Review: Ordered 2 monogram wall hangings from this company on 12/1/14. Finally received 1 of them on 1/7/15. Immediately created a help ticket on their website (the only way they offer for you to contact them) on 1/7/15 asking where the other monogram was; if it was coming in a separate shipment. Never got a response from Morgann Hill. Commented on the same help ticket a week later asking when I would be getting a response; still nothing. Commented on the same help ticket 5 days later (1/19/15) and still absolutely no acknowledgement of my problem.

I paid for 2 monograms and got one. I either want my other monogram ASAP or my money back ASAP.Desired Settlement: I do not trust this company because of all the bad reviews I see online. I want my money back.

Review: I ordered a cutting board on Dec 1st and it is Jan 6th 2015 and I have not received my item. The only way to get a hold of anyone is my e-mail and it takes them days to get back to you. All I get is that they have too many orders. Not my problem. They said on the website it would take 2 - 4 weeks, now it's been 5 weeks and they will not even give you an estimate of when you might receive your item that you already paid for. This company is very irresponsible. They have no customer service skills at all. I will never order from this company again. I guess I don't know if I will ever receive my item. Is there anything you can do about this company?Desired Settlement: I want my cutting board!

Review: I placed a 3 orders on November 30, through a [redacted] that I purchased. I knew I would not receive my order by Christmas, however I was never made aware that it would take over 2 months. I have still not yet received my products, I emailed 3 separate emails to [email protected]. The only response I received was a generic automated message telling me that any orders placed on or before 11/30 were completed, yet the email ends by saying "Rest assured we are creating your order". The only contact you can have with this company is through automated emails. They wasted no time deducting $9.99 from my account three separate times for my 3 orders, but now no one will even let me know what is going on because there is no way of actually speaking to a person. I have already contacted [redacted] to get a refund for the charges I paid to them, and I expressed my displeasure as I am shocked that [redacted] would promote a company like this. I trusted [redacted] and ordered from Morgan Hill, and unfortunately after doing my own research after not receiving my products, I noticed that the Revdex.com rated Morgan Hill with an F, after 397 complaints in the last 3 years, and 128 negative reviews. Morgan Hill should have never been allowed to promote their business, if only [redacted] had done their homework. I now know I should do my own homework before trusting a silly shopping app. At this point I am going to wait and see what resolution I can try to get from Morgann Hill and [redacted] before going to our local news troubleshooter, who is also an old friend, and hopefully having an article written so that unknowing customers like myself will not fall prey to these unprofessional, unethical, greedy lowlifes. But then again, considering this company already has close to 400 complaints, they probably could care less about having a news article to give them bad publicity. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this experience, and would not recommend Morgann Hill to my worst enemy.Desired Settlement: I want the original card I had used on their website to be refunded the $29.97 (the shipping and handling fee for the 3 orders I placed) immediately. This is unacceptable behavior by any company.

Review: I ordered two wall signs from the company on November 30th. They guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I consistently contacted them prior to Christmas and throughout January via their support ticket option on their website (as there is no actual contact information listed). In January I received one of the two wall signs. I contacted them again to let them know I received one, they closed the ticket twice - as the order had already been delivered. I contacted them again with the same complaint of only receiving one of two items. As of January 30th, I received a message that said they do ship items separately and the remaining items will be on its way soon. I have not yet received this item.Desired Settlement: I would like the wall sign delivered by the end of February. It was a Christmas gift specifically made for a close friend, and I would still like to receive what I paid for.

Review: I purchased a living social deal from this company for a custom cutting board from this company. it was intended to be a christmas gift for my sister. the initial purchase date was October 2, 2014. As stated in the policy on their website, the lead time is 30-45 days which I was completely fine with and expecting due to the custom nature of the product. I was thrilled when I recieved an email on November 13 stating that the item had shipped. Today (November 19) I checked the tracking information and it still says in preshipment stages. I sent an email to Morgann Hill asking what the holdup was and recieved a notice that I needed to look at the lead times. Well, the lead time is 30-45 days and it has been 48. Terrible customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like to not only recieve the product that I ordered, but also a refund for the living social deal.

This was an absolute horrible experience for me. I waited 2 months for my order. The website says 3-4 weeks.

Within those 2 months I contacted them twice via email. I would have called except there is no phone number. I finally heard from them after 1.5 months and they said another 8-12 business days . Now I finally received the package. Not only was it stuffed so tightly in a flat rate envelope with no wrapping on the actual product, but I only received half of the order!!!! I'm totally pissed. After 2 months I have to wait again for the rest. I don't even want it now. I honestly want my money back although I doubt that will happen given the fact that I can't get in touch with them. Oh btw....There was a sticker on the wood that left a mark when I took it off.

Bottom line.. lead time way too long

I own a small business myself and I hate to leave a negative review, for I despise when people leave one for me, but what's right is right and I'm just being honest.

Review: On December 3, 2014 I ordered two personalized cutting boards, order #[redacted] and paid $9.99 shipping fee. Was promised the order would be delivered in three weeks. These were two Christmas gifts. Have not received them. I have gone to the webpage and entered six tickets asking for a response. I did receive a computer sent message saying all orders placed before December 5 had been mailed, that was two weeks ago. I have tried calling the phone number listed, [redacted], it just continues to ring. Since these have not been delivered I want my money back plus the $9.99 shipping fee. I have read the many complaints against this company on your webpage. I was foolish and did not check out the company before ordering. Is this company for real or is it a Scam? Review: On Tues. Nov 18th 2014at 3:27PM (CST) I via computer ordered 1 Personalized Family Sign 2 (#[redacted]) Terms & Conditions as follows:All orders are custom made. Please allow about 3-4 weeks for your order to be created then shipped. Orders should arrive to your door within about 30-45 days. On the site where you order it also states that these items are "ready for hanging". BESIDES the fact that it took longer to get than they say, I FINALLY received my item on Jan. 09, 2015. The item is black with white like 'stickers' that are placed using my families last name with their first names and my grand kids first names. My son's name starts with a "*" it's scrolly and beautiful, my daughter in laws name also starts with a "*" well, her 'sticker' is all flipped over and does not look at ALL like the first *. Ya know it wouldn't look so bad IF there weren't two capital "*"s right next to each other. Besides that, the edges all four sides had chips out of them. You could see the wood on all for sides. Luckily I am a craft person and had black acrylic paint to fix it. PLUS why advertise READY FOR HANGING when there is NOTHING on the back to hang the darn thing. I have attempted to email them : FIRST EMAIL SENT JAN 11, 2015 within the 1ST 7 days as stated to get a new sign or refund. Also January 19th, 2015 and January 29th, 2015. Now I no longer even get a We got your email here is your fix it ticket number. I have asked for one of there friendly customer service people to call me back. That doesn't happen either. I paid a little over $50. To them it's probably nothing. I am on disability, to me it is A LOT! Oh, I have also sent them pictures of the mistake AS THEY REQUESTED and have the emails to prove it.Desired Settlement: I at first requested them to fix it but I can see that is NOT going to happen so at this point I would like my credit card re-credited. My order number for them again is #[redacted]. I would like it done ASAP so that I can FINALLY GIVE MY SON AND HIS FAMILY A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR LAST CHRISTMAS. I ordered cutting boards for Christmas gifts on 12/2/2014. Today is 8 weeks later and still no product delivered. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company with no response. I should've figured that a company with no customer service phone # was not legitimate. Groupon refunded my urchase price but I am very disappointed that I now have no Christmas gifts for my family members. I will be starting from scratch mid-Jan.

Review: This business is AWFUL. I bought 2 [redacted], one for cutting board and the other for a cork keeper, on November 22 ([redacted] said that if ordered before Nov 24 the items would come before Christmas) and still NOTHING. Furthermore, this business guarantees the items will arrive within 45 days. Oh, you bet it's been 45 days and I haven't received my items or even an update on them! I've attempted to contact the business SEVERAL times via email (of course, they don't have a phone number on their website) and have only gotten automated responses. I have never had such a horrible experience with a business before. Truly awful and disappointing. What's the point in even having a business if you can't afford and take the time to tend to your customers? At this point, I don't even want the items, as they were suppose to be Christmas presents. Maybe they'll come before December 2016, who knows. While [redacted] refunded me for my purchases, I still paid $20 in shipping to Morgann Hill Designs. I want my money back! Review: Item voucher purchased through another site, then purchased using voucher on Oct 3, 2014 through Morgan Hill Design website. Paid an additional $9.99 directly to Morgann Hill designs for processing and shipping. Processing time on confirmation was given as 30-45 days. After 64 days, contacted them through their site and was told my order was indeed still processing and would be sent to me in 10 days. Another month has past and nothing. I attempted to contact them today and their phone number is disconnected and email responds with only a form email. Attempted to locate my order through my account and says I have no order history now.

The worst part is, they continue to advertise "deals" through the same site I purchased the original voucher from, and take other people's money, yet don't seem to be fulfilling orders.Desired Settlement: I am due $9.99 or immediate fulfillment of my order. I will obtain refund on the voucher through the site I purchased from.

Review: I ordered a product promised to me last week. I have not received the product. Also, I emailed the company with a guarantee of response within 24 hours, and I have not heard back after 6 days.Desired Settlement: I would like my order delivered ASAP. Review: I placed an order in early November for a Monogrammed wall hanging through a [redacted] voucher. I waited the stated 2-4 weeks and, after hearing nothing from the company, contacted them to request a status of my order. I was given a UPS tracking number on December 18, 2014 indicating that I should receive my item by 12/22/14. That day came and went and I received nothing. I contact them again and was told that they could not help shipping delays but that if my tracking number had not been updated by the following Wednesday (12/24/14) that they would refund my money. Still no update by 12/24/14 so I contacted them again. This time they did not respond...and have not responded to several other emails I have sent. I also discovered that the supposed "deal price" that they were offering through [redacted] was a scam. They had stated it was an $85 value and were selling for $30 for a 16" round item. However, there website shows the identical item for $60, and their [redacted] page shows the item in a 12" size for $30 and a 18" size for $45. I would think the 16" item I ordered would garner a price in between, right??? They asked me to provide them the link where I saw this...which I did...and they have not responded since.

Seems to me this is a terrible company and I wish I would have checked with Revdex.com to see they have a rating of F before purchasing from them. I am a frequent [redacted] customer and have never had a problem...so I never thought I needed to check. I will be submitting as many negative reviews as I can about this company, including to [redacted], Revdex.com, [redacted], and to my credit card company to dispute my charges.Desired Settlement: I would like to see my charges refunded.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have received a refund from the third party company, Living Social, that was offering Morgann Hill Designs products through the Living Social website.However, it should be noted that the company itself did NOT resolve this matter. I was, fortunately, able to get resolution from Living Social. Living Social was extremely helpful and refunded my money immediately - after I had gone several rounds with Morgann Hill Designs with no resolution.Morgann Hill Designs told me repeatedly that my order HAD shipped...and to just be patient waiting for it. They even sent me a tracking number. Yet, in their response below, they admit that it had never been shipped. They are a shady company with unscrupulous business practices. I feel that they should provide some sort of compensation for the time and effort I had to spend due to their lies. At minimum they should have offered an apology. I've been very vocal on social media and with other companies that offer Morgann Hill Designs' products regarding my experience.

Review: Morgann Hill was to design a sign and deliver as a gift. The product took over 2 months to be produced and was delivered as defective.

Review: I ordered 2 produced from the company in October. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. When that time got closer I reached out to them and they assured me I would get my product with-in 30-45 days. That time came and went with me contacting them several times, I was then assured my products would be received by Christmas, that didn't happen. I finally received them in late January. When I finally received them the products were severely damaged. I contacted customer service again and was told I would receive a full refund. I have followed up with several times since and they continue to say it "will happen" but no time frame has been given and no action has been taken on their past. I have saved all correspondence with them. I have had contacted them 13 times.Desired Settlement: I would like the full refund that I was promised. It cost me $70 with shipping.

This is a horrible company. I wish I would have checked them on Revdex.com before giving them any money. I ordered my package in OCTOBER and it still has not arrived. Yes, today is Christmas EVE. I also received the very generic emails from them stating that "most packages" would be delivered by 12/24/14... Well I've got news for you, if you ordered your product AFTER 10/29/14....Don't get your hopes up that you will be receiving your package today.

I placed an order on October 1, 2014 for a personalized monogram wall hanging. I never received a confirmation email from the company. I emailed on November 3, without a response. I submitted a ticket via their website on November 10, and received the following response on November 12..."Thanks so much - your order is nearing completion & will be shipping within the next 7-15 business days.

On November 11 (a day earlier), I received a shipment email..."Thank you so much for your order from MorgannHillDesigns.com We are pleased to let you know your purchase [redacted] has been shipped via USPS, USPS First Class Mail on 11/11/2014. You can track your package at any time using the link below."

On November 26, I checked the shipping status of my order, and found that it was still in the pre-shipment phase. I emailed the company on the 26th and did not receive an email back. I created another ticket on their website and they sent a generic response back..."Thanks so much for placing an order with us. As long as you received a confirmation email rest assured we have your order in queue and it will be created \& shipped within our lead time. If you have questions about your purchase, perhaps our help page can be of assistance."

I checked their Facebook page this week and saw that there were a lot of issues with the shipment of their products. I checked the Facebook page again on December 2, and all of the posts about the product issues had been deleted. I am very upset with the way that this company has handled the situation.

Review: I have a couple of complaints, stemming from a product (engraved wooden cutting board) I ordered in December arriving damaged. My complaints include: Damaged goods and horrible customer service - or complete lack there of.

I tried several times to contact via phone & left voice messages that went unanswered. Then, I tried sending an email...no response. I created a "ticket" through their website to explain my problem. Over a month later, I got an email that said they would reissue the product. I still haven't received my product - so I went back online to request tracking info. I checked back a day later and my help ticket was closed, yet I didn't receive any info regarding the shipping on my replacement. Every door I open to reach out this company gets slammed. They are unreachable and do not care. My goods are damaged - yet I have spent the money and now I am stuck with a damaged, unsightly product.Desired Settlement: At this point... I don't even want it because I am so disturbed by the service. I would like to seek reimbursement but would settle for a reissued cutting board - delivered with tracking so I know it is coming.

I was hoping to receive it by Christmas.
