgann Hill Designs on 11/21/2015 and received a confirmation email that same day confirming they had received my order. As of 12/22/2015 I have not received my order nor have I received any shipping confirmation. I have made contact multiple times to inquire about my order through their "Contact Us" form, [email protected], and did received an automated response. See snippet of that automated email response.

"We have received your request and a ticket has been created. A support representative will be reviewing your request and wills end you a personal response. (usually within 24 hours)."

I have never been contacted by a support representative. There are no valid phone numbers, and their support/help desk is not attended so there is no way to make contact with a live person to find out about my order.Desired Settlement: A full refund including the prepaid shipping, total cost: 33.98, within 10 business days. I would appreciate a letter of apology for poor customer service and not filling my order. Perhaps the Revdex.com could encourage better business practices to help protect consumers.

Review: Placed an order in August for several custom floral items for a wedding. Was advised there would be a three month production time, including the time they need to submit "mock ups" of the product based on inspiration photos that I had already sent to them. After three rounds of mock ups being sent, all of which we rejected for style, quality and color, we had not heard from them for over a month. This was late November, three months after placing the order. Their last communication stated they were ordering new materials and we never saw another email with images of the product they created for us. Suddenly, four months after placing the order, we received a shipping notice. We paid for the goods in August, almost $600. There is no valid phone number for the company. The phone number listed on the shipment confirmation email is invalid. The phone number on their website is invalid. I have over 40 emails back and forth with them. They refused to issue a refund. I then contacted Etsy.com, who supplies the website for this company to do business from. They claim they are now investigating their business practices. I simply want a refund on my goods of the $599.02 that I paid in August. There are MANY reviews online about their horrible service. (Please see the link below). They now have not replied to the last five emails that I have sent to them. They have had no communication with me since mid November. I have absolutely no way to contact them to resolve this matter and they were paid months ago for product I have yet to receive. It does show in route from the USPS, but the goods were not approved at the prototype stage and should not have been shipped until they showed us a final product matching what they represent on their website and what I actually ordered.

Review: I ordered two signs in November 27, 2015 as Christmas presents. I paid a little over $105 for my two products. I got a message from [redacted] stating the payment was made to Morgan hill designs yet no word from their company. I have sent them 4 emails asking for an update or information regarding my order. They have yet to respond. They have an automated email that says they will contact you back within 24 hours but still nothing. The phone number provided to me in [redacted] is out of order. If I had read about them on the Revdex.com website I never would have used them. At this point I have to get different gifts for my family members for Christmas. Since I have not been contacted I wish to get my money back and be done with this fraudulent company. Please help me.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back and the order cancelled.

I ordered a product October 4, 2014. Today is Christmas Eve (December 24) and I STILL have not received my gifts! I ordered 3 gifts and wanted them shipped to 3 different relatives. I paid 3x the shipping fee ($10 each), but the company refused to ship to more than one place. The shipping alone is a scam.

I am so incredibly unhappy that I don't have gifts for 3 separate relatives. Company won't answer calls and I have only received one standard email from them.

I will ask Visa to refund me. 8-9 weeks is too long to wait for a product.

I placed an order on Dec 2, 2014 through living social. Was told it would ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Have not received it and had to email company twice just to get the same blanket response they are sending to everyone. Wish I had looked at this site first! Guess my Husband won't get his Christmas present.

Review: Ordered an item from them on 10/2/14 pd for item and 9.99 shipping. On 11/11 I emailed them and on 11/13 I received a response stating 7-10 days. 11/24 Emailed them again stating the product was not received, emailed on 12/8 and received an email back saying 12/24, 12/18 requested that I be contacted by a Supervisor and that my product never came. received a shipping request label on 12/18, checked USPS website and product has still not shipped, emailed 1/2, 1/6, and 1/16 with NO responses from this company at all. I started a new ticket number and requested someone to call me and received nothing from that. They've offered no resolution, no communication, nothing for something I paid for and was suppose to get MONTHS ago.Desired Settlement: I want my shipping refunded for the item and I want them to send my product shipped by Monday 1/19.

Review: I placed on order (using a [redacted]) on October 13, 2014. I am aware of the product lead time, and had no problem being patient. FOURTEEN WEEKS later I have not received ANYTHING from this company. On December 16, I received a notification that my item was ready to ship. That was 5 weeks ago.

I am annoyed and EXTREMELY disgusted by the lack of professionalism. my complaint on the Morgann Hill website went unanswered. I contacted them via [redacted] and they responded asking for my phone number so we could discuss. I sent my email address (I work long hours and prefer email), but instead of just EMAILING me they asked me to send ANOTHER complaint via the website (never mind the one that went unanswered).

DO NOT purchase anything from this place. Its just a big scam.Desired Settlement: I want the shipping money I spent refunded to me in 7 business days.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] for a Morgan hill design cutting board with custom monogram for a newly engaged couple. I applied the [redacted] to the order and was left to pay only shipping. This transaction took place 11/25/14. I received an email with the confirmation of the order. It has now been almost a month and I haven't received any correspondence regarding my order or tracking. When I look up my tracking online using my order number, it says processing. I sent a message via the website and asked if I could please have a status of my order. That was December 12. I haven't heard anything. I am now googling this company and seeing a number of similar ssues- all very current. I have voiced my concern via Facebook on Morgan Hill Deaigna Facebook. According to reviews and complaints online, it's only a matter of time before my comment is deleted. I have since reached out to [redacted] and I plan to get my money back. In the mean time, [redacted] should NOT be doing business with this "company" and a company like this should be penalized for taking consumer money and making it damn near impossible to get information on products we have paid for.Desired Settlement: I already know [redacted] will refund the money. I want an apology from Morgan Hill designs for a close miss in ruining my holiday season. I did pay $9.99 for shipping so I would like Morgann Hill to refund me for this while [redacted] refunds me for the $30.

Review: I placed an order on 12/5/2014 for (3) personalized wine cork holders using a [redacted] I had purchased. I clearly specified in the order comments that these items were Christmas presents and needed before 12/25. I have sent multiple emails inquiring about my order and have received nothing but automated ticket responses. I have still not received my items. My order information on their website says the orders are 'processing'.Desired Settlement: I would ideally like to receive the products that I ordered. Review: I have had several issues with this company. They began when I did not receive my products as promised in time for Christmas. Finally after almost a month after Christmas and threatening to report them to the Revdex.com, I finally received my products. One product I received was damaged. The corner of the cutting board was chipped off and was in no condition to give as a gift in which the product was purchased for. I have since contacted them well over 20 times trying to have this issue remedied. It took sending them an e-mail every hour one day to finally receive a response from them. They asked me to send them pictures of the damaged item which I did. I have since contacted them multiple times through e-mail and their website and have heard nothing back from them. I have yet to get one response. I made my initial complaint with them over a month ago. The customer service has not been bad, it has been completely non-existent. This is the worst company I have ever made a purchase through and would never recommend it to anybody.Desired Settlement: I would like the damaged cutting board replaced. I would also like my $9.99 shipping refunded for both of the cutting boards I ordered. I would also like some acknowledgement from the company of their terrible service and everything I have had to go through to receive a product that I already paid for. They had no issue taking my money as soon as I placed the order. I would also like to know what they intend to do to make up for the additional shipping costs I incurred to send a Christmas gift to a family member that had left town before I received the item that was promised to be delivered by Christmas.

Not only did my two cutting boards arrive a month after Christmas (they were promised before), they showed up without engraving as pictured online. I have contacted the company several times over the past 2 months and have only gotten automated generic responses. Very disappointed. Still cannot get in contact with the company to fix the engraving as shown in picture.

Review: Placed an order November 3, 2014 and have never received items. Received an email Dec 18, 2014 saying the items were shipped along with a tracking number. I have filed three complaints with the company. They responded to the first 2 saying they were working on my order but they will not respond to the third complaint. I've contacted the postal service to help locate the package but can't figure it out. In doing to extensive research, it looks like the company is a scam. Looks like no one received their orders and it sounds like everyone was given the same tracking number. It sounds like the postal service in California has received a bunch of calls inquiring about their carrier picking up packages from the company because no one is receiving their items.

The cost of my order was $55.00 plus $10.00 shipping.Desired Settlement: For the company to reimburse my money since these were items for Christmas and I never received them.

I placed an order on December 8,2014 and have yet to recieve it. I have attempted to contact the company several times and they have yet to get back to me. I would like the product I purchased as they have already deducted the money as well as shipping on December 8th!

Review: I purchased a [redacted] for a personalized cutting board. I placed the order on Nov 2nd, with a 4-6 week processing time. I kept checking the status and never saw anything other than 'processing' and contacted customer service on 12/1. On 12/5 they responded and said my order would be received by Christmas. I received the cutting board on 12/28.

Additionally, the cutting board is not at all as the picture shows on the website and does not appear to be a finished product as the engraving is very shallow in the wood and it is not finished/stained so you can hardly see the monogram at all. I emailed customer support again on 12/28 with questions about the finished product and have never received a reply. I also attempted to contact MorgannHill through her blog with no response. I also contacted them through their [redacted] store where I did get a response that they would address my concern within a week...and guess what! No response. I have contacted [redacted] and requested a full refund...hopefully this company will be bombarded by all these horrible reviews and go out of business!Desired Settlement: I would like the cost of the [redacted] and shipping costs refunded.

This company is extremely unorganized and unreliable. I put an order on December 4, 2014 with the understanding I would get my order before Christmas if I submitted an order before December 5, 2014. I still have not received my order or have got any indication that it is still coming. I have logged 3 customer support tickets - 1 response I got was a general blanket email, the other 2 tickets have still went unanswered.

Knowing that this is a small business I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it may be a week or two late and that would be fine. However, now it is a month late and I have no idea when I will get my order.

I ordered my "Love Story" wall art on 11/27/14. They didn't ship it out till after Christmas, but sent me my "tracking" information on 12/23/14. They didn't actually ship it till a week later. When I finally got the product, it was CROOKED. I have sent pictures and still no response. All I want is a product that looks good and what I paid for. I would NEVER recommend them. Horrible communication and horrible customer service. They should have limited how many livingsocial coupons they give out if they can meet the demand. I wasn't rushing to get it, luckily it wasn't a gift so they could have just told me it would be a little longer and sent me something quaility instead of some piece sitting on my table :(.

Review: I ordered a monogram sign from Morgann hill designs on Nov. 21st using a group on coupon. Money was taken out of my account but have yet to receive my item. I have tried to contact the company several times. There is no phone number listed, tells me to fill out a form and the company will get back with me in 24 hours. That is yet to happen. I wish that I could let other buyers know. I hate to give a bad rating for a company, but they must reply to customers. I just don't want others to be without the item they ordered and lost the amount spent on the item. This is a Christmas present. I would to have the item or a complete refund, a reason why my order was not placed, and to let other buyers know about my experience.Desired Settlement: I would to have the item or a complete refund.

This is by far the WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever used. Through Groupon, they advertise 45 days from time ordered to be delivered. However, I placed an order on Jan 5, 2016 and here we are March 3, 2016 and still no item delivered and it hasn't even been shipped yet!!!! It is still awaiting fulfillment according to the order status. I feel scammed and lied to. When I wrote an email to them, it took nearly 3 weeks to get back to me and they offered no pertinent information other that " we are busy and backed up. " No ETA, nothing!! I am very frustrated that the item I ordered was a gift and the occasion has long came and gone. They are liars and unprofessional. DO NOT buy from this company...unless you have months on end to wait and don't mind.
