Review: On December 1st I ordered a personalized cutting board through [redacted] for Morgann Hill Designs. The item was intended as a Christmas gift so as it got close to the holiday, I checked the status via email (the only way to contact them). I never received a response from the company. After the holiday, I followed up again and again and finally received a mass email with a delivery date span. I received the cutting board on the final day of the date span given. I was so excited to open up the package! When I opened it, my heart dropped - the quality was NOT good. The personalized side is rough, there are plane marks, and it's difficult to read (uh, it's a PERSONALIZED cutting board!). It's nothing like the samples they show on their website or on [redacted]. Once again, I contacted the company via email. Again and again. Finally I was asked to send a photo, which I did right away....3 times...NO RESPONSE. Up until that point, all I wanted was for Morgann Hill to redo the order so I could give it as a gift and I mentioned that if they couldn't redo it, I'd like a refund. NO RESPONSE. At this point, I just want my money back. I contacted [redacted] but they're unable to help unless I get a "copy of order cancelled confirmation email". Right - get that from a company who doesn't respond to their email?! I'm so disgusted in this company and their lack of customer service. It's awful that they can get away with providing an inferior product that looks nothing like what they've advertised and have nothing to say to their customers when we ask for follow up. I only wish there had been Revdex.com complaints online when I placed my order - I would have NEVER purchased from them had I seen the piles of complaints that there are now. Unfortunately Morgann Hill Designs continues to offer their subpar products through deals on [redacted] etc. Pathetic, Morgann Hill, pathetic.Desired Settlement: In the beginning, I was willing to have Morgann Hill redo the cutting board and was even willing to take a different color board if they thought it would be better. BUT...after the lack of customer service and the time I've spent messing around with them, I would like a refund. I don't have any confidence in this company to do the right thing.

Review: One 10/9/2014 I had placed an order for the monogram wall hanging using a [redacted] deal but had to spend extra for shipping. I had a number of issues placing the order online and was finally able to place the order. My order was confirmed via email on 10/12 that it was placed. It had stated that product would be shipped in 45 days which in listed on their information when ordering. On 11/17 I emailed following up as it was nearing the 4 week mark and the company responded back stating that they have a full 4 week lead time and orders do arrive around 45 days after purchase (listed in terms and conditions) and that my order was nearing completion and would be shipped in the next 5-10 business days. On 12/3 I followed up on the status and received an email from company stating that it was pending pick up from USPS in the next 5-7 business days. So now the company is starting to lie about dates and not following through. I complained to [redacted] and there was nothing to do but they did credit me but because I also paid the company they could not credit for that. [redacted] said they were having issues with the company. On 12/16 I received an email form company with a tracking order and have yet to receive the package! I have emailed numerous times but they do not contact you back and there is no phone number to call! I talked with USPS and they said that the tracking number I was given was made by a computer generated by the company but the product was never sent or brought to USPS so there is no product. I am extremely frustrated! This was a Christmas present!!! I have kept all emails from the company and my order number was [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the product but also feel that I should be compensated for the money I spent on the shipping. They are in breach of their terms and conditions.

I would also like to add that I have all emails attempt to contact them and was also informed that [redacted] tired to as well and was unable to as well. I tried the ticket but it would not work. I would highly recommend a more customer service approach for contact along with sending emails with confirmation of order, order number and tracking numbers. I also don't understand how now you are saying it will ne mailed when why was this not mailed previously, how did the company not know this. If and when I receive the item as well as my refund I will resolve this complaint.Regards,

I ordered 2 different things in October for Christmas gifts. I did not receive them until late January. One was fine. The other was completely broken on one end. I sent 3 emails to this company and called them several times, only to get a voicmail each time. I have still never heard back from them.

Review: I purchased and redeemed a [redacted] voucher for a "Personalized Monogram Wall Hanging" from Morgann Hill Designs on October 28, 2014. The processing time in the item description stated "ships in 2-4 weeks". It is now January 6, 2015 and I have still not received my order.

I have contacted the company via e-mail several times - only receiving automated responses with apologies and promises that my order was being processed. On December 18, 2014 I received an email stating that my order had shipped - including a tracking number. The tracking number has never updated, as the order has never actually been shipped. A few more e-mails with similar automated responses. I have asked for my order to be cancelled and a full refund. That request has never been addressed.

I am unable to contact the company via phone as all of the numbers provided are invalid.Desired Settlement: I would like my order promptly delivered or a full refund.

I ordered a customized cutting board on 12/3/2014 and received it today. I knew when I ordered it that it would not be here for Christmas, but after seeing the reviews, I began to get a little worried that I would receive anything at all. But today it came and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! I did not ever contact them, so I cannot speak to their customer service, but I am very happy with the product!

Review: I placed an order for a cutting board on December 9th and I have yet to recieve the product that was promised to my within three weeks. I have contacted the company through the online issues email and attempted to call. The only response that I got stated they had an overwhelming request for the product and that I would have my delivery in 4 days. I am clearly 3 weeks later and still nothing and cannot reach them at all. This is a very poor buisness that is taking advantage of customers around the holidays. NOt only have I not been able to get a refund I cannot get anyone to respond this is unacceptable and would like for something to be done so others do not get taken advatage of.Desired Settlement: I would like my product or the refund of my money

I placed two orders 11/6/15 and 11/16/15 for a wedding gift and Christmas present. Surely enough time to receive in time... You would think?! I have emailed 7 times and went through the "contact us" portion on the website because I couldn't find a contact number. Finally through the contact us portion someone has written me back twice with the generic "we are extremely busy for the holidays, 30-45 days" and even the second email they said the first order would be shipped this week, now it's Friday night and I was promised it would ship plus a tracking number. This business is such a scam! I read some reviews on here and it seems that everyone else is having the same problem as myself. I contacted groupon where I first heard of this sham company and they refunded my money and now I'm going to dispute the shipping charges on my credit card. I would never ever recommend someone to do business with this company and the lack of communication within their organization.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] for a large Cork Keeper made by Morgann Hill Deigns. Morgann Hill sent a confirmation that stated in the confirmation that the size was a LARGE. However, they shipped a Medium size. The wood frame on the Cork Keeper was totally unfinished and banged up in various spots. Their advertisement stated a natural finish, when it really has no finish at all. I have contacted Morgann Hill various times. They responded once and asked for pictures of what was shipped. I sent the pictures and now they will no longer respond. I have also left a phone message - no response. All I want is for them to ship the correct size that I purchased. It was intended for a wedding gift for a family member.

I have contacted them on 1/20, 1/23, 1/25, 1/26 and called on 1/27. Steph responded 1/23 but no further communication from Morgann Hill after that date.Desired Settlement: For Morgann Hill to ship the correct size Personalized Cork Keeper that I purchased. It was intended for a wedding gift.

Review: I ordered my product 12/13/15 and it said 4-6 weeks for delivery. We are now in the first week of February and I've tried contacting them though the website twice and no response. When I call the phone number it is not a valid numberDesired Settlement: This was a gift and I would like to have given it on the date I should have gotten it. Now it is late and I would like at least my chipping cost refunded as well as my product ordered to be delivered!!!!

Buyer's beware! After weeks of trying to get a hold of this company regarding an order that I placed with them in November, they have chosen to not address my extremely negative experience. I ordered 2 items, was given a shipping number for both but only 1 item ever made it. I would not put any faith or trust that any orders that you place will come to fruition.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] voucher for Morgann Hill Designs 10/2/14. I placed my order with the company on 10/3/14 and to this date (12/6/14) have still not received it. The only way to contact the company is via their online ticket system, so I contacted them several times via help tickets. On 11/6/14, over a month after my order date, I received a brief response saying my order would ship within 7-15 business days. Now, more than 15 business days later (and over two months from my order date), I still have not received the item or any indication that it will be shipping anytime soon. I spent the last week sending queries via help tickets asking for an update and tracking information but have received no response. The [redacted] voucher cost $22 and the additional shipping cost paid directly to Morgann Hill was $9.99.Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be delivered asap. Or, if they are unable to ship the order in the next week, I'd like a refund.

Review: I placed an order on Black Friday of this year (2015) it was a Christmas present for my husband. I had purchased this through a Groupon ad. I paid not only for the product, but also an extra $9.99 for shipping. It is now Dec 28 and I have not received the product nor a response from the company after I had emailed them. I did not realize until after I ordered the item they did not have a customer service phone number. If I would have noticed that I would not have placed an order because I would have questioned the legitimacy of this business at that point. I want the company to either refund our money or send me the item. My order number is [redacted]. I definitely should have researched this company before I placed an order.Desired Settlement: Item shipment or refund.

Horrible horrible business... I have sent them numerous emails and left numerous messages to get status of my order. They do not return calls or respond to emails. How do I get my money back considering I have no product and no customer service??

I never received my order. I called them multiple times and they never answer the phone. The only thing you could do is leave a message. Which they never called back. If you order for them you would just be throwing your money away.

I have yet to receive an item ordered November 26, 2014. I can not even get a response from the company, Morgan Hill. I would like my $60.00 refunded and have emailed them as such, still no response.

This is not a good company to do business with.

Review: I ordered a monogrammed wood cut out on Sept 27, 2014. Towards the end of November, I emailed them inquiring about a delivery date. No response, but suddenly the item was delivered a week later. It arrived, stapled between two pieces of cardboard. I opened it and it was damaged, so I sent an email letting them know the situation. They responded requesting pictures. I sent another email including pictures of damaged item to [redacted] on Nov 21, 2014. Her response came on Nov 24, 2014 that she would have the item "remade and sent out ASAP." I waited and no replacement came. I even offered to send the damaged item back, she said it was not needed. On Feb 13, 2015 to request a status update, no answer. Again on March 15, I sent another email. This time I received an error message that that email address was invalid. I went back to the website and had to send another request for customer service on this issue on March 15, 2015. Thats when I decided to check the Revdex.com and noticed the F Rating and that others have the same problem.Desired Settlement: I want either the replacement item that I was promised or I want a refund--- Not store credit, I will never do business with this company again.

Review: I ordered a cutting board from this company on December 7, 2014. I was quoted a 4-6 week shipping arrival. I have written several emails to the company and always receive the same email that my item will be shipped with 7-10 business days. Four of the emails have not been honored. I still have not received the item that I paid for. Now the company will not respond to my emails. It is now March 4, 2015 and I am still waiting for my item I purchased/order on December 7, 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like the order and I would like a discount for my trouble (this was supposed to be a Christmas present!)

Placed an order for two identical items using a Groupon with a delivery date prior to Christmas. One Item arrived the week following Christmas. The second item has not arrived yet (February now) and there has been no response from Morgann Hill Designs regarding the 'costumer service tickets' I have submitted.

I am also disappointed that Groupon would advertise a company that has so many issues.

As an aside, the one item that did arrive was hardly worth the money spent on it. I was very disappointed.

[I spoke to my credit card company today and as of this moment Morgann Hill Designs has not initiated any sort of credit back to my credit card. I understand that it does take time for a credit to appear on my statement, however they do not even see any incoming activity generated from Morgan Hill.]

I ordered a groupon for an item for Christmas before the Thanksgiving holiday I paid over 40.00 including an additional charge for shipping and I still havent received my item. I have contacted them at leadt eight times each time a promise to send my such item NOTHING this place is a rip off I plan to socialo media this as well.
