I ordered two signs from this company for Christmas (2105) presents. When it became obvious that they would not arrive in time for Christmas, I tried (unsuccessfully) to contact them a number of times. As of today, January 5, 2016, I have yet to get any reply from them. I merely wanted to change the delivery address for the items (they are both out of state), and that shouldn't be a big deal. I am VERY disappointed with this company, and would never do business with them again.

I purchased a Groupon for two cutting boards. I ordered November 8th, and just received one! Today is December 27th. I have submitted two tickets regarding the second item to which I've received no response! One was submitted 7 days ago; one submitted 3 days ago. Although the automated response notes that a representative will respond in 24 hours, I have had no response.

Review: I purchased three name signs through [redacted] and then on their website on December 1st for Christmas presents. At that time it stated order would be delivered in 2-4 weeks. The estimated time came and went. I emailed (a phone number is not listed on site) regarding my order's status. I was told that orders placed before 12/5/14 would be sent out on December 24th. When I checked the status a shipping label was made on 12/24/14 with expected delivery 12/27/14. Since 12/24/14 there has been no pick up or change in the status. It shows my order is still at their facility. I have emailed daily asking for help with my order. I finally received a request to send my phone number so someone could contact me directly. That was last week and I have heard nothing. I have continued to send daily emails with no response. I am still waiting on my Christmas presents and extremely frustrated with this company's lack of reply.Desired Settlement: Delivery of my order, a refund of cost and shipping if not fulfilled soon.

I ordered a cutting board for my mother in law for christmas on 11/26/2015 and it still has not arrived. I have been understanding this whole time but we are going on almost 3 months! And I received another email saying they would be getting around to it, but still no delivery. I would just like what I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would just like for my mother in law to receive the cutting board. I just want what I paid for.

Review: I had ordered a customized cutting board on December 13th. It is showing that it is awaiting fulfillment. I called the number and left I voicemail and I also put in a ticket on their ticketing system and I have still heard nothing from them. I understand they may have been busy from Christmas but we are almost talking 2 full months after the fact.Desired Settlement: I would like my product delivered asap and a status of when I will get the item.

Review: I placed two orders according to their website prior to the deadline to receive before Christmas. It is now well past Christmas and I have not received either of my orders and I've tried contacting them via email several times. On their website the only means of contacting them is via email.Desired Settlement: I just want my account credited.

Review: I ordered (order ID is #[redacted]) a personalized wine cork keeper from this business on 11/28/2015 and still have not received anything as of 1/29/2016.... nor have I been updated as to what is going on with my item. I opened several tickets on the company's website asking for information on my item with no response. The website said orders that were placed before Nov. 30th would be received before Christmas. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift. This is not how a successful business is operated. I should have checked with the Revdex.com before I ordered as I see out of 403 complaints received by this business, 290 were due to delivery issues.Desired Settlement: At this point, I either want my product delivered by February 5, 2016 AND a discount off the price I paid or a full refund including the shipping charge.

Christmas was NOT the same without a gift!

Review: Purchased a reduced rate through another internet site for 2 cutting boards(cost was 59.00 I believe plus shipping and handling which was 19.98). I ordered them on Dec 1,2015 and promised delivery for Christmas. Christmas has come and gone however I figured they were swamped. I emailed them and received an open ticket which should be responded to within 24 hours. Of course no response. They provided a login to their "Issues/Ticket system" so you can view any updates to your request. Just says processing on my order with no delivery date or estimated one. Not helpful at all. 1Desired Settlement: I have read the product is bad quality so now I am hesitant to receive the boards however I would like to get them and will chalk this up to lesson learned.

Horrendous customer service. The gifts I ordered on Nov. 11 arrived after Christmas. I then had to pay shipping to send my gifts across the country, as my guests had already gone home when the gifts finally arrived. I have tried, unsuccessfully to get in touch with this company and get some kind of refund for my additional costs, but can't reach them. Their mailbox is always full. They closed my ticket. Their customer service is incompetent, on purpose. Never order from this company. You've been warned.

I placed an order SEPTEMBER 10, 2014 for a Christmas Gift. As of Jan 28, 2015 almost 5 months later I have STILL not received my product. I have called/emailed numerous times and always a response, of your product is shipping in 5-7 days. This is the poorest/no customer service I have experienced in a very long time. These people should not be in business if they can not produce an ordered product in 5 months.

Review: I purchased an item off of the Morgan Hill Designs website back in November. I received a general email from them with an order number and mention that they would later contact me with updated information. They do not have a phone number listed and I have made multiple attempts to contact them through email and through their facebook page and they do not respond. I still have yet to receive my item or any information regarding my order and apparently many people have complained for the same reasons. I am looking to receive a refund for my item.Desired Settlement: Full refund for my item along with shipping charges

I placed an order for a customized cutting board on Nov 28 which guaranteed a 2-4 week delivery. The product was received on Jan 10th. The company does not list a phone number to contact for customer service issues and takes 2-9 days to reply to e-mails regarding your order. I know this because I submitted 3 e-mails requesting updates as to the status of my order.

When I finally received the cutting board the engravement was off center by a half inch which is easily noticeable because the edge of the engravement overlaps on one side and is off-set a 1/2 inch not the other side.

This company has the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered because their isn't one. At one point I thought I had possibly been taken for a ride and lost my money due to a lack of response and then an automatic e-mail response which was computer driven with a standard reply. Terribly run business and very disappointed.

I too ordered a custom cutting board for a gift to a friend on the 2nd of December, 2014. It is now the 16th of January 2015 and I have yet to receive my product. I have emailed them multiple times with now response. I have always trusted Groupon but am having second thoughts for my future purchases. Terrible customer service from Morgan Hill Designs!!! Awful, awful, awful!

Review: On 10/30/14, I ordered an Personalized Monogram as a christmas present for my sister-in-law and brother (Order #[redacted]). The purchase began on [redacted], however, ended on Morgann Hill Designs website.

On 12/17/14, I received an e-mail with USPS tracking information stating that it was in pre-shipment. However, I have yet to receive the item, its been three weeks since I received that e-mail. I contacted USPS, they investigated it, and was told they couldn't do anything and that I should contact Morgann Hill as USPS said that Morgann Hill still had it. I was very patient because I understood it was a [redacted] deal and the holiday season but its been nearly three months now. I've contacted them two times (ticket #[redacted]), on the 8th and 14th of this month, January 2015, and have yet to receive a response. If I could please get some help!Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my product or get a full refund for the purchase and shipping amount, $29 and $9.99, respectively, for a total of $38.99.

I ordered a groupon item from morgan hill. It was the scroll name sign. Ordered on Feb 12, 2016 and still have not received it. My complaint is I've left several phone calls and emails to them. And no response back at their end. Feeling frustrated!!

Review: Purchase a cutting board as a Christmas Gift through [redacted] on Dec 1. I did not receive the item before Christmas. Although disappointing I knew that this might happen. I have contacted this company several times after Christmas and I have received many deceiving emails about when I will receive the product and I even spoke to a woman name [redacted] who assured me my product was complete and that it would be shipped on Friday, Jan 2. This week I received an email from this company stating that the product has not been made and they lost this information for engraving and that I would need to provide the information once again. I have never felt so deceived by a company before. I purchased this item through [redacted] which handles high volume. One of the emails from Morgann Hill stated that they are a small company who takes pride in their product and they received too many orders. I found out later by doing some research on this company this is not even close to the first thing this have happened with this company. My item says pending shipment on their website since Dec 18th. , how can this be when it has not been designed.Desired Settlement: This is an email from them and I would like them to honor this email:

Please resend the response from the company. This surely has taken the Revdex.com a long time to even acknowledge that there was a not a response.

Review: I ordered a custom cutting board on 12/02/2014 and expected the item before Christmas. I attempted to contact the company several times and each time got a delayed auto response. I finally recieved my order on 01/20/2015 and it is damaged. I have attempted to contact the company to rectify the problem and have yet to hear a response. I am so disgusted with this company and want a replacement that is not damaged.Desired Settlement: I want the item I ordered without damage. The company's response was shipment information. Shipment information has nothing to do with my initial complaints and the issues I had with the product. My original complaint still stands with no resolution offered by the company. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service as well as the quality of a product I waited entirely too long to receive.

Review: On September 23, 2014, I placed an order for a personalized cutting board. As of November 2, I still hadn't received the cutting board so I sent Morgann Hill Designs an email asking when I would be receiving my order because I had ordered it as a wedding gift for a wedding that is occuring on November 15th. I received no reply to this email but did recieve an email on November 4th saying that my order was shipped. However, when I went to track the number sent in that email all it said was "pre-shipment info sent to USPS". It stayed like this for several days so I sent another email to Morgann Hill Designs asking where my order was but once again I never heard back from them. Then finally on November 10th the tracking number showed my order was picked up and shipped. I finally received my package today only to be disappointed by this company yet again. There was a big crack in the corner of the board that looked as though they had just tried to glue it together and pass it off. How am I suppose to give a damaged gift as a wedding present? I can't so needless to say I will be making a trip to the store before the wedding this weekend.Desired Settlement: I would like my money fully refunded to me. There is no way I would ever give a damaged gift and to be honest I have no desire to wait months for another item from this company.

Review: I purchased an order for $50, the custom large personalized wine cork keeper on February 19 using a Groupon. I was told the order would arrive in 2 weeks. When I had not received anything I sent an email. I received a response on February 25 that the order was shipping in 5-7 business days. I still have not received the order. I've called countless times to their phone number with no answer and no call back after leaving messages. I've sent numerous emails with NO response. I want my money back, this company is TERRIBLE.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and for this company to no longer be able to do business.

I have contacted Morgann Hill Designs multiple times concerning my order. I have yet to receive what I paid for nor have I had a response from the company. Terrible customer service. I will never use this company again.
