Review: I purchased a product from Morgann Hill Designs (MHD) on December 4, 2014 and paid for shipping of said product on the same day. Both charges of which appeared on my December credit card statement.

I followed up on my order on January 5, 2015 and did not receive a response until January 24, 2015 informing me that my order had been cancelled and that I would be required to resubmit. At the risk of having to pay for shipping twice, I responded on January 26, 2015 stating as much and attached my original invoice showing what I had ordered and asking if MHD could process my order on their end.

I again followed up with MHD on March 16, 2015 for update purposes and informed them that a formal complaint would be filed with the Revdex.com if I did not receive correspondence by March 20, 2015.

I have not heard back from the company and it has been nearly two months since their last communications.Desired Settlement: Based on the poor level of service, and instead of requesting my order to be filled, I would like a full refund of my costs totalling $42.99 USD.

Review: I placed an order with Morgann Hill Design on 10/9/14 with order # [redacted]. I was told "We have received your order and it will ship 4 weeks from the order date." On 11/6/14 I still had not received my order nor had I heard from the company so I emailed again to see what the status of my order was and was told "Thanks so much - your order is nearing completion & will be shipping within the next 7-10 business days." On 12/17/14 I still had not received my order so I emailed again...and got no response. I emailed again on 01/5/15 and never got a response. Finally on Saturday 1/10/15, my order came in the mail; however, the names on my order are missing letters! I have emailed the company three more times since Saturday and still have not had any contact from this company. I tired reaching out on their etsy as well has their website and email. I googled to see if anyone else had problems and apparently this company is notorious for taking orders but not delivering them. How can a company get away with this? I am highly dissatisfied and at this point just want a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund immediately!

This place is a joke what a waste of money!!! The picture plated on groupon and on their website showed this beautiful piece of art monogrammed I bought one for my sister and brother in law for Christmas. Ordered it Late November just received it yesterday, what a disappointment what a cheap piece of crap!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Review: I ordered two products from this company in November 2014. I was expecting to give the products for a Christmas gift. However, I didn't receive the products in time. I did receive one on December 27 2014 and never have received the other. I have sent sever emails (this is the only way to contact them) I can not get a resonse from them. All I get is that I have an open ticket. I received an email on January 26, 2015 saying they were contacting me about my open ticket. However, they didn't tell me anything and I still haven't received the product.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the product or get a refund of my $35.00.

I ordered two cutting boards for Christmas on Nov 2nd. On Dec 19th after inquiring about my order, I was told one of my items was in "pre-shipping stage", and I need to allow up to 7 additional days for the first item to ship. Of course, no mention of the status of the 2nd item.

I should have looked at all the negative delivery and service issues posted online before placing my order.

Looks like Christmas is out of the question...Easter gifts!!! Very disappointing.

Review: I ordered an item from Morgann Hill Designs on 11/19/14 through [redacted]. The advertisment stated that it would ship within 2-3 weeks. I needed it 4 weeks from that date, 12/19/14. I contacted the company via email (their only form of contact that I can find) on 12/15 to tell them the package had been "processing" according to the website for over a week. I received an automated response on 12/17 stating that my order was in "pre-shipment" and I could expect it in the tracking number to be valid within 7 days. I'm still waiting on this package on 1/12/15 and they've stopped responding to my emails after telling me on 12/29 that if it still hadn't arrived in the middle of that week to email them and they'd send me a replacement immediately. I emailed them on 12/31 and I'm still waiting. The post office said that they likely dropped off a whole pallet of items at once and my purchase was never on it. So the pallet was scanned but my package was never scanned individually. It's supposedly been stuck in [redacted] since Dec 22 but I highly doubt that.Desired Settlement: [redacted] already refunded me for the item as I was not the first to complain, but I'd still like the item. It was a birthday gift for my niece and she was so disappointed that she never received a present from me. I make a point of getting her something very special and personal each year as her birthday is so close to Christmas and I don't want her to feel they blend together. This company ruined that this year.

As stated in my complaint, I did already receive a refund from the 3rd party vendor, Living Social. And I did receive the item TWO MONTHS after I ordered it. This company has terrible customer service and my complaint stands as a warning against anyone else seeking to do business with them.

Review: I used a [redacted] to order a customized cutting board. I ordered the cutting board on November 1, 2014 and paid an additional $9.99 in shipping costs. The website clearly stated that the delivery time was anticipated to be 4-6 weeks, therefore I expected my order in mid-December. I contacted the company in mid-Dec when I did not receive my product and they replied that they "were a small business and are trying to accommodate an influx of orders." I finally received a notice on Dec 20 that I should expect a tracking number in 7 days. The tracking number did not populate until Jan and I did not receive my order until January 5. This is well beyond the 6 week time frame their website had promised. Furthermore, when I inspected my product, it is actually cracked! I took pictures and emailed the company on January 10 and have yet to hear back. When I tried to email the company they kept saying that they would call me, but still have never reached out to me to address these problems. I have email time stamps from each of my correspondences.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $9.95 I paid for in shipping since my order arrived over 2 months after I placed the order. Furthermore, I would like a refund of the entire purchase since the cutting board arrived cracked. I would typically want a replacement, but since this company is so terrible with their shipping and customer service, I just want the experience of dealing with them to be over.

There is no message from the business except for a tracking number from USPS. When I search the tracking number on the USPS website it says it is not found. There was no communication in this letter. I still believe this business should be reprimanded to the fullest. Would never order from them again.

Review: I ordered two cutting boards from this company on November 28th. I finally received notification that my items shipped. I received only one cutting board on January 10th. Both boards were shown to be packed together, but we're not. I have contacted the company twice with no response. I think this company Is scamming people.Desired Settlement: I'm still missing one cutting board that I paid $30.00 for. I would like it delivered.

Review: Revdex.com should be aware that they did at least two social media "deal sites" at the same time, providing a huge influx of cash. When giving refunds, they should be refunding the entire amount of the order -- including the amount the customer paid through the "deal sites", not just the shipping, as Morgann Hill did receive the full amount. I placed two separate orders with this company on 11/28/14. One was a monogramed cutting board, I ordered for a gift. It did NOT arrive for the holiday as promised, but eventually arrived in January, useless to me. My second order has still not arrived, despite multiple requests. Here are the details:Order # [redacted]Item #: 9000018, Monogram wall hanging, letters [redacted] (* being last name)Contacts with the business:1. 11/28/14 Original Order Date2. 11/28/14 Order Confirmation w/receipt from vendor received.3. 12/17/14 "Pre-shipment" email received. And then they give you a fake tracking number with a link that goes nowhere.4. 1/10/15 Item not received, so I attempt to contact the business. They do not have a phone number on their site, and direct emails are not provided on any of sites (social media, [redacted], their own site). They direct you to file a "Ticket" on the website instead.5. 1/10/15 I file Ticket # [redacted] -- order not received. 6. 1/21/15 and 1/26/15 "Your Open Ticket" email received. It is a template email saying that they are working on it, and that they will send DAILY emails with status. That doesn't happen. 7. 2/7/15 I check their website and my order is completely gone off the website in my order history. "Open Ticket" has now been marked "Closed". So I file another Ticket, #[redacted], asking for my order AGAIN. FYI another address for this co: [redacted]Desired Settlement: 1. I really would like the product shipped NOW so I receive it by Valentine's Day. Both of my purchases were gifts and are useless to me if they don't arrive for a holiday. I already paid for one useless item from this company. This second item could be used for Valentine's Day if I can get it in time. 2. Revdex.com needs to give this business an F rating. There are enough complaints (and a pile on [redacted] and other sites) that they should not be in Revdex.comlimbo of "not rated". Make the call.

Review: I placed my order on 11/17/14 (deal purchased through [redacted]) for "Personalized Monogrammed Wall Hanging". Shipping time under item on website states: "Usually ships in 2 to 4 weeks." I first reached out to [redacted] and they referred me to Morgann Hill. On 12/10/14 I sent an email to them and received a generic response back on 12/13/14 stating "We believe that all orders will be fulfilled by December 24, 2014". On 12/17/14 I received a "PRE-Shipment" email advising to allow 1-7 days for a USPS or Priority Mail tracking number update. I sent another email on 12/31/14 with no response. On the same day, with the tracking number provided on their website, I went on USPS.com and found the following tracking information: 12/18/14, 3:43pm, Departed Post Office, "Your item has left our acceptance facility and is in transit to a sorting facility on December 18, 2014 at 3:43 pm" in [redacted]. No further information was available for this item. I contacted USPS customer service and they a opened a ticket to investigate and trace it's location. They also provided me with the local post office phone number, in [redacted]. When I called the post office, they advised me of numerous calls asking about packages not received with ship dates of 12/17/14, 12/18/14 and 12/19/14. I then found the phone number for Morgann Hill on the Revdex.com website, but when I called the line had been disconnected. On 1/5/15, I received a call from the post office advising the local post office was still picking up orders from Morgann Hill with shipping labels dated 12/18/14. I was also provided a different phone # for Morgann Hills. I called that number but found a generic greeting. I left a message advising that if I had not heard anything back by today, I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. The item I ordered is a teacher gift and the money was collected from her students. So, needless to say, there are a lot of people effected by this situation.Desired Settlement: We see that others who reached out to the Revdex.com received their orders. We would like the same within a timely manner. We ask to hear back from Morgann Hill Designs with an order status within a week to 10 days advising of a reasonable turnaround time on order completion and shipment. If they are unable to fill our order, we would like a full refund, including shipping.

Review: I ordered a cutting board from Morgann Hill Designs. I got the email confirming my order and had tracking info. After a month of not receiving it I got on the website to track my order and it had disappeared! I contacted them via ticket because you can't call them...horrible customer services idea. I got a generic response saying they sold me then they thought they would and are behind. That's all fine but didn't tell me if I even still had an order or how mine was lost! I submitted multiple more tickets with the same generic email responses. I contacted [redacted] to get a refund has I couldn't contact Morgann Hill. [redacted] refund the price of the product but not the shipping amount I have paid to Morgann Hill. I then got an email response from Morgann Hill saying they saw I canceled my order and sorry they couldn't get to it in over two months? Funny how soon as I got my money back they answered me. Anyway they did not offer me my shipping cost back and kept the money! I would like the shipping cost back since nothing was ever shipped!Desired Settlement: I would like Morgann Hill Design to refund my $9.99 in shipping they charged me for a product that was never shipped.

Review: I ordered a monogrammed product from this company on 11-13. On 12-18, I received an email saying a ticket had been requested with USPS and I was provided with a tracking number. To date, the tracking information shows it is still in California and has not shipped. I have been in touch with the company and their reply was they were working closely with the post office. Also, I was charged for the shipping cost several weeks ago. Are they able to charge you for shipping when it hasn't been shipped yet?Desired Settlement: At this point I would rather spend my money elsewhere. I would like a total refund.

Review: I purshase a [redacted] from Morgan design December 6, 2015 and used the coupon on December 8, 2015 to purshase 3 items rom Morgann design. I never received my gifts for my family for Christmas. I have submitted 3 emails for follow up my purshase shut no answer. My last email on January 11, 2016. The website states someone will contact you in 24 hours. I have not received a response. They charged my card for the item but I have no purshases. They have no phone number to call and discuss complaints.Desired Settlement: My 3 purshases or my money returned.

Review: I bought two [redacted]s from [redacted].com from this company with the value for two products on their site. I place the order the same day as I purchased the [redacted] (December 4,2015) and their website (morganhilldesign.com) told me 14-21 days I would receive my products. I emailed the company on December 17, 2014 and December 22, 2015 and have yet to receive an email or phone call regarding my order that I have never recieve, not to mention they were two Christmas gifts.Desired Settlement: I want both of my products delievered ASAP, I want an apology from them and I would like the company to work on their website for customers to be able to track their packages so we do know where it is and if it's going to arrive on time like any other company in the world does.

I placed an order in mid-November 2014. I received a "Pre-shipment" notice that said I would received tracking within 7 days. Tracking showed delivery on Dec. 22, 2015. Did not receive package. Contacted USPS to file lost package claim but they needed the shipping address. I tried to get Morgann Hill Designs to supply the information I needed to file a claim for a lost package. I made numerous attempts to contact them with absolutely NO response or reply from them. I finally received a second notice of Pre shipment in early Jan. Packages arrived the second week of January. Items are very poor quality and look nothing like the companys display of the item. One item was for a gift and it is defective. I am too embarrassed to give it. I notified Morgann Hill again and about a week ago and still have not had a reply about the defective item. I did however, received one reply from the company last week asking me not to send additional inquiries as they put me at the bottom of the list every time I send an inquiry. I do not recommend this company. They have poor products and NO customer service. Very very disappointed. I purchased through Groupon so I feel that they need to know about this company also.

NEVER order from this company!! I placed my order for a monogrammed wall piece for a family member on November 11, 2014. As of January 13, 2015 I have yet to receive my item. I have emailed the company several times with an automatic reply the first time and I haven't received a reply on any email's following that. The tracking number that is listed from the company has never been shipped, which they said had on December 18th. Once I contacted Living Social however, they gave me $10 credit for the shipping that I paid the company if that helps anyone.

I purchased the Personalized family wall sign on Nov 28, 2014 Black Friday online. It was a gift for my brother in law for Christmas. I had contacted Morgann Hill Designs through email (they don't have a phone contact) on Nov 30, 2014 to inquire on the shipping date. They replied through email on Dec 4, 2014 stating my order should arrive in time for Christmas. That weekend before Christmas I figured my order wasn't coming in on time. On Dec 23, 2014 I was sent an email from Morgann Hill Designs that my order is in pre-shipment & a label has been created to send my item. It is now JANUARY 12, 2015 & I finally received my order through the mail. Oh boy it is NOTHING like the picture or the measurements! It is made out of the cheapest material I'm too scared to touch it before it breaks. It is 4"H NOT 10"H like it states on their website. This is the 1st & last time I purchase ANYTHING on their website. I will not give this to my brother in law because of how cheap & flimsy it is. I should've known not to purchase anything on the website when it doesn't even have a phone contact number. Please tell everyone not to purchase anything from this website, its all a facade.

Review: I don't even know where to begin! On October 30, I purchased a [redacted] code for this company and redeemed it October 31. I read the fine print that stated that it may take a while to complete my order and I was fine with that. Then, they sent out an email stating that shipping would be delayed due to holidays. Again, I was fine with that as I understand that is a busy time.

On Dec. 17th, I received an email stating that my order was in preshipment and was given a tracking # and told it would ship out within 7-10 days. I was excited because, although, it would probably be late for Christmas, it would be close enough to surprise my wife as a late Christmas gift.

Well, here we are on January 23rd, and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER! I have attempted to contact them via their website email system, but have not gotten any response other than their copy and paste generic emails that say they are working "tirelessly" on responding to my email. WHAT? Ironically, their phone number is no longer in service so there is no way to contact them directly. How convenient!

After looking them up on Revdex.com, I realized that there are several others experiencing the same HORRIBLE customer service that I am! What a disgrace Morgann Hill Designs is to small business! I contacted [redacted] to make a complain to which they "reached out to MHD" and MHD has not responded to them either! The only reason I have not cancelled my order all together is because my wife really wants what we purchased so I am hanging in there to ensure we get it.

It is a couple days short of 3 months ago that I placed my order and I still have not received it OR heard from MHD in regards to my order after numerous attempts. Please, I want my order, and then I want to see Morgann Hill Designs shut down!!!Desired Settlement: Ship my order!! I have given them my direct contact info in a previous email so a phone call would be nice as to an explanation of what is going on and why it is taking so long.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order on November 25th and today is January 2nd and my order has not yet been fulfilled. I too have sent several emails and when I do get a reply back, it is an electronic email. There is not a number to call them, you are at their mercy. I to wish that I had checked the reviews before ordering. I trusted groupon and assumed it was a legitimate company..

Do not be fooled by their lovely website - they are nothing more than a scam. If like me, you have been ripped off by these people, call your credit card company immediately and dispute the shipping charges. I used Groupon to purchase my item and Groupon quickly refunded my money - it's clear that Groupon has received MULTIPLE complaints and is conducting their own investigation. Further, this company went so far as to create a shipping label with the USPS in order to generate a tracking number to send me. After being unable to track the package and not having received it within 2 weeks of supposed shipping, I went directly to my local post office. It was a slow day and the post master dug deep into his computer system and informed me that the shipping label (which generated the tracking number) was cancelled the SAME day it was created. Morgann Hill had no intention of shipping anything to me. The people running this business are not incompetent, they are thieves. I hope the local authorities get involved and these people are forced to live the consequences of their unethical, amoral, disgraceful behavior.
