The furniture I purchased had problems from the beginning and I kept calling customer service with issues Fabric stretching on seat and back and not holding it's shape, tears in fabric, ottoman's top cushion not staying on top, kept sliding over the side, back cushions didn't have enough polyfil so they didn't retain their shapeThey always had different responses about the problems I was having, my pieces were from overseas and it would take months to repair, my pieces weren't properly coded so that I could get a replacement, that's wearMy calls were never returned, and when I called it was always "I do apologize" every single timeI was the one calling relentlessly for an entire year only to have a technician come out times to try to fix the problem and him actually tell me that it wasn't going to help, it was how it was madeFinally, after a year, they agreed to take it back minus 15% restocking and delivery feesI agreed, to get it done and over with, only it wasn'tThey picked up the furniture on September On September 28, I called for an updateAshley C*** (Customer Care Manager) said I was given a refund on September 11, it could take billing cycles to postWhat?! I called my credit card, they said no, it only takes 48-hoursI waited and waited and contacted Ashley C*** again, she stopped respondingI had a very difficult time getting her to call me back when it was escalated to her many months priorI finally had to dispute the charge on my credit cardIn December, Rachel N*** (Accounting Department) said yes, I was due a refundBut she wouldn't credit my account til this dispute was resolvedSeriously? It took months for them to credit my account with constant vigilance on my partI will NEVER EVER make a purchase from Ashley Homestore again

I purchased a product from this company (king size bed)on February 18, They charged my credit card on this day, and promised delivery of the product on April 21, They are now changing the delivery date until May 7th and will not guarantee delivery on that date because they have officially been out of stock on the item since January They have continued to sell the product and collect consumers money knowing they do not have the productThe management at the store is very matter of fact in that she can't deliver what she doesn't have and could care less that customers have designed and purchased other products around items she is selling and can,t deliverIt's very deceptive and unethicalThey are offering a refund but since they have had my money for months, I feel I am due more than that Plus I now how to find a new bed after two months of waiting These businesses should have to take ownership but they just send you from one corporate department to another

Poor Quality Product, Service and Extended Warranty Coverage
My wife and I purchased a couch and entertainment center along with an extended warranty/protection planLess than a year later, one piece of the couch had a seam bust and one door on the entertainment center did not shutIn mid-August, my wife called the extended warranty company and we were told that the issues we had were "manufacturer issues" and we had to contact Morris directlyUpon contacting Morris, they sent a third-party repairman out to our house around August The repairman ordered replacement hinges for the door and sewed the busted seam with a needle and thread

I purchased an expensive sectional couch approxmonths ago Shortly after delivery, I noticed one piece of the sectional was not level (the frame is bent) and stitching was coming off another piece of the sectionalAfter waiting a few weeks for a repairman to be scheduled, the first repairman came to my house on 3/4/ He was able to fix the stitching but stated the frame was bent and would need to be ordered He said to "give it weeks" for the new frame to be delivered and then call back to schedule the repair At weeks (4/4/17), I had not received the new frame and was told it would take approximately more weeks I called back on 4/14/and was told the part was coming from overseas and would not be here until the end of June After talking with a couple managers about this being too long to wait for a repair, I was told on 4/20/they were able to find a rep

11/19/I wanted to file a complaint so I got on line to figure out who, where, etcto call or email or whatever to get heard I received some of the pieces to the $k I spent and some were not there so things couldn't be put together, the table was on back order, etc I first made contact with Shelby who did appear to be empathetic and try and help me Her supervisor was on the phone with the crew that was in my home and trying to work it out In the meantime, I contacted the store and asked for the mgrby name and was advised he no longer works there Tiffany, who had answered the phone offered to help me and I decided to let her All I can say is Wow Talk about turning lemons into Lemonade! Closer to Champagne! Tiffany spent a tremendous amount of time on the phone with me, clearly cared about how I felt and the inconveniences put on meI later called back, changed something, added something and it was a breeze That kind of customer service means a lot to me and it weighs heavily when I go back to make another purchaseIt maybe a little old school but doing right by the customer is paramount for me Since Kittles left, I thought I was going to have to drive very far to continue to get that kind of service I had high expectations for Morris Home so to go from unhappy to very pleased in one day is no easy step I will say that the two ladies I dealt with today are certainly the glue keeping Morris together Thank you ladies

In November I got a hold of them about my chair being broke they sent people here to fix it they ordered the wrong parts They said they needed to re-order the parts they came in I waited until March the rd they called and canceled the appointment I got back in touch with Morris I cannot get back to me until March and they tell me it's the wrong part again I got back in touch with them they they cannot give me a time for my parts to come in on my chair to be faxed I asked him to just give me a new chair because it's been ongoing since November and they told me no this is completely unacceptable in anybody's eyes they just need to replace my chair and get it over with it always somebody else's fault not theirs
